Abstract

The availability of iodized salt in the community is needed in order to avoid disease GKY (Disorders Less Iodine). On the other hand, some salt producers are still facing some difficulties in producing air-iodized salt berstandart SNI caused by several factors, among others: the lack of proper iodized engineering, procurement difficulties and lack of law enforcement iodine to salt producers of non-iodium.Kegiatan IbM This aims to provide pengetahaun and skills for SMEs salt producers in producing air-iodized salt is good and right. Implementation of activities begins with the survey locations IbM, coordination meetings, iodine management training, technical training iodized salt, mixer equipment grants and consulting / mentoring. IbM activity results showed that the knowledge and skills of participants in producing air-iodized salt has increased as evidenced by the presence of air-iodized salt products resulting from these activities have met the standard IbM SNINo. 01-3556 years 1994yaitu iodine content in salt at 30 ppm - 80 ppm.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is intended to find solutions to improve the quality, quantity and enhance the competitiveness of craftsmen bottle (glass) ornamental. The method used is by observation to the field, interviews with stakeholders and training / pen beneficiaries. By using more modern equipment that sticker cutter and the computer can speed up and simplify the design of products with the result that much better quality. Because the place is only a business partner production house or yard is certainly very troubled by hot weather / rain which could stop the production process, therefore it should also be made a production process that is protected from heat / rain. The impact is going to accommodate more scavengers (the local community), the decline in unemployment and poverty, the reduction of social inequalities and craftsmen bottle (glass) can be more ornamental exist. The availability of jobs will affect the creation of a more harmonious relationship between the community and the creation of security and peace.

Abstract

In neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 Tunjungsekar urban village, many young people are unemployed and have high motivation in restricting their village in RT environment, besides because in neighborhood RT. this is a lot of activities and there is no suitable place in the preparation of the current event or is being done on the road by installing tents from the rental of a large enough cost and hi cash RT. From the above problems and initial surveillance from the authors agreed to be given training and education of Electrical Electrical to make the framework of the terop on the youth in neighborhood RT.09 RW.4 in Tunjungsekar Village to be used as the provision of his life. The purpose of this PKM is: 1. Helping the youth in neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 to get Electrical Laser skill, 2.Helping youth in neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 in making frem of tend, which many use electric welding machine , 3. Helping youths in neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 to gain knowledge in work with Electrical Welding machine so that it will improve their competitiveness and income. The results obtained in this PKM is 1. the presence of awning in the neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 Tunjungsekar Village, which can be used alone or rented so that it can raise the cash RT. 2. The youth have welding skills so as to be able to increase their income. and 3. Youth groups in the environment has a welding machine from donation Polytechnic of Malang.

Abstract

This lbM implementation program is carried out in line with the Agro Manufacturing Skill transfer to the entrepreneur DAWIS candidates. This program will enable them to process raw Taro to become Taro Nudle, Taro Brouwnies, Taro Bakpao, Taro Dougnut as to avoid crop leftovers. When they have the skill, it is hoped that they can initiate the business independently, in which it will create business opportunities in agricultural people sector. Besides, they will be equipped with managing financial administration skill that it includes marketing aspects. This, in turns, may initiate PIRT (legal home industries) so that their products can be placed in formal markets such as mini markets and supermarkets.

Abstract

The purpose of frying process by using oil is to increase calories and drying the fish, as well as to improve the flavor and texture of the food and to create crispy chips. The fish chips are fried in flour with deep fat frying, using cooking oil in large quantities where the processed ingredients are all submerged, so that all materials will get the heat evenly. The size of fish raw is around 3-5 cm.Iif the fish are fried in traditional way, it will change the color and also will cause many missing tail or head so that the shape is no longer interesting. Besides, the original fish chips which are fried without flour are processed under 1 atmosphere. It aims to lower the boiling point below 100 °C to avoid damage to the fish chips so that the shape is good and looks natural. The problem is how to fry tilapia fish which is wholly not destroyed, which looks natural, and has low oil content. The experimental results show the optimal results when fried with low pressure at 90 degree temperature and 90 minute heating time.

Abstract

 SMEs in Tugu District with a total membership of 130 people. The business group is expected to grow business unit. One of the benchmarks for the development of business groups is the increasing number of products accompanied by increased operating revenues. In order for the number of products to increase, then increased production needs to be run. Increased production can be done through various ways, among others, through business empowerment. However, in the effort of SME business development still encountered many obstacles such as: not yet the formulation of business development strategy and data base profile of each business unit; increased production and business development has not been reached; lack of clarity on financing for business assistance; and the need for cooperation in the field coaching. In overcoming some of these obstacles required the existence of business empowerment that aims to develop SMEs in the District Tugu. Community service activity aims to improve the skill of human resources of entrepreneur (SME in Kecamatan Tugu) about the procedure of developing business and supply of raw materials and doing simple bookkeeping. This activity is carried out by providing knowledge on business management and business analysis. Besides, also introduced raw material sources and simple bookkeeping. Training and counseling is provided directly to business groups on business management, business analysis and simple bookkeeping. It is also given knowledge about determining the source of raw materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide guidance and counseling about the importance of business recording, determining the cost of production, determining of the selling price and financial statements for improving product competitiveness in Sekar Arum Batik. Sekar Arum Batik Business, located at RT 25, RW 3 Bululawang Village, Bululawang Sub-district, Malang Regency, is one of the small household group, assisted by Posdaya Polinema, with 30 housewife employees. There are some obstacles in the implementation of this training activities, such as training materials that are new to them, changing the habits of those who never recorded every transaction because they only rely on their memory. The supporting factor is the participants are aware of the benefits of an adequate record in business transactions, not only necessary for internal purposes, but also external purposes, such as lender banks, investment partners, suppliers offering credit and tax officers.

Abstract

Family empowerment is all the guidance and coaching efforts for the family to live healthy prosperous, advanced and independent. Members PKK RT.08 RW.05 in Rejosari urban village of Malang Malang some of the mother-mother as a housewife.One proposed to the mother of PKK is a Craft Cloth Training. The reason for the selection of this training is that the training is not too difficult, it does not require special training so that for mothers who have other activities such as taking care of the family, shop business and so fits very well.The purpose of PKM activities are as follows: (1) To provide knowledge and skills for PKK mothers in handicraft processing using patchwork material; (2) To empower and prosper the family by creating business opportunities to supplement family income. While the expected benefits are: (1) As input to develop the program of empowerment and family welfare; (2) As inputs to find potential for PKK mothers in entrepreneurship. Abstract

Alternative business ideas can start from the use of food to be the main product in marketing in particular can be used for small businesses. The main purpose in the implementation of dedication is to provide information and knowledge and provide motivation that the form of creativity can start from simple things. Moreover, the creativity spirit can grow for all circles and not limited to age.

Abstract

Community Service Activities was held on August 26, 2017 in Puri Nirwana Pandanwangi Jl Kalisari Gang Makam RT 03 RW 03 Pandanwangi Blimbing, Malang. This activity is divided into several namely the preparation stage includes the preparation of places and events, the stage of delivery of materials, the discussion phase, and the closing stage. The goal is to open the participants' awareness on the importance of household financial management for the future of the family, strengthen the commitment to discipline in managing expenditure, strengthening the relationship between State Polytechnic of Malang with society at large. Success in the community service is apparent after the socialization event is completed that some residents proposed to be held monthly arisan as a substitute to save in the bank and strengthen the relationship between housing residents. All participants are quite easy in understanding the material provided.
