Abstract

The research arises on the basis of problems that often occur. In this case the existence of BUMDes has a very important role for the community. BUMDes is a vehicle to be able to manage all the potential owned by the village. Therefore, a professional management strategy is needed so that the benefits received by the community become more optimal. This research wants to examine how the Labuh Air Pandan Village strategy manages the village's economic potential through BUMDes using descriptive qualitative methods. This research uses primary and secondary data, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis using triangulation techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research, the author concludes that the strategy in optimizing the economic potential of the village through BUMDes in Labuh Air Pandan Village, it can be concluded that the strategy that has been carried out is generally good but not optimal. This is because of several strategic indicators used in examining these problems, there are still weaknesses, namely in the utilization strategy and the strategy of using information technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine teacher competence and teacher professionalism commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at SDN 3 Sungailiat. This research was conducted in a quantitative way. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The sample was taken through a survey. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression analysis, t test analysis, f test analysis, and ditermination analysis. The results showed that teacher competence affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), as shown by the t-test value of 0.028, which is lower than the probability value of 0.05. Teachers' professional commitment also affects OCB, as shown by the t-test value of 0.000, which is lower than the probability value of 0.05.Teachers' competence and teachers' professional commitment, both X variables, make a considerable contribution, 78.6%. Other factors not examined in the study made a smaller contribution. The result is that teacher competence and commitment have a positive influence on OCB. The higher the competence and commitment of a teacher, the higher OCB they have. Suggestions for principals to continue to improve teachers' abilities and commitment to the school.

Abstract

Regional autonomy provides additional authority for regional governments to manage all regional affairs and interests in a more independent manner. This autonomy policy gives authority to the regions to regulate and manage the interests of the local community, explore sources of finance and local revenue for the city of Probolinggo. Market retribution is a form of payment charged to users who occupy shops to carry out economic transactions in the market area. The E-levy policy is a solution provided by the government in managing fees by implementing an internet-based information technology system. The type of research used is qualitative by using the method of observation and direct interviews with respondents. So it can be seen that the implementation of E-levies in the mutual cooperation market in increasing financial income and regional assets of the city of Probolinggo is not optimal. The focus of this research was conducted on Gotong Royong Market traders in Probolinggo City who occupy Bedak. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in the implementation of the Gotong Royong Market E-Retribution policy in Probolinggo City. While the factors that influence the sustainability of implementing the e-retribution program in the mutual cooperation market are only influenced by the factor of traders who lack awareness in paying levy taxes.

Abstract

Research emerged on basic problems that often occur in the process of strengthening BUMDes in increasing PADes in Labuh Air Pandan Village. In general, the problems currently faced by BUMDes in Labuh Air Pandan Village include that BUMDes officials have not fully understood their functions and roles in BUMDes institutional management, and still need assistance to be able to accommodate developing economic activities in Labuh Air Pandan Village. Seeing the phenomenon of the lack of human resources owned by Labuh Air Pandan Village, and balanced with institutional management that has not been optimally carried out by the BUMDes of Labuh Air Pandan Village. This study uses a quasi-qualitative method which explains in detail how to strengthen BUMDes in increasing PADes in Labuh Air Pandan Village using primary and secondary data, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis technique uses a triangulation technique that looks at the process from collection to drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, the authors conclude that: so far institutional strengthening in Labuh Air Pandan Village-Owned Enterprises has generally been good but not optimal. This is shown by several strengthening efforts such as the development of human resources, organizational and institutional strengthening, but even though these efforts are optimized for PADes it is still not optimal, this is influenced by the human resource factor and obstacles as network problems found

Abstract

Abstract Population growth increases food needs and shrinks land. Based on Law 18/2012 and Government Regulation 17/2015, food diversity is attempted to be increased through Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L), targeted the use of unproductive yard land as a producer of nutritious and market-oriented food. The implementation in Probolinggo Regency is in Krucil District. Obstacles were found; 1) lack of human resources, 2) low understanding, 3) low vegetable consumption. In the public policy implementation realm, this is related to the implementation gap and implementation capacity which is interesting to research using a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data gathering is carried out through interviews, observation and documentation, coupled with Interactive Model analysis. The result of the P2L Program implementation in Krucil District is located in Sumberduren Village through Farmers Group Makmur 01. In terms of implementation based on Meter and Horn, the communication aspect went well, with several obstacles. The qualification of implementers is also adequate, but lack in terms of numbers. Other resources is adequate, as for the funds is amount to 15 million/each farmer group are deemed insufficient. The disposition of implementers and policy targets show an attitude of support, especially for members of Poktan Makmur 01 as policy beneficieris. Abstract

Consumer experience is an important element in creating loyalty and satisfaction amid business competition. This study explores the role of aroma and music in shaping a holistic consumer experience and how the combination of both can increase customer loyalty and engagement. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation at businesses such as cafes, retail, spas, and hotels in Denpasar, Bali. The results show that aroma can evoke emotional memories, create a comfortable atmosphere, and prolong visits. Music affects mood, activity rhythm, and purchasing decisions. The combination of aroma and music creates a significant multisensory experience, increasing emotional attachment to the brand. This study expands the sensory marketing literature and provides practical guidance for business actors to design innovative marketing strategies in the tourism sector. Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of thesupervision of the BPD on the running of the village government in Danau Panggang Village, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, South Kalimantan. With a descriptive-analytical approach descriptive-analytical approach, this research relies on primary data from interviews with members of the BPD as well as secondary data in the form of laws and regulations. Abstract

Waste management is one of the main challenges in West Aceh District, along with the increase in population and waste volume. Low community participation in waste management is a major cause of environmental problems, such as pollution and the emergence of various diseases. This study aims to analyze effective strategies in increasing community participation in waste management in the region. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the main factors influencing community participation are lack of awareness, education, and supporting facilities. In addition, the policy implementation of Qanun No. 4/2017 on Waste Management has not run optimally, especially in terms of socialization and law enforcement. The proposed strategy includes increasing socialization and education on the importance of waste management, developing community-based programs such as Waste Bank, providing adequate infrastructure, and collaboration between the government, community, and private sector. With these strategies, it is expected that the level of community participation in waste management can increase significantly, thus creating a cleaner and healthier environment.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and evaluate the operational performance of the passport issuance service system at the Probolinggo City Immigration Work Unit. This study employs a qualitative research methodology, involving 100 informants selected to represent various stakeholders interacting with the service system. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, direct field observations, and comprehensive documentary studies, providing a holistic perspective on the operational aspects of the service. The collected data were processed and analyzed using an interactive analysis method to identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement in service delivery. The findings reveal that the operational performance of the passport issuance service system is generally satisfactory, with several indicators pointing to a high level of efficiency and effectiveness. Key factors contributing to this positive evaluation include streamlined processes, responsive staff, and a well-maintained infrastructure that supports smooth operations. Furthermore, the research highlights the system's capacity to handle varying levels of demand without compromising service quality, demonstrating its robustness and adaptability. However, the study also identifies opportunities for enhancement, particularly in integrating digital technologies to further improve accessibility and reduce waiting times for applicants. Based on the evidence gathered, the research concludes that the Probolinggo City Immigration Work Unit's passport service system operates at a good level, with certain aspects performing at an excellent standard. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to replicate or improve similar systems in other regions

Abstract

This study analyzes environmental protection and management policies in Batu City in an effort to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Batu City faces various environmental challenges, such as land conversion, reduced green open spaces, and increasing risks of natural disasters. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores the effectiveness of policy implementation based on Law Number 32 of 2009. The findings indicate that stakeholder coordination, community involvement, and local government capacity are key factors in policy effectiveness. The selection of informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of four informants. Although various initiatives have been implemented, policy execution still encounters challenges in communication, resources, and bureaucracy. Therefore, strategies to enhance public participation, optimize budget allocation, and strengthen inter-agency synergy are necessary to achieve sustainable environmental management in Batu City.
