Garuda Indonesia Branch Office Solo so as not to experience losses during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Qualitative method with primary and secondary data. The results of the research on marketing strategies and human resources are implementing a marketing strategy in collaboration with agents, hospital laboratories and conducting special prices. The human resource strategy develops human resources in special lessons related to marketing, operational activities in the face of a pandemic & RULS (Recurrent Uplifting Learning Service) with the performance of maintaining good relations with partners and evaluating the progress of marketing and flight operations. Establish HR in 2021 which establishes units for marketing, finance and operational divisions by reducing human resources that are less professional, reducing human resources that are less interested/competent.]]>

<![CDATA[Diabetesxmelitus xis a chronicxmetabolic xdisorder with multiple etiologiesxcharacterized by high bloodxsugar levelsxcarbohydrate, lipid and protein. Pharmacologicalxmanagement xuses drugs, while xnon-pharmacological treatmentsxsuch as leaf decoction moringa. Thexpurpose of thisxstudy to determinexthe effectiveness of the consumption of Moringa stew on reducing blood sugar levels in Type II. This type of research pre-e perimental using a onexgroupxpre-test and post-test design plan. The number of respondents is 30 people. The result of the study prove the effectiveness of consuming boiled Moringa leaves (moringa oleifera) in reducing blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes melitus in the work area of the Tanjung Morawa Health Center UPT in 2022 with a p-value of 0,000. In Patient type 2 diabetes melitus at the Tanjung Morawa public health center, it is e pected to be able to utilize natural ingredients. such as Moringa leaves to control blood sugar levels to stay normal.]]>

<![CDATA[Development of Education Quality Improvement by Implementing Internet Cafes in Rural Areas makes it easier for local residents, including students at SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Abang, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) to communicate and find information. This internet cafe or internet cafe is accompanied by an internet network so that users can access websites, blogs, micro blogging sites, e-mail, Yahoo Messenger, Gtalk, Zoom and so on. The development of this internet cafe uses data collection methods by taking data from high school students Negeri 1 Tanah Abang, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency, totaling 60 people. This research itself uses quantitative methods. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of student learning in the presence of an internet cafe. Based on a questionnaire that was distributed to 60 students, the existence of an internet cafe and the impact of the internet cafe on SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Abang, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) was highly appreciated by most students who thought that the existence of an internet cafe had a good effect on their learning activities. In addition to studying, they can also relieve fatigue from studying all day with entertainment in the internet cafe.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the difference in financial performance between the profit and loss approach and the Shari'ate Value Added Statement (SVAS) at the Indonesian Benteng Mikro Syariah Cooperative. The data used is the annual financial report issued by the Indonesian micro-fortress sharia cooperative in the 2016-2020 period. The population of this study includes sharia cooperatives in Tangerang which are registered with the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period. The object of this research is the Indonesian micro-fortress sharia cooperative. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian micro-fortress sharia cooperative and its website. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis. The analytical tool used in this research is the independent sample t test. The results of the calculations and the required performance ratios are compared with the results through statistical tests. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the financial performance of the Indonesian micro-fortress sharia cooperative using the ROA, ROE, and LBAP ratio measuring scale when analyzed using the profit and loss approach and the shari'ate value added statement.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of return on equity, dividend payout ratio, price earnings ratio on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period used is 5 years, namely the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Based on purposive sampling obtained 17 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of software eviews 12.0. The results showed that return on equity had no effect on stock returns. However, the dividend payout ratio has a negative effect on stock returns and the price earning ratio has a positive effect on stock returns.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cash flow volatility, sales volatility and accruals on earnings persistence with book tax differences as moderating variables in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period used is 5 years, namely the 2016-2020 period. The population of this study includes all consumer goods industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria obtained 25 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The results show that cash flow volatility has an effect on earnings persistence, sales volatility has an effect on earnings persistence, the amount of accruals has no effect on earnings persistence, book tax differences moderate the relationship between cash flow volatility and earnings persistence and cash flow volatility, sales volatility and the amount of accruals on persistence. earnings with book tax differences as the moderating variable.]]>

<![CDATA[In the transformational leadership style, a leader gives freedom to his employees or employees to work and assumes that they are partners and not subordinates. The existence of innovative behavior shown by employees, where employees can innovate to work, complete work properly and correctly is a behavior that is currently widely used in small, medium and large companies. This behavior will encourage employees to give maximum results and show good performance and provide all the potential that exists for the progress of the company. In the literature review conducted by almost all the journals used, it shows that transformational leadership is leadership that increases employee motivation, satisfies employee needs and treats them as whole human beings. This leadership pattern will encourage employees to give their best at work, employees will bring out their best abilities and in the end, employee performance will increase. Transformational leadership patterns will not only encourage better employee performance, but will also create employees who are broad-minded, able to think outside their daily habits and increase innovative thinking to complete their work. The combination of leaders who apply transformational leadership patterns and innovative behavior leads to maximum performance and benefits the company.]]>

<![CDATA[Marriage of different religions is one of the social phenomena of society that has the potential to have impact implications in the future. One of them is the conflict between marriage as a human right and the regulation of marriage that emphasizes validity based on religious beliefs. This study aims to explain marriages of different religions from various perspectives. This research is qualitative research with a normative approach. The results showed that the opinion that marriages of different religions are allowed are based on Article 57 of Law 1/1974, where there is a marriage clause that is subject to different laws. This allows for marriages of different nationalities and different religions. In addition, Law 1/1974 is considered to have a legal vacuum, which can be done the application of Regeling op de Gemengde Huwelijk (GHR). Another basis for the permissibility of marriage of different religions is the Civil Code. While opinions that say marriage of different religions are not allowed are based on Law 1/1974, FATWA MUI, and KHI. Law 1/1974 and Human Rights have two (two) different perspectives, between allowing and prohibiting marriage of different religions.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on employee performance, the effect of non-physical work environment on employee performance, and the effect of training and non-physical work environment simultaneously and partially on employee performance at Pizza Hut Delivery Karawang, West Java. The population in this study were all employees of Pizza Hut Delivery Karawang, West Java, totaling 70 people, the sample technique used was the saturated sample technique, the data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire/questionnaire method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed Y = 11.955 + 0.282 X1 + 0.438 X2. While the correlation coefficient value shows 0.724, it can be concluded that the training variable (X1) and the non-physical work environment (X2) simultaneously have a strong level of relationship strength on employee performance (Y). And the Coefficient of Determination Test obtained the coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 0.525, it can be concluded that training (X1) and non-physical work environment (X2) together have a contribution of 52.5% influence on employee performance]]>

<![CDATA[The growth in the number of passengers continues to increase every year, this is also followed by an increase in the number of postal and cargo transportation using airplanes, the purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the quality of cargo terminal services has on service user satisfaction at the airport of Sultan Babullah Ternate, service quality is the success of an achievement of a company in creating positive thinking from customers can also make customers feel satisfied. The method in this research uses quantitative methods or data collection is obtained from primary data with the questionnaire method. The population in this study are users of cargo terminal services in Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate, in this study requires a sample of 100 respondents. the sample or data source is selected using Non-Probability Sampling with Incidental Sampling Technique. The results in this study have an effect on the quality of cargo terminal services on service user satisfaction at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate. Showing the output results obtained from the beta coefficient value is 0.983 with t count that is 53.628 and t table is 1.98447 because t count > t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In conclusion, the variable (X) of service quality has an influence on the variable (Y) of service user satisfaction with an effect of 0.983 or 98.3%.]]>
