Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service is to find problems faced by convection companies and at the same time provide the right solutions to achieve increased knowledge and ability of entrepreneurs in the field of operations, especially in the field of marketing management, especially the promotion mix and create opportunities for employment opportunities in community economic activities in the form of increased income the community and to develop a closer relationship between the Malang State Polytechnic and the Jonggring Business Clothing & Jacket Malang.The methode used is: observation, to observe the activities carried out by entrepreneurs in making and marketing goods, then interviews, explored to find problems and solutions to be offered and simulations, to find the most suitable alternative in order to market goods more effectively.An overview of the technology that will be applied, 1. In the form of lectures: Participants are collected in a particular room given a lecture on service material in the form of marketing management, especially the promotion mix.,2. Guidance and Training: In the form of training and organizing training specifically the promotion mix and discussion about experiences and constraints in the field.3. Simulation practice: It is a demonstration of how the entrepreneur promotes goods and with what tools the item is promoted.4. Practice displaying items on a shelf / hanger.

Abstract

Information technology grow up rapidly and its applied in the all of fields. One of field had applied information technology is office administration field, for the sample to fill personell data, selling, bussiness letter and so on. Officer of Tegalweru village, Dau District, Malang City in the administration manage in administrative in village’s administrative had used internet. For this, all of administrative officer that service to society have to know and apply internet. Unfortunetly, all of administrative officer of Tegalweru village, Dau District, Malang City not yet can operate to administrative based in internet. It is caused age have old years, their’s education level in their years not yet to teach of internet. Based on this cases, so need to training about internet applied to do administrative in the village office. The results shows that there is increasing to internet administrative science and it’s apllied It is caused by time of training all of trainees have antusiated, motivated and very open to change of administrative work system that will be done to service to society. For this, need to increasing their knowledge and about administrative base on internet with to do relationship about training about administrative based on iinternet training with Malang State Polytechnic in the future.

Abstract

Community service aims to reduce the amount of kitchen waste because it will be processed as food. Items that are useless and underestimated and disposed of are processed into menus that are suitable for consumption, healthy, and delicious. Besides that, it can also be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship. The implementation method is in the form of cooking training. The food produced is siomay which is made from the basic ingredients of the head of shrimp and broccoli stems, martabak which is given a mixture of vegetable stems and onion skin, and knows meatballs made from the head of shrimp and broccoli stems. The object in this PKM activity was a member of PKK RT 13 RW 08 Bareng, Klojen Subdistrict, Malang City. The output that will be produced in this PKM activity is in the form of food products. This PKM activity is held on Jl. Bareng Raya street 2n / 538 Bareng, Klojen Sub District, Malang City

Abstract

Tlekung Village is the one of village that was located in Junrejo, Batu. There are several potentialproductincludes Dairy products, Rice and Vegetables such as: Mushrooms, Carrots,Mustard, Sweet Potatoes and also Sweet Corn. In general, all of the products were sold in the local market. But actually, the amount of agricultural productare higher  than the amount ofproducts that absorbed by the market. This phenomena bring special attention from the womens of Tlekung Village by taking the initiative to process the agricultural products into cakes such as Bolu Cake, Pastry and or Ice Cream. Furthermore, there were some obstacles that faced by the womens of Tlekung Village.They couldn’t promote and sell the cakes through social media because in general the residents of Tlekung Village only knew social media as a media to communicate for each other. From that, We as the PkM Team  provided an alternative to solve the problems by guiding and mentoring all of womens at Tlekung Village  to promote and sell the cakes using Instagram so that the promotion can be wider and it can covered all of region on this city.All of participants were able to practice the results of the guiding and mentoring process, by promoteand sell cakes such as Kue Bolu, Pastry and or Ice Cream through Instagramto the public, so we hope that this method canincrease the income of the residents of Tlekung Village in the future.

Abstract

The community service that focused in the field of fish farming were held from July 2 to Juli 31, 2018. The method of conveying information in this activities by Educational for Sustainable Development. The effort of this community service are: The increasing of fish farmers understanding for breading management; managed integration systems of farmers and buyer-collector; communication models of fish farmers as part of information tranformation; and good coordination progress among fish farmers, especially in Pagersari vilagers.Through KKN Tematic, students with the community identifying the problems and find the solution by mobilize all the potential aspect without contrave of local wisdom. As the evaluation implementation, advocacy and collaboration with relevant parties to support the progress into better condition.

Abstract

 The purpose of this community service is to empower the hidden potential and creativity in the community, which in this case is to improve and develop an entrepreneurial culture for the core members of a household, especially for the Women's Commission in GSJA Maranatha Malang.This community empowerment activity will be divided into two modules, the first is by providing theoretical debriefing about the objectives, benefits and tips for running entrepreneurial activities, as well as the importance of running an independent business for a woman to improve family welfare. While the second module is by providing basic knitting practice as an option to run an independent business. Basic training to produce knitting products using crochet technique, processing yarn by forming twigs with the help of one hook / needle / songket / hook / hakken / hakpen and the overall result of forming a new object or material. Based on the results of the training evaluation, it can be concluded that the training runs smoothly and effectively because the target audience can absorb the knowledge conveyed and are able to produce finished products according to the target from the beginning.

Abstract

Royals Kitchen is one of the MSMEs in Malang City which produces yogurt drinks, where these MSMEs have been producing yogurt since 2 - 3 years ago after obtaining permission from DISPERINDAG Malang City. In a period of time not too long, Royals Kitchen has grown significantly in the level of sales and marketing area. However, there are many problems from the Royal Kitchen UMKM, including: 1). The production process is still manual so that it has the potential to cause product contamination and product failure, 2). The capacity of pasteurization and incubation equipment for production is limited to 5 liters while to meet consumer demand the capacity of the equipment must be at least 20 liters. 3). Product quality is less standard (less consistent), 4). Weak understanding and skills in producing a product according to GMP provisions. For this reason, through this innovative PkM activity, it is hoped that there will be a solution to the problems faced by Royals Kitchen so hat these SMEs can grow well.Some of the solutions that will be provided through these innovative PkM,include: 1). Procurement of pasteurization and incubation equipment capacity of 20-30 liters, 2). HACCP and GMP training, 3). Administrative and financial management training, 4). Promotion through print media (newspapers).The expected outcomes of the solution include: Increased production capacity, improved product quality, improved administrative and financial management systems and increased sales turnover.Some of the results of the PKM activities, include: grants for pasteurization equipment with a capacity of 20 liters, increased knowledge and skills in operating pasteurization equipment, improved knowledge of administration and business finance management.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service is to find the problems faced by the Hidayatullah Group RT.7.RW.17 and the Al Ihlas Group RT.3.RW.17 and at the same time provide appropriate solutions to improve knowledge and capabilities in the operational sector especially the field of entrepreneurship, which starts since before doing activities, with aspects of intentions in entrepreneurship, then during conducting activities, namely in terms of the importance of ethical ethics in entrepreneurship and also given examples of the character of the Prophet Muhammad in trading, quality of service and also selling techniques, which ending with an agreement or better known as a deal and marked with a handshake, so that work does not only benefit, but also gets blessings. Thus this activity can improve the skills of both soft skills and hard skills members. Besides that, the achievement of a sense of peace, comfort and peace in the community was also achieved through the provision of a wheelbarrow (corpse coffin) and the procurement of sacrificial slaughterhouses.The method used is: observation, to observe the activities carried out both in the economic and social fields of religion, then interviews, were explored to find problems and solutions to be offered and simulations, to find the most appropriate alternative for marketing goods to be more effective.An overview of the technology to be applied.1. In the form of lectures: Group participants gathered in a particular room are given lectures on devotion material in the form of, ethics-based entrepreneurship, then handling corpses, making sacrificial animal slaughter tools.2. Guidance and Training: In the form of guidance and training on: entrepreneurship based on practical moral ethics and discussion of experiences and obstacles in the field.3. Simulation practice: In the form of a demonstration of how entrepreneurs offer goods, and how to attract potential customers, until the formation of closing / sales realization and how to handle the body, how to make a qurban slaughter tool,4. Abstract

The aim of the Community Service Program is to find problems faced by partner companies and at the same time provide appropriate solutions to achieve sales and knowledge enhancement and the ability of entrepreneurs in the operational field, especially in marketing management. The program partner is Amar garment entrepreneur Mr. Abdul KhodirThe problems faced by Partners are: 1. Don't know about good Service Quality. 2. Non-fulfillment of sales targets because they do not understand selling techniques and still use traditional marketing media.The method used is: observation, to observe the activities carried out by entrepreneurs in making and marketing goods, then interviews, are explored to find problems and solutions to be offered and simulations, to find the most appropriate alternative for marketing goods to be more effective.The solutions offered are: 1. Guidance and Training on Good Service Quality. 2. For marketing aspects: to expand product marketing, there will be training on selling techniques and online marketing training to market their products, so that marketing reach will be wider and sales can be increased.

Abstract

RT 08 / RW 08 in the Merjosari Village area, including the area that began to develop and become a reference as a rented place for students studying in Malang. With the increasing number of entrants, the security factor is very important. To improve security for residents in the RT 08 / RW 08, one of the most important is street lighting. The team from State Polytechnic of Malang were moved to make PKM about cable revitalization and the creation of street lighting automation systems using the Semi-Automatic Transfer Switch (S-ATS). The community service activities consist of the revitalization of street lighting cables that are old and do not meet safety standards and are made an automation system for daily lights on-off power and the of semi-automatic transfer switches (S-ATS) to generators if there is a power outage at the night. So if there is a blackout at night, the street lights will stay on using the power from the generator set.
