Abstract

The term learning is a term that we often encounter in everyday life. Every day as if - people will not be separated from learning activities. In general, learning is defined as a change in a person caused by experience. Islam is very appreciative and give appreciation and a high place for the people - knowledgeable people. It can be seen on the recognition and promise of Allah to the people who are studied in the Qur'an Surah Al Mujalah verse 11. The achievement of learning that can satisfy achieved by every student if they can learn fairly, avoid the various threats, obstacles, and disorders. But unfortunately, the threats, obstacles and disorders experienced by certain children So they have difficulty in learning. So it is important for a teacher to solve the problematics of students in learning. The key to success and success of a learner lies in a teacher, although it does not rule out the success of learning lies in the students themselves, as well as other aspects. To solve learning difficulties in students, the authors want to discuss about the concept of conceptual learning strategies, which according to the author is very appropriate to answer the problem of learning difficulties in students

Abstract

النحو يكون منظومة القواعد والقوانين الضابطة لأحكام اللغة وهو علم يعرف به وظيفة كل كلمة داخل الجملة وضبط أواخر الكلمات وكيفية إعرابها. لصعوبة قواعد النحو والصرف التي تقدم للطلبة في تعلمها فيحتاج الطلبة إلى المادة التعليمية كالوسيلة التي تحمل المعلومات والاتجاهات للطلبة، ليس فقط للطلبة بل للمعلمين وغيرهم أيضا. ومن أحد المحاولات التي قام به معلم مادة النحو لحلّ صعوبة الطلبة في مادة النحو وهي بتطوير مادة النحو المبتكر والمشوّق على شكل التكنولوجيا على أساس مدخل التنويم المغناطيسيّ التعليمي "Hypnoteaching" ببرنامج أندرويد "Android". وبهذه المادة المطوّرة تسهّل على المعلمين في التعليم وتسهّل على الطلبة كذلك وتزيد إرادة تعلّمهم ويسهّل على فهم القواعد النحوية وترقّي كفاءتهم في مادة النحو.

Abstract

Character education is a very important factor in achieving learning goals, because with a good character education will create a condition learning efficient and effective. If the process of character education in learning activities can be run well, it will support student achievement in reaching the desired educational goals. The research goal of this thesis are: 1) To determine the purpose and methods of character education. 2) To examine the MTs.Al-Islahiyah Bobosan efforts in implementing character education 3) To determine the increase learning achievement after that character education is implemented. This study used a qualitative approach, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of speech or spoken of the observable behavior of the subject itself. Data was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation will be continued with the analysis of data by reviewing all data have been obtained. Data analysis includes data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion. The conclusion of this study were: 1) the character education in MTs. Al-Islahiyah Bobosan Kemiri Kandangan Kediri. In character education in schools, all components must be involved, including the educational components itself, namely, curriculum, teaching, building infrastructure, teachers and students. 2) As for character education is applied in MTs. Al-Islahiyah, namely: read juz 'amma and asmaul khusna, Pray Duha, midday prayer, fasting Monday and Thursday, istighosah, honesty or trustworthy, respectful and polite, generous and love helping. The factors supporting character education, namely: curriculum, infrastructure classes, teachers, pupils and the surrounding environment. 3) The learning achievement in MTs. Al-Islahiyah Bobosan was relatively well attested by the value UASBN, UAS, as well as the Championship Achievement Achievement value of report cards.

Abstract

Along with the development of word trade, the devolepment banks are increasingly rapidly. This is because the development of the banking world can not be separated from the development of trade. In Indonesia alone development of very large banks. Of the entire market share of Indonesia became Asean region with 70 percent market share potential. Indonesia Indonesia is currently appearing as kekuatan 16 of the world’s largest, with a GNP of U.S.$ 3800, Continues to grow and provide positive expeztations. With a potensial market of 180 milion people , indonesia can perch be the fourth largest economic power if it followed the stability of economic growth. But to achieve that deram must clean up the banking sector to face the competitive world of banking continues to work hard to improve professionalism. Should not be overlooked that in the end many common banking companies owned foreign banks. According to constitution of Basic Banking NO.7 of 1992 and reaffirmed by the release of constitution. No.10 of 1998 is based on the type of banking functions consist of; commercial banks and rural bank (BPR). BPR plays an important role as guardians of the nation’s economy. Entering the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015, financial institutions that focus on small business is like a house keeper for the national economy. Entering the open market Asean, BPR has a formidable task, keeping them in groups of foreign bank entry does not size Indonesian markert. To be able to compete on the open market, it is appropriate BPR managers continue to work hard to improve professionalism. From these results of this research, writer concluded that: (1) employee motivation of BPR in Tulungagung generaly entered in both categories is 66.3% with a frequency of 53 people, (2) leadership style of BPR ingeneral Tulungagung entry in either category that is 90% with a frequency of 72 people, (3) organizational culture Tulungagung of BPR in general enterd the category of either 98% with a frequency of 79. (4) There is a positive and significant effect between work motivation, leadership styles, and organizational culture on employee performance of BPR in Tulungagung. In F counted of 8.423 with a probability value of 0.000, the calculated F (8.423)> F table (2.72), and sig is smaller than the probability value of 0.05, or a value of 0.000<0.05. Then ha is accepted, meaning together X1, X2 an X3 significant effect on Y

Abstract

Facing such a competitive era in the coming years, make Indonesian government launched a new curriculum that is Curriculum 2013. It brings a concept that students are required to be more independent and explore themselves in more detail material. It is the development of the basic concept of Thematic learning which is an integrated learning that uses themes to link some subjects so as to provide meaningful experiences to the students. It is also a necessary for an application of integrated methods that can support thematic learning, to be able to give success to the students, one of them is Hypnoteaching method. It is a method using a combination of teaching involves the conscious and subconscious mind by way of giving learners a suggest. Teachers use a persuasive and easily understood language as a communication tool in accordance with the expectations of learners. One of the main benefits is the learning process will more fun so that the ability of children to capture the materials will be easier and lighter and do not feel in pressure.

Abstract

This article discusses how the new wajab of Islamic education at the time of the reform order, after decades of being in the government of the old order and the new order as if the government did not give opportunities for Islamic Education to take part freely. In writing this paper using literature review approach where data and data sources obtained from several libraries. The result is that the country needs an endless reformation, not a democratic euphoria, of all the elements of society, especially through education. Because with education all will be revitalized, education reform, especially Islamic education until now seems not to get serious attention, from the government itself, but there is no term late in doing something.

Abstract

Our education (as one of the important elements in educating the nation's generation must be properly managed in order to improve the morals of the nation. This is because the essence of education is actually not just teaching (transfer of knowledge), but more than that is to educate to morals. Through Islamic Education, learners are expected to have these characters This paper will try to explain how the development of character-oriented Islamic Education development with several studies, namely philosophical bases, character education theories, national character development model and Islamic religious education, Implications and application of Character education model. To optimize the implementation of character education, it must get support from all parties, especially teachers and parents who have a very important role. They are a vibrant curriculum, exemplary and passionate to educate learners must exist within teachers and parents. Therefore, the educator must be characterized before forming the character of learners, so that learners can absorb and apply for what is instilled by educators.

Abstract

The point of view in this research was the ways of teachers in upgrading student’s achievement in fikih through appropriate strategies in this era especially the question skill application as means to solve student’s problem at Mashlahiyah Islamic Junior High in Krecek. This research was intent on upgrading student’s achievement through Strategy Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) application for eight students of Mashlahiyah Islamic Junior High in Krecek. Descriptive analysis was the researching method that was used in this research. The data was obtained by observation, distributing inquiries and test. This research was done by dual action cycle. The data analysis process consisted of data collection, respondent answering analysis, setting and fixing the data, setting before data, and concluding. Based on the research was done, it can be concluded that ability and the student’s achievement in Fikih about Zakat upgraded. It was shown with the less student that didn’t get perfect grade. It was pre-cycle (13 students), first cycle (7 students), and second cycle (0 student). It showed that the Giving Question an Getting answer (GQGA) application in studying process upgraded ability and the student’s achievement therefor hypothesis was acceptable.

Abstract

Conflict is something that can’t be avoided in life. So it is with organizational life. Conflict management including a process-oriented approach that leads to a form of communication. Conflict management is not only a theory but also needs to be applied and applied maximally so it becomes functional. There are three conflict management strategies that are 1) losing-losing conflict management strategies, 2) win-lose conflict management strategies, and 3) win-win conflict management strategies.

Abstract

In education, student misbehavior is a phenomenon that is always interesting to discuss. Hence the need for directional guidance for students as the next generation, so that they can meet the expectations of the aspired. Islamic Education teacher was instrumental to overcome various problems of juvenile delinquency that occurred in students, so that the young generation in the future better and not easily fall into actions that harm himself. The study, the researchers did was kind of qualitative descriptive study. This approach in the implementation of the research do occur naturally, it is, in normal situations that are not manipulated circumstances and conditions, emphasizing on description naturally. Besides, the authors collected data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The stages of research include: orientation, data collection phase (field), the data collection phase. Data analysis includes qualitative descriptive analysis technique, so that the results of this research produces more data written or oral from people's behavior and observed.
