Abstract

This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of Local Income through the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Population Size, Inflation, and Investment in the East Java Province. The data used in this study are secondary data from the years 2009 to 2022 sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of East Java Province. The research method employed is a quantitative method and processed using SPSS 25. The results of the analysis reveal that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the independent variables, namely Gross Regional Domestic Product (X1), Population Size (X2), Inflation (X3), Domestic Investment (X4), and Foreign Investment (X5), on the dependent variable, which is Local Income (Y), in the East Java Province. However, when examined individually, the Gross Regional Domestic Product variable has a positive and significant effect, Population Size has a negative and insignificant effect, inflation has a positive but insignificant effect, Domestic Investment variable has a positive but insignificant effect, and the Foreign Investment (FDI) variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Local Income in the East Java Province from 2009 to 2022.

Abstract

Leading sectors are those with the ability to strengthen the local economy and generate wealth. Finding the economic sectors that contribute most to the Malang District's regional gross domestic product is the aim of this study. This study uses quantitative description to identify the major and minor sectors of Malang Regency and makes use of time series data as secondary data from 2020 to 2022. Among the analysis instruments employed are the Location Quotient (LQ); The results showed that:  (1) According to the location quotient (LQ) analysis, the main sectors of Malang Regency are agriculture, forestry, fisheries, manufacturing, water supply, waste management, solid waste and recycling. It consists of  Masu. Construction industry retail and wholesale. repairs for cars, motorcycles, and other vehicles. (2) Shift share analysis for wholesale/retail, automobile/motorcycle repair. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price perception and promotions on the purchasing decisions of Mie Gacoan (a brand of instant noodles) in Surabaya City (a study conducted on the Shopee Food application). This research method is quantitative and involves a sample size of 96 respondents, determined based on the sampling technique according to Ghozali's guidelines. The population of this study consists of Mie Gacoan consumers in Surabaya City who have made purchases through the Shopee Food application. The sample for this research was obtained using purposive sampling, which means selecting samples based on specific criteria. The sample consists of respondents who have purchased Mie Gacoan in Surabaya City through the Shopee Food application. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research prove that: (1) Price perception has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. (2) Promotions have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and assess the correlation between Trading Volume Activity, Stock Splits, and the January Effect on Stock Market Returns. The study was carried out at technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Nineteen sets of firm data were selected for analysis, each consisting of observations covering two years. The process of choosing data employed a purposive sampling technique, which involved the application of three specific criteria. The data underwent examination using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with SmartPLS 3.2.9 application. The study's findings indicate no significant connection between trading volume activity on stock market returns. However, it is observed that stock splits and the occurrence of January affect the impact on stock market returns.

Abstract

This research examines to assesses the financial performance of the Jambi City Government by using the calculation method of Economic Ratios, Efficiency Ratios and Effectiveness Ratios and to see the effect of this financial performance on development in Jambi City. The analytical method in this research uses descriptive analysis and Correlation Test. The data used in this study are Regional Expenditures, Personnel Expenditures, Capital Expenditures, Regional Revenues and Local Own Revenue for the City of Jambi for the last 4 years, namely 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. The three ratios from the value for money method are then linked with the Capital Expenditure growth ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Market Segmentation, Positioning, and Lifestyle Implications on Merchandise KPOP Online Marketing. This study was conducted on the NCT community. The number of samples determined was 96 respondents, with sampling techniques using Non-Probability Sampling. This study used a descriptive quantitative method, with a validity test analysis method, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedaticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, and coefficient determination test. The analysis tool in this study is SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that market segmentation, positioning, and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on online marketing of sex-pop merchandise both in part and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows a figure of 0.815 which means that the online marketing variable of the sex population is influenced by market segmentation, positoning, and lifestyle variables of 81%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify how the influence of Store Atmosphere and Location on purchasing decisions for Coffeshop Haidden Sidoarjo products. The population of this research is consumers of Coffeeshop Haidden Sidoarjo products. This research method is quantitative by taking a sample of 108 respondents and distributing questionnaires in Sidoarjo City with the help of Google Forms. The sample collection technique uses non-probability sampling by determining the accidental sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live around the City of Sidoarjo, aged 17 years and over, buyers and users of Haidden's Coffeshop products. Data taken from respondents are primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data processing from this study it can be concluded that the decision to purchase Coffeshop Haidden products is positively and significantly influenced by the Store Atmosphere and Location variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality on the Financial Performance of Perumda Tirta Mayang Jambi City. The population in this study were all customers of Perumda Tirta Mayang, Jambi City, totaling 94,024 customers. Sampling used the Slovin formula to obtain a total sample of 100 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is logistic regression analysis using the SPSS version 24 software program.

Abstract

During this era of rapid technological advancement, human needs for access to information and the ability to interact with others have become easier to achieve through one of the main means, namely the use of social media platforms. The aim of this study was to determine the impact of price perceptions and shopping lifestyles on impulse buying at TikTok Shop among generation Z in Surabaya city. This study applies a quantitative approach by collecting primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling and purposive sampling, where 104 individual respondents who live in Surabaya and use TikTok Shop are the subjects in this study. Data analysis was analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. This study reveals that price perception and shopping lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on impulse buying at TikTok Shop, especially for generation Z in Surabaya.

The research aims to unravel Green Competitive Advantage (GCA) management which has emerged as a crucial strategy in recent years for organizations seeking a competitive edge. The growing literature on GCA underscores its significance, highlighting its potential to enhance organizational sustainability and performance while also providing a competitive advantage. The adoption of green innovation and high environmental awareness has been shown to yield improved performance and a better competitive advantage. This contributes to sustainable business practices and positions the company favorably in the business landscape. Therefore, understanding the implications of GCA is essential for policymakers who need to define the best mechanism for developing green innovation. This, in turn, can help organizations achieve a competitive advantage and ensure business sustainability. The study emphasizes the importance of GCA literacy among practitioners and stakeholders. The novelty of the research results indicates that understanding encourages the selection of green changes within organizations, promoting GCA as a sustainable business framework. Summing up, GCA management not only offers a competitive edge for businesses but is also a step towards a sustainable future. Therefore, exploring the role of GCA in business management and its potential implications is of utmost importance in today's business world.
