Abstract

Activity management at each institution or organization concerned with developing the potential and lead a team or group of people in a single unit, in utilizing existing resources to achieve specific goals within the organization that has been designated. Writing is not merely a regular job / skills umun but a combination of brain work that is supported with a special ability to combine an idea. Therefore, to be a good communicator necessary knowledge and language skills were good, insightful with full of creativity to manage news, press releases, articles or features are arranged in dense and short but interesting for the readers or the target audiencenya., So it is necessary a guidance and training, especially for mothers PKK RW 21 Sub Purwantoro Malang on techniques, motivation and skill of making House Journal and PR Writing in theorganization.

Abstract

Referring to the Regulation of the State Minister of Administrative Reform and Reform Bureaucracy (PermenPAN) Number 16 Year 2009 on Teachers Functional Position and Ministerial Decree of the Minister of National Education and the Head of BKN Number 03 / V / PB / 2010 and Number 14 Year 2010 dated May 6, 2010 on the Implementation Guidance of Position Functional Teacher and Credit Score, one of the requirements when a teacher submits level upgrades to class III-B and above, then the teacher is required to make papers.From Teacher's side, the requirement to write a paper is an obstacle. Some objections to this requirement are that teachers should be good at dividing the time between making scientific work and the main task of teachers. Another problem is the matter of the material or ideas used in writing and the writing in the writing of scientific papers. One effort to optimize in the writing process is to utilize citation and references feature in Microsoft word. With this feature, consistency in library writing can be easily managed as long as the author is consistent in writing the library. Likewise the writing of page numbering, table of contents, list of images and table lists can be done well and consistently.In an effort to improve the competence of teachers in writing papers, community service team at the Institute of Science & Technology AKPRIND Yogyakarta provide training and mentoring teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosari Gunung Kidul. Training and mentoring is focused on citation creation material and references feature in Microsoft Word

Abstract

PKM target  are students of SMK National Media Center, Malang  which is between 15 until 18 years, where  that age is still in the stage of finding identity, have an idolized figure and effort to follow what became a trend.With these psychological conditions, there are those who still need helpand guidance, so this activity is given material on how to communicate and good personalityfor post-work preparation.Activities undertaken by delivering the material about how to be a good communicator and good personality  by  lectures and discussions method, and frequently asked questions. Finally, a questionnaire is given to make a conclusion of the activity. Make sure that  students understand of the material presented.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training in the field of science and technology utilizing Microsoft Excel application to help the teachers to improve the quality of teaching and learning services to students in terms of students’ database management. This community service activity was conducted in SMPK Setia Budi, Jatimulyo - Malang through Knowledge Transfer, Discussion, Practising, and Problem Solving. The results that can be achieved from this community service activity were the increasing of utilization of science and technology facility to support teaching and learning process, improving the service quality to the students’ database management, as well as increasing teacher’s work efficiency to the students’ service.

Abstract

Law No. 6 of 2014 provides fresh air for the village government ie one with the allocation of village income derived from the state budget or called the Village Fund (DDS). The priority of DDS use is to finance village-level programs and local activities in the field of development and empowerment. Total DDS received by Tegalweru Village in 2016 amounted to Rp 610,416,000.00 and in 2017 increased to Rp.777.771.000,00. This DDS becomes the largest income for Tegalweru Village compared to ADD and sharing of local taxes and levies. The use of DDS in Tegalweru Village is in line with development priorities and empowerment, but not yet fully accommodated. The areas of development that have been done in 2016 are the development of educational infrastructure facilities, roads, village offices, and community and social development. In 2016 there is no development of production facilities and energy development and environmental sustainability. By 2017, roads, bridges, health facilities, electric power and settlement have been built. In addition to development, both in 2016 and 2017 have also been carried out the empowerment of health and institutional capacity building.

Abstract

Education is a human need that gets great attention in the community, because education can make people develop into individuals who have knowledge, attitudes and skills that can support life in the community, and able to face the times. Education is an important capital in the progress of a nation, therefore education is a major concern in the life of the community from small environmental community ie family to the great environment of the nation, the realization of the goals and functions of national education above, pursued and implemented through formal education, informal and non-formal. Non-formal education is an education held outside the school educational institution dedicated to citizens who need educational services. The function of non-formal education is as a substitute, adder, and or to complete formal education, in meeting the needs with various skills and mastery of functional knowledge and the development of professional attitude and personality. The problems that arise in this era of globalization, especially the increasingly limited job opportunities and increased unemployment from year to year. This unemployment problem needs immediate attention from various parties. One of the training that can provide knowledge and skill for them in the readiness of entrepreneurship is the training of glass painting. One of the goals and benefits of this activity is to provide new insight to the community that the art of painting glass can create an independent craft business and is expected to benefit the trainees that the results of glass painting training is expected to be a source of knowledge, attitude and skills in readiness to open and develop a craft business. After carrying out this Community Service activity, to see its success, it can be seen from the desire of the participants to be able to further develop these skills as a side business to supplement family income (because by painting on glass media, can add 'product value' so that when sold will be more expensive because of the beauty of the painting), and is also used to further beautify household appliances made from glass is more beautiful and has a higher artistic value if used alone.

Abstract

A successful organization is an organization that can effectively manage its administration, both internally and externally. This is understandable, because the administration is the process of managing information among members of the organization and with other parties related to the interests of the organization. The better the administration takes place the better the organization's operations are concerned. For that, it takes the ability of the administration to manage resources within the organization for the achievement of these goals. Related to that, it is necessary training office administration. The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge to the managers of the Ahlussunnah Waljamaah Foundation Malang about effective office administration, both verbal communication and non verbal communication (correspondence) so that they know and are able to manage the administration properly The training method used is with lectures, and administrative practices. While the analytical techniques used are from cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects during the training and after the training.

Abstract

The purpose of Community Service is to find an appropriate alternative guidance and counseling, through: a. Increase knowledge and the ability of the Entrepreneur in the field of operations, especially the field of practical servicing quality. b. Increase application of education and training results in the framework of science and technology development. c. Creating opportunities for employment opportunities in the economic activities of the community in the form of increased income .d. Establish closer relationships between the Politeknik Negeri Malang with Service Entrepreneurs. With this devotion is expected that entrepreneurs are able to provide quality service, this will affect thd: a. Straightforward tariff / pricing.b.Increase of the main source of income of the entrepreneur.c. Services easily known to customers or prospective customers. Creating wider employment opportunities. Enterprises can be developed.From the preliminary survey it is found that the problem is then solved by: a.To give lecture on the importance of service quality.b. provide guidance and practice about the right service quality. c.Discussion / question and answer, which is associated with the existing problems.Some of the results of this Service are: -This devotion is an activity and knowledge and application which is very important in order effort to get additional skill for Service Business. -The participant's motivation is very high, it is seen from the enthusiasm of the participants follow to the end of the program. -That the average acceptance of the material delivered by the instructor is good enough.

Abstract

Activity partners in PKM activities are a group of craftsmen making kitchenware and a shop as a means of displaying the resulting product. Writing is more emphasis on store activities, especially in the arrangement or layout of merchandise. The location of partner activities is located in Kepatihan Village RW 1, RT 4 Jln. Urip Sumoharjo 26 (PB Sudirman No. 6) Tulungagung.Lack of store merchant knowledge to be able to display their goods so that the impression impressed placement of goods looks chaotic or not organized neatly and well. Understanding Important merchandise layouts get attention so that the condition and structure of the placement do not seem random and sometimes difficult to take the goods, otherwise the placement of good merchandise will make it easier to reach the goods and clean it, so as not to impress the slums. Through the arrangement or placement of regular merchandise will show a neat impression and the room looks spacious and spacious. So that in the end make comfortable both shopkeepers and consumers.Implementation of the introduction of techniques in the way of "Marketing" the practice of structuring goods, namely the first need to grouping the type of goods that have almost the same function. Prepare for display of merchandise, with various considerations, especially the affordability of the goods when taken back.
