Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and opportunistic behavior control towards trust on Shopee’s customers in the Study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The population in this study are from students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu which amounted to 1100 people. The sample in this study were 91 respondents. Methods Data collection is done by providing a list of questions or questionnaires to respondents who are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, where the questionnaire is distributed through the WhatssApp application. This research uses data analysis tool that is with the validity and reliability test, then this research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. While testing the hypothesis tested with the test hypothesis F (Goodness of Fit) and Test t-Statistics (Partial). The result of the research shows that 1) Communication has positive and significant effect on trust in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, 2) Opportunistic behavior control has positive and significant effect on trust in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) knowing how the Syarah Bakery Kota Bengkulu store carries out Product Innovation; 2) knowing how the Syarah Bakery Kota Bengkulu store sets competitive prices and according to quality; 3) knowing that the Syarah Bakery Kota Bengkulu store is promoting; 4) knowing how the Syarah Bakery store maximizes the place. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the business marketing strategy of Syarah Bakery Kota Bengkulu in maintaining its business through the Strengths-Opportunities (SO) Strategy, namely 1) Maintaining Product Quality, the quality of a product determines a business so that it continues to run and develop. Maka dari itu kualitas dan mutu produk yang ada di Syarah Bakery Kota Bengkulu harus tetap dijaga agar terus diminati konsumen dan mampu bersaing dengan usaha sejenis. 2) Menambah variasi produk, Masyarakat Kota Bengkulu merupakan masyarakat yang heterogen baik dalam strata sosial, ekonomi, suku, usia. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and satisfaction toward consumers’ loyalty at PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban branch of Hulu Palik sub-district, North Bengkulu. This  research used a qualitative method. The sample of this research was 105 consumers of PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban branch of Hulu Palik sub-district, North Bengkulu that taken by using accidental sampling technique. The data was collected by using instruments such as observation and questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that Service Quality (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Consumers’ Satisfication (X3) have a simultaneous effect toward Customers’ Loyalty (Y) at PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban Branch Hulu Palik North Bengkulu. The results of regression equation analysis are as follows: Y = 0.689+ 0.237 (X_1) + 0.163 (X2) + 0.331 (X3). = 0.000 < 0.050), Product Quality, obtained tcount> ttable (3.284 > 1.98260) and (sig<α = 0.001<0.050), Consumers’ Satisfaction, obtained tcount>ttable (4.145 > 1.98260) and (sig<α = 0.000 < 0.050). This means that service quality, product quality, and consumers’ satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty at PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban, Hulu Palik sub-district, North Bengkulu. Keywords: Service quality, product quality, consumers’ satisfaction, consumers’ loyalty

Abstract

This is a survey research with a quantitative approach based on the importance of teacher performance in a school. This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance. The object of this research is the teacher in the district of South Bengkulu, Pino. The number of respondents in this study was 131 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded that the intellectual intelligence variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Spiritual Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of job  discipline on employee performance at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, (2) The effect of the job  environment on employee performance on The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, (3) The effect of job discipline and job environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu. This study is a type of research with a Quantitative Descriptive method, which the research compares the results of data collection and proves with numbers in a number of population through sample that are considered feasible to study. This study categorized into survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The sample in this study is the entire population of employees of The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, and the number is 40 people. The validity test used Corrected Item Total Correlation Statement, Cronbach's Alpha reliability test, while data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of thestudy showed that: (1) Job Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen in the t- test that states a value of t-hit > t (α / 2) 3,545 > 2,026) and (sig α = 0.003 < 0.05), then H1 in this study can be accepted, (2) Job  Environment has an effect on Employee performance. This can be seen in the t- test which states that the value of t-hit > t_ (α / 2) (4,528 > 2,026) and (sig α = 0,000 < 0.05), then H2 in this study is acceptable, (3) Job Discipline X1 and Job Environment X2 have an effect on Employee Performance (Y), this can be seen in the F- test which states the value of F-count > F-table, i.e. (51,651 > 1.97) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), thus it can be concludeed that H3 accepted that means simultaneously the Job Discipline variabel (X1) and Job Environment (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at The Medeline Hotel Bengkulu.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of using a helmet for motorcycle riders. The formulation of problem of this research is whether word of mouth (X1) and product attributes (X2) have a partial and simultaneous effect on consumer buying interest (Y). The purpose of research is to test and analyze the effect of word of mouth (X1) and product attributes (X2) on consumers buying interest (Y) on NHK helmets at Ulok Kupai District, Bengkulu Utara regency.Object of this research was the Ulok Kupai Subdistrict Society, Bengkulu Utara with an accidental sampling method. The stduy involved 70 respondents from the member of the society. The data were collected trough field research, observation, and questionnaires. The data collected then was analyzed by using classic assumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.Based on the multiple linear regression tests using SPSS, the result of the study show that Y = 3.365 + 0.464X1+ 0.279X2. The results of the analysis found that word of mouth (X1) has a positive effect on consumer buying interest (Y). In addition, product attributes (X2)also had a positive effect on consumer buying interest (Y). The result of T test and F test shows that the two variables had a significant effect on consumer buying interest with a significance level of <0.05. This means that Ho is rejected Ha accepted.

Abstract

This study aim to determine the effect of service quality and employee morale on community satisfaction in Kaur Distric (case study on the of the Padang Guci Downstream District Office). This study usesa sample of 99 responden who us accidental sampling technigue. Data collection technique using quistionsnaires. Data analysis technique used are multiple liniar regression. This research usese validity test,realitytest,classic assumption test,reality test,classicassumption test followed by hipotesis testing.Based on result of multiple regressionanalysis’ service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a signifikan effect on community satisfaction Ythis is evidecent by the regression equation Y = 5,124 + 0,981 X 1 + 1,860 X2  an the coefficien of determination  R2 = 0,797 which means service quality X1 and employee morale X2 contribute to influence as much of 79,2 % on community satisfaction Y and 20,8 % are influenced by other factor not explained in the research. From the reserch partial hyphotesis testing (t test)  it canbe seen that the variable service quality X1. employee  morale X2  has a value of t count 5,910 and 0,000 < 0,05 this it can be concluded that the service quality X1 and employee morale X2 have a significant effection public satisfaction Y. From the result simultaneosly ( test t) can be know F count of  0,000 < 0,05 . This Ha accepteed Ho rejected. This meantthat together the quality of service and employee morale influence community satisfaction in the service of the Padang Guci  sub-Distict Downsteam of Kaur District

Abstract

PT. Agung Automall Kota Bengkulu is a subsidiary of the Agung Concern group which operates as a Toyota main dealer. The formulation of the problem is whether organizational justice and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention of PT employees. Agung Automall Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, job satisfaction, on turnover intention of employees of PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City. This study used a sample of 62 respondents using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature review. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. This research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, followed by using hypothesis testing using SPSS. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, Organizational Justice (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a negative effect on Turnover Intention (Y), this is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 19.109 +0. 252 X1 + 0.19 X2 and a determination coefficient of R2 = 0.142 which means Organizational Fairness (X1), and Job Satisfaction (X2) contributes 14.2% influence on Turnover intention (Y) at PT. PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City and 86.2% are influenced by other variables which are not explained in this study. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test and f test with the help of SPSS prongram, it can be seen that the variables of Organizational Justice (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a value of -2,756> .1,670 and -2,306> .1.670 Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. . This means that together, Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction affect the Turnover intention of PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of wages and incentives toward employees’ productivity of PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh, Muko Muko Regency. The object of this study was the 65 employees of PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh, Mukomuko Regency. This study used observation and questionnaire as techniques of collecting data. There are several data analysis techniques used in this research, including using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Wages (X1) and Incentives (X2) have partial or simultaneous effect toward employees’ productivity at PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh Mukomuko regency. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is obtained Y = 1.275 + 0.693 (X1) + 0.528 (X2).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and personality on the performance of employees of PT. BNI Syariah Bengkulu. This study used a sample of 42 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. This research uses validity test, reliability test, followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, emotional intelligence and personality have a positive effect on employee performance (Y), this is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 7.14.210 + 0.269X1 + 0.821X2. As well as the coefficient of determination R square = 0.378, which means emotional intelligence and personality, contributed 37.8% to employee performance (Y) and 62.2% was influenced by other factors not explained in this study. From the results of hypothesis testing, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance. Personality has a significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the F test, emotional intelligence and personality have a significant effect on employee performance.
