Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health programs, work safety, work discipline, and work incentives on the productivity of employees of the PT. Sandabi inda sustainable. And to find out which factors are the most dominant in influencing employee productivity.This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling as many as 126 employees of the factory division of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari.Based on the results of data analysis, the results show that: 1) Partially the variables of Health, Safety (K3), Work Discipline, and Work Incentives, on employee productivity at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. As evidenced by tcount> ttable (2.241> 1.657) and tsig <α = (0.027 <0.050), tcount> t table (5.321> 1.657) and tsig <α = (0.000 <0.050), tcount> t table (3.666> 1.657) and tsig <α = (0.000 < 0.050). 2). Simultaneously the variables of Health, Work Safety (K3), Work Discipline, and Work Incentives have an effect on employee productivity at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. As evidenced by the Fcount of 35,879 with a Ftable value of 2.68, namely (35,879> 2.68) and tsig <α = (0,000 < 0.050) which means that Health, Work Safety (K3) (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Work Environment ( X3) together have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of job  discipline on employee performance at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, (2) The effect of the job  environment on employee performance on The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, (3) The effect of job discipline and job environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu. This study is a type of research with a Quantitative Descriptive method, which the research compares the results of data collection and proves with numbers in a number of population through sample that are considered feasible to study. This study categorized into survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The sample in this study is the entire population of employees of The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, and the number is 40 people. The validity test used Corrected Item Total Correlation Statement, Cronbach's Alpha reliability test, while data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of thestudy showed that: (1) Job Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen in the t- test that states a value of t-hit > t (α / 2) 3,545 > 2,026) and (sig α = 0.003 < 0.05), then H1 in this study can be accepted, (2) Job  Environment has an effect on Employee performance. This can be seen in the t- test which states that the value of t-hit > t_ (α / 2) (4,528 > 2,026) and (sig α = 0,000 < 0.05), then H2 in this study is acceptable, (3) Job Discipline X1 and Job Environment X2 have an effect on Employee Performance (Y), this can be seen in the F- test which states the value of F-count > F-table, i.e. (51,651 > 1.97) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), thus it can be concludeed that H3 accepted that means simultaneously the Job Discipline variabel (X1) and Job Environment (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at The Medeline Hotel Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Individual Characteristics and its Effects on Employee Work Effectiveness at PT. Bengkulu Kokoh Perkasa (2) Workload and Its Effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at PT. Bengkulu Kokoh Perkasa (3) Work Environment and Its Effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at PT. Bengkulu Kokoh Perkasa (4) Individual Characteristics, Workload and Work Environment and their effects on Work Effectiveness of Employees at PT. Bengkulu Sturdy Perkasa. This research method is quantitative with a population of 110 individuals, while the sample was taken using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% so that the results obtained 52 respondents. The research data collection technique was carried out by observation and questionnaires. The research variables consist of Individual Characteristics (X1), Workload (X2), Work Environment (X3), and Employee Work Effectiveness (Y). The result of multiple linear equation is Y = 1.769 + 1.104 (X1) + 0.447 (X2) + 0.125 (X3). The results of testing of variable hypothesis Individual Characteristics (X1), Workload (X2), and Work Environment (X3), based on the results of the F test, it was obtained F sig 321,787 and a significance value (sig) of 0.000. This result means that the significance value is 0.000 <0.050, it means that H3 is accepted. This means that the individual characteristics variable, workload And the Work Environment simultaneously influences Work Effectiveness of Employees at PT. Bengkulu Sturdy Perkasa. The result of t count for the Individual Characteristics variable (X1) is 12,809 and the significant value (sig) 0,000 means 0,000 <0.050, the Workload variable (X2) is 5.043 and the significant value (sig) 0.000 means 0.000 <0.050 and the Work Environment variable (X3) is 2.479 and a significant value (sig) 0.017 means 0.017 <0.050, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted, in other words Individual Characteristics (X1), Workload (X2) and Work Environment (X3) have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, creativity, and innovation on customer buying interest (a case study of the customer of the Sheren Hijab Bengkulu shop), either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this research, including Price, Creativity, and Innovation. The object of this research is the customer of the Sheren Hijab Bengkulu shop, which amounts to 75 people. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study, using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Price has a positive effect on Customer Purchase Intention (Case Study on Customers of the Sheren Hijab Bengkulu Shop). This means that if this is in accordance with the quality of the products provided at the Sheren Hijab Bengkulu Shop, this is felt according to the value of the benefits obtained, of course it is not a problem for customers to decide to make a purchase. Creativity has a positive influence on Customer Purchase Interest (Case Study of the Sheren Hijab Bengkulu Customer Shop). This means that if creativity is further enhanced, customers' buying interest will be even higher for the products offered by the Sheren Hijab Bengkulu Shop. Then the innovation variable shows a positive influence on customer buying interest (Case Study on the customer of the Sheren Hijab Bengkulu Store). This means that if product innovation is further enhanced, customers' buying interest will also increase. So, from the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Price, Creativity, and Innovation have a partial or simultaneous effect on Customers' Purchase Intention (Case Study on Customers of the Sheren Hijab Bengkulu Shop). Keywords: Price, Creativity, Innovation, and Purchase Interest

Abstract

The objective of this study is to know the effect of Brand Image, Product Design and Price on the Purchasing Decision of Honda Beat motorcycles on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu and to find out which factors are the most dominant affect the purchasing decisions of Honda beat motorcycles. The type of study is survey research methods with quantitative data analysis. In this study the data obtained through observation, literature study and questionnaires that have been distributed to 96 respondents of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu using the probability sampling method. The results of this study show that the result of multiple linear regression test using the SPSS program is Y = 8,347+ 0.367 (X1) + 0.234 (X2) + 0.454 (X3). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) Adjusted R Square value is 0.522 or 52.2%, where the coefficient of determination means that both the brand image (X1), product design (X2) and price (X3) contributed 52.2 % in affecting the purchasing decisions (Y) for Honda Beat motorcycles. Hypothesis testing by t test shows that the brand image variable (X1) is 0.004 <0.050, the product design variable (X2) is 0.007 <0.050 and the price variable (X3) is 0.000 <0.050 which means that all variables have a partial effect on purchasing decisions, and F test shows that the brand image variable (X1), product design (X2), and price (X3) affect the purchasing decision (Y) with a significance level <0.050. This means Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted

Abstract

The Mayola was firstly opened in November 2018. This shop is one of the stores at mega mall in Bengkulu city. It sells women's fashion products. This study aims to determine how much effect of the Shopping Lifestyle and Store Atmosphere on the Impulse Buying on consumers of Mayola Shop Mega Mall Bengkulu City. The method used in this research was quantitative data analysis. The population were consumers at Mayola Shop totaling 120 people. To determine thesampling, the researcher used accidental sampling method. The data was  collected using a questionnaire. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and also hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 3.099 + 0.333 (X1) + 0.122 (X2). The Results and hypotheses show that Shopping Lifestyle (sig <α = 0.001 <0.050), Store Atmosphere (sig <α = 0,000 <0.050), simultaneously have a significant effect on Impulse Buying. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourism facilities, price and safety on tourist visiting decision at Hot Spring Tourism of Curup. The population of this study was all tourists who are visiting at  Hot Spring Tourism of Curup. The sample of this study was 70 respondents. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of the respondents being visitors who were visiting at Hot Spring Tourism of Curup. The data was analyzed by using quantitative analysis (validity and reliability tests), multiple regressi on analysis, classical assumption test (multicollinearity normality) and heteroscedasticity), the ttest and the coefficient of determination. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it is found that the regression equation Y=13.251+0.251(X1)+0.279(X2)+0.539(X3).This means that the Tourism Facility ,Price and Security variables have appositive effect on visiting decisions. While from the hypothesis, thet value for Tourism Facilities (X1) is 2.480 with a significan celevel of 0.016, for Price (X2)2.249 with a significance of 0.028 and for the security variable (X3)3.783 with a significan celevel of 0.000. t test statessignifican tresults forall variables and the hypothesis accepted.The result of multiple regression analysis also shows the coefficient of determination of 0.589,which means that the variables of Tourism Facilities, Price and Security give effect on visiting decision of tourists by 58.9%,while 41.1% is influenced by other variables which are not observed in this study.

Abstract

Sister Duo Hijab store is a company engaged in fashion which produces and markets hijab, clothes, pants, hijab shirts, tuspins etc. This business has been running for 3 years and is growing well but has many competitors in the same field. This study is entitled "analysis of marketing strategies to increase sales in the city of Bengkulu hijab duo sister shop". This research is based on the importance of marketing strategies in an organization. This study also aims to determine the company's internal and external factors, determine the company's position and determine the right marketing strategy for the company to increase sales. The analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis in which the analysis tools are IFAS and EFAS matrices. There are 2 informants in this study, namely the owner and marketing manager and the owner and financial manager. data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The total score from the analysis of internal factors was 3.85 with a strength of 3.15, a weakness of 0.70. Meanwhile, the total score of external factors is 2.40 with a 1.95 chance, a threat of 0.45. Whereas IFAS and EFAS matrix position of the company is in quadrant 1, which is an aggressive strategy. By using the SWOT analysis technique, the results of this study can be concluded that the strengths with the largest score are good product quality, weaknesses namely narrow parking spaces, opportunities namely technological development and threats namely intense competition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence student decisions to choose the Faculty of Economics. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 356 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was to use the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques using observations and questionnaires. The collected data was then processed using the SPSS 21 data processing tool and analyzed using the classical assumption test analysis technique, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression test, namely Y = 1.001 + 0.141X1 + 0.103X2 + 0.288X3 + 0.057X4 + e. From the results of the partial hypothesis test (T test) that each variable of interest, motivation, expected work, and learning environment has a significant positive effect on the student decision variable to choose the Faculty of Economics. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pengatahuan produk Terhadap Minat Beli  Baju Seken Pada toko Yomci Shop. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Toko Yomci Shop sebanyak 80 orang dengan Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling.Ada beberapa teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, diantaranya, analisis tanggapan responden, analisis regresi sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Pengaruh pengatahuan produk Terhadap Minat Beli  Baju Seken Pada toko Yomci Shop, didapat persamaan regresi Y = 4.362 + 0.535 (X) Lalu hasil Koefesien Diterminasi (R2) sebesar 0.406 atau 40.6% terhadap Minat Beli baju seken pada toko yomci shop sedangkansisanyasebesar 0.594 atau 59.4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam model penelitian ini. Untuk hasil uji t terhadap Pengetahuan (X)  7.411 > ttabel 1.990 denganya tingkat signifikan 0,000 < dari 0,050 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Baju Seken Pada toko Yomci Shop. Kata Kunci:    Pengetahuan, Minat Beli
