Abstract

This reserach examines factors influencing the profitability of Fintech lending companies in Indonesia. A purposive sampling method was employed to select 45 companies annually. The data for this research are cross-sectional, comprising the years 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. The methods in this research are Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and multiple linear regression. Findings reveal that current ratio, cash ratio, working capital turnover, debt to assets ratio, short-term debt ratio, equity multiplier, total assets turnover, fixed assets turnover, tangible assets ratio, and effective tax rate significant determinants of profitability for Fintech lending companies in Indonesia. This reserach can help Fintech lending companies improve their profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect Customer Loyalty at the Cargo Terminal of PT Angkasa Pura Logistik I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Denpasar by using service quality, price and brand image as research variables through customer satisfaction. The population of this study is customers from PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics with a sample of 164 respondents. The results of this study show that of the four variables, including price to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as mediation, brand image to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as mediation, price to customer loyalty and brand image to customer loyalty which have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, the quality of service to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediator, the quality of service to customer loyalty and the brand image to customer loyalty have no positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study determined the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and the financial performance of automotive companies in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, using data from 2020-2022. Descriptive statistics, financial metrics analysis, ANOVA, and Chi-Square Pearson tests were employed. Results showed that while environmental and ethical CSR initiatives were emphasized, economic community development was less prioritized. No significant differences were found in CSR activities based on firm profiles, and there was no significant link between CSR activities and financial performance. The study recommends a more balanced CSR approach, with greater emphasis on local economic development and partnerships with community and educational institutions. Due to limitations in sample size and data variety, future research should involve a broader participant base.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to present empirical support for the use of behavioral features in the accounting system. We carried out our investigation at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI (PTPN VI). The sample technique used was called purposeful sampling. The research sample consisted of 45 respondents. two types of statistical analysis: descriptive and inferential. It is anticipated that the literature on accounting information systems and behavioral accounting will benefit from the study's examination of the behavioral components of the accounting system. Because understanding the behavioral characteristics of the accounting system can be taken into account when making decisions or policies for the company's advancement, the practical benefits of the research's findings assist the business. The results demonstrated that the accounting system is impacted by motivation. At PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (PTPN VI) Jambi Region, perception has no discernible impact on the accounting system, learning has no effect, and emotion has a partial impact.

Abstract

Sales Force is an important part of PT Telkom Indonesia's position which has a role in making the company successful. Sales Force finds it difficult to make offers to get customers. Sales Forces do not get a fixed salary, they only get a fee based on new customer orders whose been activated on the same day, so this makes Sales Force less motivated to work. It is suspected that there is miss preception between the Sales Force and the Organization which can influence their job satisfaction and performance. This research presents the results of descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests of measurement model parameters, as well as the results of testing the research structural model. The descriptive statistical analysis, validity test and reliability test in this research were analyzed using SMARTPLS software. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing and model suitability analysis in this research were carried out using the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Data collection was carried out directly by distributing questionnaires to 101 respondents, who were in the IndiHome Sales area for the period 2019 – July 2023. For the result analysis, Work Motivation and Self Efficacy have positive significant for Sales Force Job Satisfaction. Work motivation and Climate Organization have a positive significant effect on Sales Force Job Performance. Climate Organization does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Self-Efficacy does not have a significant effect on Performance. Job Satisfaction does not have a significant effect on Sales Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how price perception, location, and service quality affect customers' decisions to buy from Identiq Coffee Shop. This kind of study is quantitative in nature. This study's population is unknown. Purposive sampling combined with non-probability sampling is a sampling strategy. There were 96 responders in the study's sample. methods for gathering data by sending out surveys with Google Form. Multiple Linear Regression analysis was used in this work to test hypotheses. A number of coffee shops in North Bekasi are the topic of the study. The study's findings show that the factors of location, price perception, and service quality all significantly and concurrently positively affect the purchasing decision variable.

Abstract

The occurrence of a phenomenon of rapid change in all industries due to the VUCA era and its impact on the demand for workforce work readiness in the hotel industry is the background for this research. This study aims to analyze the work readiness of students at the Hospitality Accounting Management Study Program (Prodi MAH) at the Politeknik Pariwisata Bali based on the influence of curriculum factors, accounting expertise and lecturer competence. This research is quantitative research where data collection is carried out by distributing online questionnaires using Google Forms to all students of the Prodi MAH. Sampling using a census consists of Prodi MAH 8th semester students, as many as 60 people. Furthermore, the data was processed with SEM PLS using smartPLS software version 4.0. The findings indicated that curriculum and accounting expertise positively, significantly and directly impacted work readiness and indirectly affected work readiness through the mediation of lecturer competence.

Abstract

As the number of Gen Z entering companies continues to increase every year, companies must understand the characteristics of Gen Z, especially how they participate in their careers in the company. The purpose of this study is to see how the mediation of Person Organization Fit impacts the influence of Employer Branding and Organizational Culture on Employee Engagement of Gen Z in Jakarta. For this study, this quantitative model was used to distribute questionnaires to Gen Z members who have lived and worked in Jakarta for at least one year. The online distributed questionnaire consisting of 84 statements was completed by 110 valid participants. SmartPLS was used to analyse the data through hypothesis testing and measurements were made using a Likert scale (5 points). The results showed that: (1) Employer Branding affects the Person Organization Fit of gen Z in Jakarta, (2) Employer Branding affects Employee Engagement of gen Z in Jakarta, (3) Organizational Culture affects the Person Organization Fit of gen Z in Jakarta, (4) Organizational Culture does not affect Employee Engagement of gen Z in Jakarta, (5) Person Organization Fit affects Employee Engagement in gen Z in Jakarta, (6) Person Organization Fit cannot mediate Employer Branding affects Employee Engagement in gen Z in Jakarta, (7) Person Organization Fit can mediate Organizational Culture affects Employee Engagement in gen Z in Jakarta.

Abstract

The competitive landscape necessitates that startups have competitive strategies to attract consumers and retain customers. Startups need to realize sustainable business practices where companies cannot solely focus on profit but also implement sustainable business concepts that consider social and economic dimensions. Various digital platforms can be utilized by companies to publicize their business activities. One such startup that applies this strategy is Cleansheet, a sociopreneurship in the field of cleaning service based on empowerment. The research was conducted in Bogor from January to March 2024 through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to 285 respondents. The results of the SEM analysis show that Cleansheet's customer acquisition is significantly influenced by digital marketing, customer loyalty, and sustainability perception. Meanwhile, customer loyalty is significantly influenced by customer satisfaction, sustainability perception, digital marketing, and service quality. Regarding the indirect effect, customer satisfaction significantly acts as a mediating variable in the partial influence of digital marketing and service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to explain and analyse the effect of diversity on employee performance at PT Tanjung Migas Tanjung Morawa. The data sources in this study are primary data, namely employees of PT Tanjung Migas Tanjung Morawa and secondary data sources as a reference tool, namely journals and some literature and other documents. The population of this research data is all employees of PT Tanjung Migas Tanjung Morawa, totalling 33 people and sampling using a census. then the data collection method uses a questionnaire with SEM Smart PLS software as a data analysis tool. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between diversity and employee performance. Hopefully PT Tanjung Migas can continue to evaluate in improving the application of Diversity to employees through aspects of ethnicity, gender, age, and religion so as to make employees feel comfortable at work in order to provide satisfactory performance for the company.
