Abstract

In the country of Indonesia, the government has issued various policies to improve the quality of education. Noted there are several times changes (refinement) curriculum ever applied in Indonesia. The last three curriculum implemented since the regional autonomy policy are Curriculum 2004 (KBK), Curriculum 2006 (KTSP), and Curriculum 2013. The focus of the study is the impact of curriculum change on the ongoing learning process. For the object of research, the authors chose to study SMPN 1 Kepung. Influence / positive impact: provide convenience to the teacher on the aspect of the assessment, 72% of students value of learning rise. The negative effect: the hard work of the teacher working on the app is futile, the student has 2 reporting books in one lesson of year, and the 2013 curriculum books that are piled up about one meter become unused.

Abstract

The learning method is one of the factors that determine the success of learning. With this method the teacher can convey the subject matter so that it can be understood by students.Among the many methods of learning, discussion is one of the important methods of teaching and learning to be applied in schools, including on subjects Aqidah Morals. With this method, the discussion can be developed courage to express opinions and ideas of students, as well as developing a sense of tolerant and receptive to criticism and opinions of others. The problems are examined to determine the application of the method of discussion in subjects Aqidah Morals in MTs Sunan Ampel Pare- Kediri and the factors that influence it. Based on the research results can be stated that the application of the method of discussion on subjects Aqidah Morals MTs Sunan Ampel Pare Kediri done well, good enough this category demonstrated the application of the teachers in the material that will be discussed in accordance with the learning objectives to be achieved and the implementation of the method used quite smoothly and well. It is powered by a factor of students, factor fasilitas or means, teacher factor, while the inhibiting factor is the limited time available to carry out the discussions, environmental factors.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the improvement of the quality of education of PTKIS through academic services. Academic services can be interpreted as an effort made by universities to provide convenience to meet the needs of students related to academic activities. Academic service system consists of at least: academic system, administration system, and information system. The quality of academic services is based on the performance of faculty and administrative staff. The results of this paper show that managing an educational institution required a quality academic service system, which is able to satisfy service users (students). This research method is qualitative with the study of literature that examines theories that exist in the library, the theory is related to the improvement of the quality of College and academic services. The results of this study indicate that the academic service at STAI Hasanudddin Pare is still low under the expected service, but in general academic service standard minimum set. The results of this study are used to improve the factors that can improve the quality of education at STAI Hasanuddin Pare Kediri

Abstract

Religious life and language have a very close relationship that affects the lives of the people. The role of language in religious studies is very important for its adherents, so that when they read religious texts or listen to their appeals they can make them understand the content and purpose of the text. For the Muslim community the Arabic language becomes a major that they must master and understand because the original sources of Islamic teachings and sciences are Arabic, so it is very important for Muslims especially their scientists to learn, understand, and master the Arabic language. Otherwise, it is difficult for us to study Islam from its original source derived from Arabic. However, this is the most special problem in Islamic societies. As a result of unwell understanding Arabic, unfortunatelly religion becomes easy to sell, religion is easily diverted, religion brought by unscrupulous person in deviation path, religion used as media for certain purposes. Arabic verbalism has happened in Muslim society in Indonesia, they make Arabic as formality, only just a form. So there is no inner or deep value inside of it. It is necessary to reform efforts in its wrong ideology, including changing the culture of verbalism in society, to put the position of Arabic language not only to memorize but used as a tool in deepening knowledge, one of the science of religion.

Abstract

The purpose of the study were: 1) To clarify the application of a contextual approach to the problem based on the subjects of Mathematics Unit of time, the unit of length and unit weight class IV-A State Elementary School Tunggangri Kalidawir Tulungagung. 2) To describe the improvement of student achievement through the implementation of a contextual approach to the problem based on the subjects of math class IV-A State Elementary School Tunggangri Kalidawir Tulungagung. Research results show that the application of problem-based contextual approach can improve learning achievement in Mathematics. This is evidenced by an increase in student achievement from the first cycle to the second cycle is the average value of learning outcomes at the end of the first cycle test was 68.79 (68.97%) were located on the criteria quite well, whereas at the end of the test cycle II was 81.93 (86.21%) and is at a good criteria. This shows an increase of 13.14. From these data it appears that the application of problem-based approach to improve the performance of contextual learning materials Mathematics units of time, length and weight class IV-A in the State Government Elementary School Tunggangri Kalidawir Tulungagung Academic Year 2013/2014.

Abstract

A new wave in the terrorist movement in the modern era is marked by so incessant by Cyberterorisme. The Power of terrorism shifted to cyberspace to influence, recruit, plan, build communication even launched a campaign of cyberspace. This article seeks to analyze how the actual cyber-terrorism has a tremendous impact on the existence and the diversion of resources to the movements of radical groups in Indonesia. Given the power of the radical movement that led to the terror today has disintegrated and is no longer intact as a massive organized movement, then the virtual world be a promising alternative for building strength back.

Abstract

Problem: Is there any influence between the Family Hope Program (PKH) with student achievement at Government Elementary School (MI) 'Ulumiyah Semanding Tertek Pare Kediri district. Research variables: in this study, there are two variables, namely the independent variable / PKH ie independent and dependent variable / dependent that achievement. Method and Instrument: The research method is to use questionnaires, documentation, observation and interviuw, while the instrument using questionnaires guidelines, documentation, observation and interviuw. Data analysis: Data from this study were tested using product moment correlation technique. Results: There was a correlation / relationship between PKH with student achievement in MI 'Ulumiyah Semanding Tertek Pare Kediri district. So, more often students get help PKH increasing student achievement in MI 'Ulumiyah Semanding Tertek Pare Kediri district.

Abstract

Islam Education according to al-Ghazali in his book, Ihya ‘Ulum ad-Din, Islam education is a process of the human perfect achievement starts from the first of creation until the last of life as manifestation from the devotion to the God and his delegation on the earth that has a purpose to reach the happiness in the word and here after. Al-Ghazali thinking about Islam Education has two characteristic, sophistic and actuality usage. All activities of Islam Education should be pointed on the human perfect achievement in the word and here after.

Abstract

The guardian is one of the most important elements in marriage. The existence of a guardian becomes a decisive one in the case of legitimacy of his / her marriage. In the view of some people, perhaps a person's trustworthiness is considered too great, given the right of a guardian who can force his child to be married off without should seek approval from the child. With the pretext of freedom to choose their own spouse, so many people judge that the right of guardians in modern times needs to be reviewed and some even think it is unfit to apply.This short article trying to parse the view by exposing the opinions of the scholars about the right and position of the guardian in marriage.

Abstract

In Indonesia the settlement of disputes in the business world, such as in trade, banking, mining projects, infrastructure and so on is done through a litigation process that is the process of dispute resolution between the parties conducted in court. But since the passing of Law number. 30 of 1999 on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution commonly known as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), dispute resolution can be done with non-litigation path that is the dispute resolution outside the court. In the law, it is stated that alternative settlement of disputes outside the court can be done by using methods of consultation, negotiation, mediation, conciliation, or expert judgment. Alternative types of dispute resolution can be chosen by both business people and the public at large to resolve their civil disputes. ADR arises because of the demands of the business world to resolve disputes in simple, quick, and light costs. Although ADR is not considered to be a substitute for dispute resolution mechanisms through litigation, ADR is the answer of legal practitioners who have critical views of the justice system, such as the length of a litigation process in court to achieve final binding, judicial corruption, which is open to the public, the rise of case brokers, and others. Therefore, this paper will discuss Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a non litigation dispute option.
