Abstract

This study aims to understand the importance of a task/job analysis for the advancement of Islamic education in Islamic educational institutions. With the analysis of the tasks placed by each human resource in their respective positions with their competencies, the goals of Islamic education will be achieved. The method used in this research is qualitative in a literature study approach. In contrast, in collecting data and study materials through various books and journals and other documents relevant to the study, a conclusion is then drawn. The expected results of this discussion will later contribute to Islamic education in Islamic educational institutions to make task analysis a top priority in achieving the goals of Islamic teaching. There are four types of job analysis carried out by educational institutions, namely 1) Job Analysis for personal specifications, 2) Job Analysis for training purposes, 3) Job Analysis for setting rates and 4) Job Analysis for method improvements. These four are essential parts carried out by Islamic educational institutions in finding human resources who contribute to the progress of Islamic education.

Abstract

The learning process will involve the roles of teachers and students. There will be a process of mutual influence to achieve the desired common goal, namely a change with positive results from the entire series of teaching and learning activities carried out. However, in reality, teachers often face students with various learning difficulties that they experience. This is based on multiple factors, one of which is the problem of different student characteristics, both physiological and psychological. The scope of the psychological aspects of students includes the level of student intelligence/intelligence, student attitudes, student talents, student interests, and student motivation which can affect the achievement of student learning outcomes because the learning outcomes obtained by students will never be separated as a result of the high. Low psychological aspects possess students, so later, it will affect the learning difficulties experienced by students due to the standard psychological elements they have. Students' learning difficulties must be known to find appropriate problem-solving solutions. To overcome these student learning difficulties, it is necessary to analyze all psychological aspects of students to see the extent to which the interrelationships of each of these psychological aspects can cause learning difficulties in students

Abstract

The naturalistic intelligence of early childhood is very important to be stimulated because at an early age child are faster to receive stimuli and apply the knowledge or knowledge they have acquired. One way to stimulate is through the outbound method. The naturalistic intelligence of grade B children at RA Muslimat NU XVII Keser, Tunjungan, and Blora has not yet been achieved and developed. Therefore, this study analyzes efforts to improve children's naturalistic intelligence through the outbound method. The type of method used by the researcher is qualitative, namely using analysis of interview data and in-depth observations in the field. From the data sources that the researchers got from the field, the researchers were able to formulate a problem statement on how to apply increasing naturalistic intelligence through the outbound method at RA Muslimat NU XVII Keser, Kec. Tunjungan, Blora? to increase naturalistic intelligence in children. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between student learning outcomes in mathematics using the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) learning model and the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model. The research method is descriptive quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach, and a two-group posttest only control design. Samples were taken by means of convenience sampling. The data collection technique is a test instrument by looking at the learning outcomes. The results and findings, based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test, obtained that t count is greater than t table of 3.179> 1.995 with a significance level of 0.05. These findings are supported by the calculation of learning outcomes for experimental class I using the Student Team Achievement Divisions method with the average value is 70.01, this shows a higher value than the experimental class II which uses the Team Assisted Individualization method which averages 66.90. The conclusion is that there are differences in the learning outcomes of students who are taught using the Student Team Achievement Divisions model with students who are taught using the Team Assisted Individualization learning model. The Student Team Achievement Divisions learning model produces higher learning outcomes and is recommended to be used in teaching all mathematics materials at all levels

Abstract

The ability to understand concepts is the mastery of the material in which students recognize, know, and are able to re-express concepts in a form that is easier to understand. However, students’ conceptual understanding skills still tend to be low. So it takes teaching materials that integrate these abilities. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the need for teaching materials based on mind map applications to improve students’ conceptual understanding skills. A mind map is a mind map in the form of a diagram that visually describes ideas, concepts, information, or other things. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted in one of the public junior high schools in Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were 32 students of class IXA. Data collection techniques used interviews, concept understanding ability tests, and preliminary study questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that teachers had not implemented mind map-assisted learning, students’ conceptual understanding abilities tended to be low, students were interested in learning using mind map applications because students could develop ways of thinking and make them more active during learning
