<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out the learning platform, as well as the inhibiting factors for the online learning process during the Covid-19 period, students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education study program class of 2020 at PGRI Wiranegara University, Pasuruan City. This research is a survey research or field study with a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques and questionnaires. Based on the data obtained several learning platforms used during online learning, including: zoom, google meet, google class room, whatApps group, telegram group, LMS (moddle). From the results of data analysis, it was found that the most dominant learning platform used was LMS Mddle. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the inability of Vocational School to guarantee the academic quality of its graduates according to the National Education Standards). The method used in this research is a case study method. The results showed that: 1) Planning (Plan) was in accordance with school quality planning procedures, but they still did not understand the stages of quality assurance. 2) In its implementation (Do) there are still State Vocational High Schools that have not formed an Education Quality Assurance Team for Education Units. 3) Monitoring and evaluation in State Vocational Schools has been carried out but quality audit activities are not carried out procedurally by quality auditors. 4) State Vocational High Schools have compiled corrective actions that are outlined in the Work Plan and School Budget and made based on the results of monitoring and evaluation. 5) Almost all State Vocational High School graduates already have a competency certificate from the Professional Certification Institute-P1, but the percentage of State Vocational High School graduates who get a job within one year after graduation only reaches 50%. 6) The obstacle faced is the lack of understanding and awareness of the Principal in improving student academic quality assurance. The solution for State Vocational Schools is to implement a quality assurance system model in stages, systematically and continuously. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low entrepreneurial competence of vocational students, so that it has an impact on the lack of vocational graduates who open new jobs. The approach in this study is descriptive qualitative, so the purpose of this study is to describe and analyze 1) the leadership characteristics of the principals of SMKN 1 and SMKN 4 Metro Lampung, 2) the principal's leadership strategy which includes the application of environmental analysis. , strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation, 3) Excellent entrepreneurship program. SMKN, 4) the obstacles faced, and 5) solutions to overcome these problems. <![CDATA[The creative economy is one of the boosters in spurring economic development in South Tangerang City. Activities that support economic growth where production, distribution and consumption become a unified chain that is interconnected between creative economic actors, distribution chains, consumers and the government as regulator. The purpose of this study is to map the strategic development of a creative economy based on prospective analysis in South Tangerang. The primary data collection method was done by interview and direct observation to the field. Secondary data collection was taken from literature review. Analysis of data used prospective analysis. The results showed that the average star up did not have legality, consequently access to capital was difficult. Capital and product development are variables that have a very strong dependency and influence in the development of the creative economy, and which are included in this output variable are processing facilities, availability of raw materials, employment, revenue, packaging, shelf life, business meeting. Suggestions that can be given related to the results of this research are the socialization of legality management needs to be improved and the need for training according to the creative economy business category in South Tangerang.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of biological metacognitive skills taught by a project-based learning model in class X MAS Al-Wasliyah 22 Tembung. The population in this study were all students of class X MAS Al-Wasliyah 22 Tembung which consisted of 3 classes. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental research sample taken by random sampling, namely class X-A with a total of 40 students who are taught using a project-based learning model. The research instrument used a test of metacognitive skills using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the t test at a significant level of = 0.05 with the help of SPSS 22.0. The results showed: there was a significant effect on biological metacognitive skills taught by the project-based learning model (thit = 2.05; P = 0.043). The results of biological metacognitive skills that were learned using a project-based model (86.14 ± 3.8) had a significant effect. As a follow-up to the results of this study, it is hoped that teachers can apply project-based learning models to ecosystem materials as an effort to improve the results of metacognitive skills.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was aimed to examine the effect of proxied financial performance on stock price by using Earning Per Share as its moderating variable. This research was to used historical data in predicting future stock prices using Financial Performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial performance on stock price by using Earning Per Share as a moderating variable. For research sample was using the company listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for a period 2017-2019, to obtain a sample of 45 companies for the 3 period (2017-2019). Analysis of the data was used a simple regression analysis. Value, other variables that had no effect on stock price were liquidity, asset size, debt equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE). The company's financial performance that effects the stock price is Earning Per Share as a Moderating Variable's.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship of instructional media fucking with the skills to write poetry, the relationship of motivation to learn the skills of writing poetry, and determine the relationship of media video learning and motivation learning together with writing skills of the poetry of the students of class X Private high school Bodhicitta Medan academic year 2021/2022. This research was conducted in SMA SwastaBodhicitta Terrain of Class X of a population of 78 people, and the number of samples is overall the students of class X amount to 78 students with the use of quantitative methods as well as data obtained using the instrument questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis using the t test (t-test) for the correlation sderhana and the F test (F-test) for the multiple correlation. These findings indicate: 1). The t value to the variable (X1) with (Y) = 0,012 with the t table at a significance level of 5% = 1,984. 2). The t value to the variable (X2) with (Y) = 1,259 with the t table at a significance level of 5% = 1,984. 3). Calculated F value for the variable (X1) and (X2) together with (Y) = 1,09 with the F table at the significance level of 5% = 3,087. The conclusion of this study explain that the absence of a positive relationship and significant correlation between learning media fucking with the skills to write poetry students and the absence of a positive relationship and significant correlation between learning motivation with the skills to write poetry students, as well as the absence of a positive relationship and significant between media video learning and motivation to learn the skills of writing poetry class X Private high school Bodhicitta Medan academic Year 2021/2022]]>

The method used in this research is a qualitative research method where this method is commonly used in these kinds of research in social sciences, humanities, and sciences legal. Sources of data in this research is the text in the novel “keberangkatan” works N.H. Dini. Data collection was performed with the technique of the literature and the technique of document analysis. This technique is done by reading the data with the aim of identifying data in accordance with the theory that is used While the data analysis in this paper utilizes ways of interpretation in the form of descriptive analysis with how to (a) identify the elements that exist in the novel, (b) identification characterizations in the novel, and (c) provide an analysis of the characterizations in the novel.
