Abstract

Ultra Micro Financing is a government program that aims to improve the welfare of micro, small and medium businesses. This article aims to analyse the influence of Ultra Micro Financing on business and debtor welfare. There are 234 debtors as respondents. Analysis uses the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The variables for the debtor's business are business assets and business turnover, while debtor welfare are electricity costs and consumption expenditure. The results show that there has been an increase in the average debtor business as measured by business assets per year, increasing by 38.94% and business turnover per year increasing by 18.50%. Debtor welfare as measured by monthly electricity costs increased by 9.64% and per capita consumption expenditure per week increased by 12.50%.

Abstract

The development of a dynamic energy system requires adjustments to energy policies that are in line with and receive strong support from human resources in government and society. One of the most effective and sustainable policies is encouraging investment in environmentally friendly infrastructure, such as renewable energy. The potential of solar energy, which is a renewable energy source, offers a solution to the energy crisis experienced by developing countries. In this research, a new concept is proposed which is known as "the interaction between social acceptance and investment readiness (SONVES) as a mediator of green_ Techno Humanistic Education Capability towards solar PV investment readiness". This aims to determine the effect of increasing social acceptance, technology acceptance, environmental awareness, and economic value which are expected to have a positive effect on investment readiness. This research model uses a quantitative descriptive approach to describe the situation objectively using data in the form of numbers.   overall investment readiness.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the impact of transformational leadership style, level of work discipline, level of work stress, and level of work motivation on employee performance at Purbowangi General Hospital. A total of 100 employees working in this hospital were respondents in this study, and data were collected using the census method. The results revealed that multiple linear regression analysis indicated that transformational leadership style (β=7.534, significance=0.003), work discipline (β=6.423, significance=0.004), work stress (β=5.174, significance=0.005), and work motivation (β=7.727, significance=0.003) had a significant influence on employee performance. These findings suggest that in the context of employee performance in hospitals, all four factors have a significant impact. The study contributes by combining transformational leadership style, work discipline, work stress, and work motivation in the context of employee performance in hospitals. It also adds new insights to theoretical analysis, resulting in important findings to enhance performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find the influence of organizational culture, work environment on job satisfaction with work stress as a mediation variable. The primary data was obtained from the results of the questionnaire to 116 respondents using the probability sampling technique. (SEM-PLS). The results of the study found Organizational culture has a significant negative influence on employee work stress, Working environment has a negative and significant influence upon employee job stress, Organizational cultures have a positive and significant impact on employees job satisfaction, The work environment has an important and positive impact on the employee’s work satisfaction, Working stress has a positive influence and significant effect on employees’ work satisfactions, The organizational culture influences employee satisfaction through work stress mediation, The working environment influences employees’ satisfaction with the mediation of work stress in the main room vocation training and productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the elements affecting ASN employees' job satisfaction in the East Jakarta City Administration Education Department. The benefit the goal of this study is to address the issue of job satisfaction. for ASN employees of the East Jakarta City Administration Education Sub-dept. The East Jakarta City Administration's ASN employees make up the study's population. Education Sub-dept. using 104 employees as the sample size and an observation period of 2023. This research is quantitative research with data analysis methods using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the research show that transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of discounts and free delivery cost on purchasing decisions for hijab products on Shopee e- commerce in East Java. The population in this study is consumers who own hijabs in East Java who have made purchases through the Shopee application. The sample in this study was 90 respondents. taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on criteria. The sample consisted of respondents who had purchased hijab products in East Java via the Shopee application. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used in this research is (PLS) with validity testing, reliability testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research prove that: (1) Discounts have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Free Delivery Cost has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Nowadays, companies that provide community investment are starting to mushroom. To compete with competitors, MNC Sekuritas tries to retain the best human resources and encourage these resources to be more efficient and effective in their work. The research aims to determine the influence of Compensation and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Engagement with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research population was all permanent employees of the PT MNC Sekuritas Jakarta head office with a sample of 105 respondents. The research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Analysis of SEM-PLS data using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of the research show that compensation does not have a significant influence on Employee Engagement, but has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Perceived Organizational Support has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. It was also found that Job Satisfaction has a significant influence on Employee Engagement. Compensation and Perceived Organizational Support through Job Satisfaction have a significant influence on Employee Engagement.

Abstract

In the construction industry, the practice of direct payments by service users to subcontractors has become a common phenomenon. This practice occurs when service users, as main clients, pay subcontractors directly without going through the main contractor. This aims to speed up cash flow and ensure timely payments to subcontractors. However, the practice of direct payments also raises various problems and impacts that need to be considered. In this research, the approach used is quantitative. This research uses a causal analysis method because this research aims to test a hypothesis regarding the influence of one or several independent variables on the dependent variable. The population determined in this research includes building project stakeholders who focus on: Project Owners, and Main Contractors, Sub-contractors / Suppliers, totaling 110 respondents, using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error, the number of respondents was 86 people. Payment research results in direct project payments have a positive and significant effect on project costs, direct project payments have a positive and significant effect on project time, and direct project payments have a positive and significant effect on project quality.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of authentic leadership and work engagement on employee performance using the intervention variable PT Tritama Jaya Wisata. The research method used was quantitative, using saturated samples taken from 45 respondents from all company employees. Analysis was carried out using structural equation models and Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The research results show that leadership and work involvement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an indirect influence on the competency variable.

Abstract

This observation aims to determine the factors that influence the job satisfaction of state secondary school ASN teachers at the North Jakarta I Education Department. The purpose of this research is to answer questions about the job satisfaction of state middle school ASN teachers at the North Jakarta I Education Agency. This observation is focused on teachers of State secondary school ASNs in the North Jakarta Administrative City Regional Education Subcommittee who are members of the teaching team. The sample size was 104 employees and the observation period was set in 2023. This research is quantitative research that uses the Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) structural model to analyze the data. The research results show that leadership and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, job satisfaction, and the relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction.
