To figure out the phenomenon, Brown and Levinson's theory of politeness strategies was applied in analyzing the data: Bald on Record, positive politeness, negative politeness, and off Record. From the analysis, it was figured out that all types of politeness strategies were realized in kyai/ustadz utterances. In contrast, only three politeness strategies were performed by santri. It was identified that some social factors of power and social distance triggered the santri and kyai/ustadz to execute such plans. However, another influential factor that was found to encourage the participants to employ those strategies was Pesantren Sholahul Huda Al-Mujahidin's culture of akhlak encompasses several values based upon Islamic values declared in Al Quran and Al Hadith. Abstract

The learning process will involve the roles of teachers and students. There will be a process of mutual influence to achieve the desired common goal, namely a change with positive results from the entire series of teaching and learning activities carried out. However, in reality, teachers often face students with various learning difficulties that they experience. This is based on multiple factors, one of which is the problem of different student characteristics, both physiological and psychological. The scope of the psychological aspects of students includes the level of student intelligence/intelligence, student attitudes, student talents, student interests, and student motivation which can affect the achievement of student learning outcomes because the learning outcomes obtained by students will never be separated as a result of the high. Low psychological aspects possess students, so later, it will affect the learning difficulties experienced by students due to the standard psychological elements they have. Students' learning difficulties must be known to find appropriate problem-solving solutions. To overcome these student learning difficulties, it is necessary to analyze all psychological aspects of students to see the extent to which the interrelationships of each of these psychological aspects can cause learning difficulties in students.

Abstract

the purpose of this study was to determine the difference between student learning outcomes in mathematics using the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) learning model and the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model. The research method is descriptive quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach, and a two-group posttest only control design. Samples were taken by means of convenience sampling. The data collection technique is a test instrument by looking at the learning outcomes. The results and findings, based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test, obtained that t count is greater than t table of 3.179> 1.995 with a significance level of 0.05. These findings are supported by the calculation of learning outcomes for experimental class I using the Student Team Achievement Divisions method with the average value is 70.01, this shows a higher value than the experimental class II which uses the Team Assisted Individualization method which averages 66.90. The conclusion is that there are differences in the learning outcomes of students who are taught using the Student Team Achievement Divisions model with students who are taught using the Team Assisted Individualization learning model. The Student Team Achievement Divisions learning model produces higher learning outcomes and is recommended to be used in teaching all mathematics materials at all levels

Abstract

This study examines the characteristics that influence undergraduate students at Ogun's public universities to use mobile learning technologies. Based on primary data collected using self-designed questionnai, the study explored the effect of undergraduate students' perceived satisfaction, perceived ease of use, and perceived accessibility on the use of mobile devices in the classroom, as well as whether there is any difference in undergraduate students' perceptions of the usefulness of mobile technology for learning based on sex and age. Data from a random sample of 400 students from two public colleges in Ogun State was analyzed using the regression Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) technique. Undergraduate students' evaluations of satisfaction, ease of use, and accessibility have been found to have a direct impact on the usage of mobile technology for learning in public universities. Furthermore, it was discovered that, while age and gender have no significant joint and independent influence on the use of mobile technology for learning in public universities, undergraduate students' perceptions of accessibility, satisfaction, and ease of use have a positive significant joint and independent influence. The study discovered that undergraduate students' evaluations of satisfaction, ease of use, and accessibility encourage them to adopt mobile technology for studying in public universities in Ogun State. Undergraduates should be encouraged by obtaining, providing, or funding mobile learning technologies, according to the study. A section for M-learning applications should also be created to provide students with a visual and auditory tutorial.
