Abstract

Community service groups duck breeders in the village Wonokerso districts Pakisaji aims to improve the knowledge and skills of farmers in the utilization and processing of potential sources of local feed ingredients, exploitation of breeding stock is superior, then is able and skilled in processing of livestock products as well as the processing of manure waste into organic fertilizer, so as to increase the income and welfare of farmers. IbM program results indicate that the public response duck farmers are very good and enthusiastic for proactive follow the program in all the activities for outreach, training, demoplot, mentoring and evaluation. The existence of these service programs have a positive impact on the environment ie partners provide solutions or alternative solutions to problems faced by groups of farmers in the village and the surrounding community. In the early stages of coordination of activities with the partner group leaders assisted with student involvement. Submission of this extension materials with discussions to evaluate the response of farmers to the material activities and sharing of experiences between the teams servant with targeted partners. The benefits of these activities can increase motivation and attention of farmers to practice the material in accordance with the activities of the problems faced, so that at the end of this activity can be a solution to the problems or difficulties faced by farmers in the field. The visit was also carried out at the end of the activity to evaluate how far the understanding group of farmers against the material provided. Groups of farmers and communities want their sustainable activities, not just stop at the end of this activity alone. Food products, agro-processing and organic fertilizers as well as the birth of calves that excel not just a dream but a reality that they or ranchers are able and can market the results or the products they make. Thus the community service program activities can be an opportunity for them to improve the income and welfare of his life.

Abstract

Kitchen Appliance maker Craftsmen group is a group of productive people who daily make kitchen tools such as the cormorant, pots, pans, bread oven, stove. In the course of production using very basic equipment and even many of these self-made equipment. Manually production activities and acquired skills passed down from their parents.Implementation Activities IbM with the  introduction of production techniques by means of "Heating", particularly metal goods (metal plate) needs to be done in order to more easily molded material as required, especially in the manufacture of products guttering or else that needs welding. Aluminum material more easily formed with the correct tools and patient so that the corner of the tray, resulting in better grooves and smooth and has as weet look.The need for marketing knowledge, then the seller will be more wise and prudent and painstaking in serving the prospective buyer or the buyer of goods. Besides, the placement of goods neater (Layout), as well as the need for acquisition of knowledge about the product being sold. Marketing to traditional markets by way of consignment or storage of goods.

Abstract

Program IbM is a community service to be performed in order to transfer the skills of production to prospective entrepreneurs Youth in order to be able to process materials sweet potatoes (Telo), Brownies Telo, Bak Pao Telo, Donat Telo & chips in order to take advantage of local produce that while this utilization is still very limited.After the young prospective entrepreneurs especially those belonging to the members of Youth is able to master the skills of production are good, they are expected to pioneer the independence of business / economy, to be able to improve their lives, besides that they are also able to create business opportunities for the local population, which temporarily The average dependent on the agricultural sector.When stub independence business / economy can already be controlled, then the necessary managerial skills include marketing aspects therein, so that they are able to distribute and diversify its products to consumers.

Abstract

Both of home industries in this Social Responsibility Program (IbM) are located in Kecamatan Rambipuji Kabupaten Jember. Our IbM patners are Mr. Ngatijo and Mr. Kholik. They are the ownwer of Kerupuk Pethulo Home Industries. The purpose of this activities are :1) to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their production process by giving some production machines), and 2)to train them about business and marketing management. These activities give the good impact for them. They can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their production process. They also having an important knowledge about how to manage business for reaching much profit and knowing how to apply  the marketing strategy for getting many customers.

Abstract

The export products such as fruit chips increasingly demanding public. Malang is known as one of the premier tourist destination in East Java, it's cold many sites of historical sites and many interesting attractions, along with the rapid development of tourism is also developing in the center by the poor with andalanya icon is tempe chips and fruit chips. Science activities for Export Product performed on both partners to produce fruit chips, namely CV Kajeye Food Arjosari Malang and CV Jago Pakis Jaya in Malang aims to provide reinforcement for both partners in the application of technology and improving the quality and quantity of products to be exported. Both partners feel the support that is appropriate to their needs to improve its business mainly in activating the export of products in the form of support equipment frezeer / Coolstorage, Spinner and Vacuum Frying and mentoring to both the UKM partners in order to improve the quality and quantity of the products supplied in the form of training to improve employee productivity through 5 R.

Abstract

In that situation however, small companies will still exist in conducting its business activities, it is because of the high flexibility. The purpose of this paper is to find the problems by small firms / bread and provide appropriate solutions in order to achieve improvement of the knowledge and capabilities in the field of business operations in particular areas of the management of marketing and production and at the same time creating employment opportunities in the governance of economic activities of the community in the form of an increase in people's income . The methods used are: observation, then interviews, and simulations, to find the most suitable alternative in order to more effectively market their goods. The existence steamer machine, it can shorten the process that eliminate the possibility of a wry sense of bread.Display case with a combination of stanlees and glass, it can accommodate more goods and can be styled to be attractive. Printed plastic wrapper make product, more attractive and can be unique from brands. With the uniform and the additional knowledge of marketing management, especially quality of service, employers can attract buyers better.

Abstract

This paper is the result of collaboration program conducted by University of Muhammadiyah Malang and two Senior High Schools in Malang, SMU Arrohmah and SMU Muhammadiyah 1. The activities were in the form of trainings by maintaining the students diplomatic knowledge and skill which named by The Diplomatic Club Program (DCP). This program is important because on everage the diplomatic skill of senior high school students in Malang has not reached the ideal position, though it is very important for the future of Indonesian interests in facing global world development. By this program, it increased the awarness, motivation, and skill of the students towards the diplomacy and inspired them to study more about Indonesian position in international worlds. Simply, in long period this program will benefit a lot to provide well trained and educated agents for Indonesian foreign policy.

This activityinvolvescooperationwithschools/SDpartners. There aretwoschoolsinvolvedinthisactivity, namely SDMuhammadiyahMalang5andSDMuhammadiyah6Kab. Malang. Ofeachelementary schoo lteacher involves one personstartedgrades 4-6.Eachteacherwhobecamea traineegetreinforcementof concepts andthematiclearning materialsinthe workshop. The last candidate entrepreneurs united  expected to diversify Results of production, making it more acceptable to consumers varied teeth.

Abstract

Community service groups goat breedersinthe village Bumiaji aims to improve theknowledge and skills of farmers in the utilization and processing of potential sources of local feed ingredients, exploitation superior breeding stock, then capable and skilled in yogurt fermented dairy product processing, sewage treatment lives tockinto organic fertilizer to increase the income and welfare of farmers. Delivery of content and methods of activity in the form of counseling, training, demoplot, assistance and program evaluation. The results of this program showed a high response from the community goat breeders for proactive follow the program in all the activities. It can be concluded that this service programs have a positive impacton the environment that partners provide solutions or alternative solutions to problems faced by farmers int he villages and the surrounding community.
