Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence of Live Streaming Shopping and Affiliate Marketing on Product Purchasing Decisions on the Tiktok Shop Application (Case Study of Bengkulu Muhammadiyah University Students Using the Tiktok Application in Bengkulu City). This research is based on the importance of Affiliate Marketing for business companies. Several factors that influence Affiliate Marketing are Live Streaming Shopping and purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the influence of live streaming shopping and affiliate marketing on product purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop application. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research population is all users of the TikTok Shop application. The total sample was 100 people, taken using accidental sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Partial test results show that live streaming shopping has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision. Simultaneous test results show that the live streaming shopping variable and the affiliate marketing variable together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: live streaming shopping, affiliate marketing, purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence  of Brand Image, Brand Experience  and Electronic Word of Mouth, on sales through trust. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The population of this study is students of the management study program of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Based on the results of research that has been conducted on the influence  of Brand Image, Brand Experience  and Electronic Word of Mouth, it has a direct effect on Trust. Brand Image, Brand Experience, and Electronic Word of Mouth have an indirect effect on Sales through trust. Key words: Brand Image, Brand Experience, Electronic Word of Mouth, Trust, sales.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of online consumer reviews and online consumer ratings on online purchase decisions of Wardah Official Shop products on the Shopee marketplace (case study on management students of UMB). This research is quantitative. The population in this study consists of 400 management students at UMB who use Wardah products. The object of this research is 180 management students at UMB who are consumers of Wardah products on the Shopee marketplace. In this study, the author used data collection methods through observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research include instrument tests, classical assumption tests, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient analysis (R2). The results of this study indicate that online consumer reviews and online consumer ratings have a positive and significant effect on online purchase decisions. Abstract

The role of the Regional Planning, Research and Development Agency of Bengkulu Province is a Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) that plays a role as a supporting element for the government in the field of regional development planning. The purpose of this study is to find out the Role of the Regional Planning, Research and Development Agency of Bengkulu Province in Development Planning in Bengkulu whether it has run optimally in the development planning process in Bengkulu. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The theory used in this study is the role theory from Soerjono Soekanto with indicators of active role, participatory role and passive role. The results of the study show that the implementation of the role of BAPPEDA of Bengkulu Province in development planning in Bengkulu has not fully gone well. Based on the results of observations, the researcher still found several problems in the passive role of the Bengkulu Provincial BAPPEDA that were experienced, such as differences in Central Policies (between Ministries/Institutions) related to the preparation of planning and development documents at the regional level. Second, the synergy of development planning, both at the regional and national levels, has not been optimal. The third is the difference in interests between Regencies/Cities in Bengkulu Province. Abstract

Responsiveness is one of the dimensions of service quality that is important for assessing the extent to which service providers can respond to customer requests and complaints quickly and appropriately. This research aims to determine the responsiveness of public services in handling customer complaints at PDAM Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The theory used in this research is the Responsiveness theory from Zeithml, using 4 theoretical indicators, namely, ability to respond to society, speed of service, accuracy of service, and timeliness of service. The results of the research show that PDAM Tirta Hidayah, Bnegkulu City has attempted to increase responsiveness in handling customer complaints, but based on findings in the field, PDAM Tirta Hidayah still lacks response in terms of timeliness in making service improvements to customers. These findings are expected to provide input for PDAM Tirta Hidayah in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. Keywords: Responsiveness, Public Service, Customer Complaints

Abstract

The Village Consultative Body (BPD) has an important role in drafting village regulations. The Village Consultative Body discusses and approves draft village regulations proposed by the village head, and supervises their implementation. They also collect input from residents and ensure village regulations meet community needs. The preparation of village regulations is the process of forming rules that apply at the village level, aimed at regulating the lives of village communities and the administration of village government. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of the Sendawar Village Consultative Body in drafting village regulations in Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency. The type of research used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The unit of analysis in this study consisted of 8 (eight) informants chosen deliberately who were considered to know best what the researcher expected. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research state that the performance of the Sendawar Village Consultative Body, Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency has not gone well. This is because in this village there are no village regulations prepared by the Village Consultative Body and Village Government. The absence of village regulations results in a lack of guidelines for regulating village social, economic and environmental life, which can trigger conflicts between residents and slow down village development. Apart from that, legal uncertainty can also reduce public trust in village government. This also indicates that the function of the Sendawar Village Consultative Body in discussing and approving village regulations is not running well or is not optimal. Abstract

Lalang Luas Village in V Koto District, Muko Muko Regency, has a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in the plantation sector, namely oil palm plantations as a business unit. However, the management did not go well because the funds available for management were not utilized properly. The aim of this research is to determine the leadership style in managing BUMDes in Lalang Luas Village, V Koto District, Muko Muko Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that BUMDes leaders in leading BUMDes in Lalang Luas Village have not completely gone well. Where BUMDes leaders do not dare to make decisions so that the existing funds for BUMDes management are not utilized as well as possible. Then, the lack of responsibility of leaders in leading BUMDes so that BUMDes business units are not managed well and the lack of knowledge and experience of BUMDes leaders also influences the less than optimal management of BUMDes. Abstract

This research aims to determine The Influence Of Service Quality, Institutional Brand Image And Trust On The Decision To Choose Prof. Dr. Hazairin, S.H University As A Place To Study. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The population used in this research were students from Prof. Dr. Hazairin, S.H University. The number of respondents in this study was 85 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the form of the regression equation Y = 5.574 + 0.488 (X_1) + 0.357 (X2) + 0.204 (X3) is obtained and the results of the t test and f test of this research can be concluded that Service Quality has a significant effect on Decisions, this is proven by the results The t test shows the value of tcount > ttable (3.800 > 1.66388) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. The Institution's Brand Image has a significant influence on decisions, this is proven by the results of the t test showing the value of tcount > ttable (5.421 > 1.66388) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050). Trust has a significant effect on decisions, this is proven by the results of the t test showing the value of tcount > ttable (2.252 > 1.987) and (sig α = 0.002 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Service Quality (X1), Institutional Brand Image (X2) and Trust (X3) together have a significant influence on Decisions (Y), this is proven by the F test showing the value of fcount > ftable, namely (27.877 > 2.72) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050). Abstract

This research The Influence of Work Life Balance and Employee Engagement on Service Performance is Mediated by Job Satisfaction in Bengkulu Dua Pratama Tax Service Office Employees either eksogen or endoogen. Based on the results of the research and discussion described above, the results can be concluded as follows: 1. Shows that there is a positive relationship between work life balance and service performance 2. There is no influence between employee engagement on service performance 3. There is not influence between work life balance on job satisfaction 4. There is an influence between employee engagement and job satisfaction  5. There is no influence between job satisfaction and service performance 6. Job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of work life balance on service performance, 7. Job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between employee engagement and service performance, this is indicated by the T statistic value of 1.587 (<1.967) and the significance value of p 0.113 (>0.05). Abstract

This study is entitled The Influence of Location (X1), Taste (X2), Characteristics (X3) on Consumer Loyalty (Y) in order to increase Consumer Purchase Decisions (Z) on Typical Foods in Seluma Regency, Air Teras Village, it can be concluded that Location  affects Consumer Loyalty, Taste affects Consumer Loyalty, Characteristics affect Consumer Loyalty, Consumer Loyalty affects Purchase Decisions in using products. Location indirectly affects  the Purchase Decision in using the product. Rasa has an indirect effect on the Purchase Decision in using the product.
