This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer loyalty in doing shopping at Shopee E-commerce by students of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, specifically atmanagement study program. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The object of this research was student of management study program, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The sampling method used was the accidental sampling technique. The number of respondent in this study is 113 students. In collecting data, the researcher used a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis testing, namely t-test and f-test. The results of the conducted study show that simultaneously service quality and trust had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Partally, the both variables service quality and trust, have an effect on consumer loyalty. The better the services provided, the more consumers trust the company so as to create sustainable consumer loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Trust and Consumer Loyalty.

Customer loyalty is the loyalty of consumers to a product/service. Several factors that influence customer loyalty are customer satisfaction and customer trust. This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction and customer trust on customer loyalty for drinking water in the KitaRO brand at the Putra Kitaro agent, Manna City, South Bengkulu. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all customers of KitaRO branded bottled water at the Putra KitaRO agent, Manna City, South Bengkulu. The number of research samples as many as 120 people. Data collection was done by observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 2.251 + 0.281 X1 + 0.621 X2. The results of the analysis show that partially customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (tcount = 4.774 and tsig = 0.000) and customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (tcount = 6.793 and tsig = 0.000). Simultaneously there is an effect of customer satisfaction and customer trust on customer loyalty (Fcount = 82,464 and Fsig = 0.000). It is recommended to Putra KitaRO agents to be able to increase customer loyalty by creating customer satisfaction and high customer trust in drinking water products in the KitaRO brand packaging. English translation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture and work spirit on employee performance at PT Artaboga Cemerlang, Bengkulu City. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT Artaboga Cemerlang Bengkulu City, amounting to 60 people and sampling using the saturated sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 6.839 + 0.561 (X1) + 0.331 (X2). This equation can be explained by the influence of each independent variable, namely work culture (X1) and work spirit (X2) on employee performance (Y). And the coefficient of determination is R2 = 0.624 or 62.4%. Through hypothesis testing together (simultaneously) and individually (partial). In this study using the t test and f test. Work Culture (X1) and work spirit (X2) = 0.000, which means the Fsig value <0.05 indicates that together these variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location price perception and service quality on buying interest at the Bengkulu City Mega Computer Store to determine the most dominant factor influencing buying interest. This study uses survey research methods with quantitative data analysis. The population used in this research is the consumer of the Bengkulu city mega computer shop whose number is unknown (infinite) and the sampling in this study is accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of multiple regression, the regression equation Y = 1.323 + 0.607 (X1) + 0.344 (X2) +0.142 (X3) is obtained. The results and the hypothesis show that the price shows a value of > (9.200 > 1.973) and (sig a = 0.000 < 0.050). The location shows the value > (7.163 > 1.973) and (sig a = 0.000 < 0.050). Service quality shows the value > (2.227 > 1.973) and (sig a = 0.027 < 0.050). Simultaneously (F) Price, Location and Quality of Service have a significant effect on buying interest. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions on consumers at Amelia Bakery & Cake Bengkulu. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The object of this research is the consumer of Amelia Bakery & Cake Bengkulu Store. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 130 respondents. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and questionnaires or questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques using instrument tests, Respondents Response Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2) and also Test Hypothesis t and hypothesis F. The results of this study can be concluded that the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Amelia Bakery & Cake Bengkulu shop consumers, Price has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at Amelia Bakery & Cake Bengkulu shop consumers, and Product Quality, and Prices together -the same has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on consumers of Amelia Bakery & Cake Bengkulu stores. This type of research is a quantitative and quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all consumers of Duo Sister Hijab. Based on the results of research on the relationship between electronic word of mouth and brand trust with purchasing decisions on Duo sister hijab, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of brand trust (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) Duo sister hijab Bengkulu. 2) There is a positive influence of electronic word of mouth (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y Duo sister hijab Bengkulu Regency. 3) Brand trust and electronic word of mouth together affect the performance of Duo sister hijab Bengkulu Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of promotion, distribution, production and raw material supply on improving the performance of SMEs in Bengkulu City. This research was conducted in the food sector SMEs Jl. Anggu City of Bengkulu. The sample in this study was 50 MSMEs with the sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive quantitative. The results show that Promotion individually has an effect on increasing the performance of MSMEs. Distribution individually has an effect on increasing the performance of MSMEs. Production individually has an effect on increasing the performance of MSMEs. Raw material supply individually has an effect on increasing the performance of MSMEs. The title of this research is the Effect of Packaging and Social Media Marketing on the Decision to Purchase Ground Coffee in Tanah Hitam Village. Where this study aims to analyze the effect of packaging and social media marketing on purchasing decisions.The object of this research is the consumers of ground coffee in the Tanah Hitam area, with the sample collection method in this study using the formula Hair, et al (2010). Where the minimum sample size is 5-10 times the indicator variable, where the indicator variable in this study is 13 times 10 or the maximum sample size from the formula Hair, et al (2010). By using multiple linear regression analysis technique, it can be concluded that the variables of Packaging and Social Media Marketing have a significant effect on purchasing decisions Keywords: Packaging, Social Media Marketing, Purchase Decision.

This study aims to determine the effect of supervisory motivation and compensation on work productivity of employees at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari (SIL). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research that is associative, the object of this research is all employees at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. The sampling method uses a non-probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study is 120 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and f-test. The results of this study can be concluded that the motivation variable has a positive effect on employee work productivity, supervision has a positive effect on employee work productivity, compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity and motivation, supervision and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the development of supervisory motivation and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. This study aims to see the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Laras Prima Sakti Seluma. This research is a survey research, with quantitative data analysis with a sample of 32 employees using total sampling technique. The data technique uses observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determinant coefficient (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression test using SPSS Y = 6.338 + 0.295 X1 + 0.207 X2. From the results of hypothesis testing, there is a significant influence of leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the performance of PT. Laras Prima Sakti Seluma. Hypothesis testing with the F test obtained Fcount of 19.148 > F table (3.3277) with a p value (sig.) of 0.000 <0.05, which means it can be concluded that H3 is accepted, meaning that the variables of leadership style and work discipline are jointly (simultaneously) affect employee performance.
