Abstract

In Kampung Tambak Lorok there is a group of PKK women who are a group of housewives in the village area. Problems faced by PKK women in Kampung Tambak Lorok are: (1) Do not have a strong entrepreneurial spirit; (2) A joint business unit for PKK mothers has not yet been formed; (3) Knowledge about cooperatives is still lacking. The purpose of this community service is to improve the skills of the human resources of PKK women to become entrepreneurs and the procedures for establishing joint business groups (KUB) and to increase their entrepreneurial spirit. The community service is carried out using lecture, tutorial and discussion methods. Training and counseling on entrepreneurship, cooperatives, the formation of joint business groups can provide new understanding to PKK mothers that it turns out that entrepreneurship, cooperatives and joint ventures are indispensable in doing business. In this service also practiced making fish pempek. The results show that participants feel interested and interested in practicing making pempek and want to sell it.

Abstract

Implementation of this PKM focus on efforts to improve business management and the quality of production of traditional snacks in Demak Regency. Based on the analysis, partners have problems in the fields of production and marketing. The problem in the production aspect is related to the limited use of technology, the entire production process is carried out manually which causes excess and the quality of the product to be low. Limited quantity affects the unmet market demand, while low quality caused by unhygienic production processes, uneven product texture and changing taste. Problems in the marketing aspect discuss the knowledge and skills of micro entrepreneurs in planning marketing strategies (unattractive packaging). The method used is participatory training through workshops and training. The result of the PKM implementation is that traditional snacks SMEs already have technological renewal, consisting of a jenang mixer that is useful for increasing production capacity and revenue. An Increased Understanding of traditional snacks SMEs in terms of hygienic food production and product packaging.

Abstract

Character education is internalization process of  moral values for improve to develop skill, morality, emotional  and  human skill. National Education Program to built  Indonesian people’s have skill and competitiveness with justice, quality and relevance with world globally. Based Policy to reach these mission is there is awareness that nation competitiveness only can reach holistic quotition, such as; intelectual, spritual, emotional and social quotition. Abstract

Some one that have entrepreneurship spirit is some that do creatively and inovatively. Entrepreneur have characteristic improve skills, confidence have good self determination or locus of control, risk taker and look at change is chance for member of PKK in Tegalweri village. Sub District Dau, Malang Distric there are farming ecologies so many leafs and flowers  from any plants that can be use to make ecoprint batik models. Based on this condition so held  trainning of batik ecoprint to increace skill for member of PKK productive age in Tegalweru village that  economic creative based through ecoprint batik trainning to create  new women entrepreneur in order to increase family economic.

Abstract

As a follow-up to the 2018 regular PkM program, where the Chemical Engineering Department has succeeded in yoghurt making training for ‘SEHAT JIWA’ group as build of BMH Malang which is shown by the increasing enthusiasm of the training participants who wish to open a business making yoghurt drinks to be marketed in the surrounding area.The purpose of this PkM is to provide technical assistance and provision of equipment for the production of yoghurt to SMEs of drink producers under the guidance of BMH of Malang in order to become independent and ready to compete in the market. This PkM activity consists of several activities, including: 1). Yoghurt production assistance, 2). Provision/grant of yoghurt production equipment (Pasteurization and incubation, Freezer).The results of the PkM show that increasing of the knowledge and skills of the participants in operating the grant equipment (pasteurization and incubation - freezer) used to make yoghurt. Besides that, increased an understanding of the introduction and application of the management of production and marketing of yogurt. Furthermore, several PkM outcomes have been achieved, including: An article published in national journals with ISSN, Publications of activities in national newspapers (on line), Patent Draft, and Equipment Grants.

The purpose of this activity is to provide counseling to support the success of SME-based business outreach of financial statements of profit / loss to the PKK Kelurahan Lor. Business group and to promote economic growth.The method used is the Business Evaluation Method and Counseling MethodAs a result, the PKK Kelurahan Panggung Lor Group has learned and gained knowledge about business accounting knowledge and is able to do business bookkeeping in the form of profit / loss reports.

Abstract

The establishment of this tofu business aims to meet the daily needs of partners and in the future to create broader employment opportunities for the people of Sumberejo Kulon Village in particular and the Tulungagung community in general.Problems faced by partners related to the production process are soybean grinding equipment which currently still uses soybean grinding services in neighboring partners so that they have to pay fees for grinding services, soy cooking equipment that is already unfit for cooking, less clean production sites, and very knowledge limited to bookkeeping and managing their business. The PKM (Community Partnership Program) program is expected to be able to solve the problems faced by partners so that it will create a larger and more efficient tofu business so that in the future it can strengthen the national economy.

Abstract

The purpose of the partners in establishing a tofu and tofu chip business is to increase family income and open up employment opportunities for the surrounding community because in the South Malang area most residents only rely on livelihoods from gardens that during the dry season cannot generate income. Besides partner regions, there are high poverty levels. Even though tofu suppliers in the market are abundant, there are still many gaps to reap the benefits of making tofu. Problems faced by partners related to the production process are tofu cooking equipment that has a small capacity, an inadequate production table, a manual tofu shredder, a small capacity frying device and very limited knowledge of bookkeeping and business management. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) is expected to be able to solve the problems faced by partners so that it will create a more efficient and more efficient tofu and vegetable tofu business so that in the future it can strengthen the national economy.

Abstract

Partners in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) are micro entrepreneurs making shredded tuna, smoked fish and tuna crackers in Sitiarjo Village Sumbermanjing Wetan District Malang Regency. The raw material for making partner products, namely tuna fish, is obtained from Sendang Biru Beach, which is the biggest auction place for fish in East Java, about 10 thousand tons of tuna and / or tuna fish per year is caught by fishermen on Sendang Biru Beach. The problem faced by partners is the quality of shredded products and their packaging is low so as to make products prone to damage. In addition, the level of productivity is low due to the use of small capacity cooking utensils, managerial skills and knowledge (work), work ethics, marketing management that is understood by partners is very limited and there is no financial recording.The method used during the implementation of this service is the method of active participation between program implementers and partners in providing raw materials and places during the serviceThe solution to solve the problems faced by partners is to design and reduce oil content, increase the capacity of cooking utensils, vacuum sealers, and trainings (entrepreneurship, marketing and bookkeeping).

Abstract

This Community Service Program was an activity to trained all of Lowokwaru 3 Elementary School Committee members in knitting arts. This activity aimed to made the school committee members had some provision of craft art which is expected to earn extra income through independent art craft. The method was implemented by bringing Malang City knitting instructor and knowledge transfer is carried out by discussion and question and answer session through practicum. The results of this community service activity are knitting brooches. It is expected that mothers of SDN Lowokwaru 3 Malang school committee members can apply the art of knitting as a means to earn extra income through independent craft art.
