Abstract

This article discusses the importance of ijtihad in order to find the status of Islamic law on an issue when the Qur'an silent and gave no explanation, while in the Sunna was not to be found. But how far things can be incorporated into the treatment of ijtihad. Apart from that discussed also about who is entitled to have the authority as a mujtahid of the requirements are fairly stringent set by previous scholars. So then the question arises that is it still possible of door for ijtihad was open until now? If not, then to whom and where Muslims would find the answers to the legal status of such a complex issue and continues to grow following the developments and progress of the age.

Abstract

The research is about “ad-Dakhîl” in Imam’s Tafsir aš-Ša’labiy (Al-Kasyfu wa Al-Bayân ‘an Tafsîr Al-Qur’ân) beginning of al-Qa?a? until Saba`. The study has two research focuses, namely (1) to know the concept of ad-Dakhil, and (2) to know the cases of ad-Dakhil in Tafsir as-Tsa’labi taken from al-Qashas into Saba`. The Study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The source of the data was verses of Koran taken from al-Qashas into Saba` in al- Kasyf wa al-Bayan ‘An Tafsir al-Qur’a, while the source sekunder’s data taken from references else. Sekunder’s data used helped for to analyze primer data. Data could been library reseach method. The results of the study are presented as follows. First, ad-Dakhil can be defined as a prior interpretation in explaining the meaning of the verses of Koran. Consequently, it will give a false description of Islam. Second, there are 67 cases of ad-Dakhil which can be found in al- Kasyf wa al-Bayan ‘An Tafsir al-Qur’an taken from al-Qashas until Saba`. The big amount of the cases of ad-Dakhil implies that Tafsir Tsa’labi contains many invalid stories (riwayat) which can’t be used to interpret the meaning of the verses of Koran.

Abstract

Hadith is the source of second law of Islam. It is explanatory of the verses of the Qur’an as found in the Qur’an is not understandable language. From the verses of the Qur’an are not known the meaning clearly, then Prophet tells us with his words were later called Hadith. Therefore, Hadith has a very important role in the determination of the laws of syari’at. However, not all of Hadith could been served as a source of law. Certain only hadiths which could serve as a source of legal settlers. For example it is shahih hadiths.To note here is how to tell a shahih hadeeth that or dla’if. The problem of this paper to present to discuss and find out whether a hadeeth shahih or dla’if. With the example of hadeeth which speaks of “ Prophet’s intercession for his people”, we will to find out how do I do to find out if the isnaad critique a shahih hadeeth that or dla’if. The steps that should be taken in the criticism is isnaad; First, do i’tibar Hadith. Second, examine the quality of and methods have. And the third is to determine the outcome of the first and second steps that have been taken. Research of sanad criticism has with regard to the hadeeth which discuss of “the Prophet’s intercession for his people”, that is after doing i’tibar Hadith and examine the quality of the rawi have produced quality a shahih isnaad as-isnaad.

Abstract

This paper aims to assess the superiority of Islamic education learning model (PAI) with approach to Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) to strengthen efforts to establish the character and moral values of primary school students. Analysis of inductive method is conducted by an in-depth literature review to discover the design of PAI learning model PAI with approach SEL to shaping the character and moral values of primary school students. Conclusion of this paper shows that model of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) for PAI should be done in a holistic manner to foster emotional and social intelligence. Holistic learning occurs when PAI curriculum to show themes that encourage the exploration of the authentic and natural events. Through the theme of authentic or natural events that will occur meaningful learning processes and materials that are designed to be interconnected with various areas of curriculum development in the PAI. Holistic learning approach based on inquiry, in which children are involved in planning, explore and share ideas. Education has a meaning that characterize higher moral education, because not only teach what is right and what is wrong, but to inculcate the habit (habituation) about good things, so that students become ideology (cognitive domain) about what is good and wrong , able to feel (affective domain) good value and want to do (psychomotor domain). Moral dimensions of at least include willingness, conscience, value, attitudes, and moral behavior.

Abstract

The environmental issue which happens in this era is so bad, fluctuative, and continuity, so the effect is to human’s life system. The environmental issue of global ecology is about moral globalitation. Environmental education at least has a great constribution in the efford to impede the decline of the environmental quality through an integrative Islamic education. Islam has already defined the constraints and concepts of education based on environment. Thus, two main strategies should be wholl integrated environmental education and Islamic education. Integrative education can be able people either individual or in group realize the existence of the importance of maintaining the environment by promoting solutions based on Islamic principles.

Abstract

Miftahunnajah’s orphanage had ZIS (Zakat, Infak, Sedekah) funds in the used to daily needs and operational costs homecare (home funds), tithe (zakat) is also used as a strategy for education funding for students who are unable to foster students (poor, poorness, fatherless orphans, and orphans). Education programs in the Miftahunnajah’s orphanage has two educational programs for students in the orphanage which is formal and non-formal education. Formal education there are 6 students are studies in Islamic High School Lab of UIN and 69 students again studies at Islamic Senior High School Lab of UIN and Senior High School of Babarsari. As for as non formal education Miftahunnajah’s Miftahunnajah’s orphanage has four programs, namely tahfiz al-Qur’an, the religious book, entrepreneurial and school education programs.

Abstract

The simple of the knowledge is the capacity take an action, so that knowledge is associate with five categories: Data, Information, Knowledge, Understanding, and Wisdom. The purpose of Knowledge Management there are three, namely: Business Vendor’s Perspective, Management prespective, and Hands-on operational perspective. There are two types of knowledge in organisation learning, first, Tacit knowledge. Second, Explicit Knowledge. Abstract

Problems of leadership in Islamic educational institutions have important aspects, able to understanding we needs to know: definitions of leadership, the natures and types of leadership, leadership styles, the main tasks of leadership, problems in Islamic educational institutions themselves, as well as leadership in Islamic educational institutions in the constellation national education policy. This problem will become a point of discussion here on the pillowcase. The problems of leadership in Islamic educational institutions, among others: autocratic style of leadership, poor delegation of authority from leader to subordinates, poor conflict of management, the lack of motivation and leader of the main tasks of a leader who was not realized.

Abstract

Masyithah’s kindergarten Bandung Sewon Bantul (TK NU) and ABA’s kindergarten Nitikan Yogyakarta (TK Muhammadiyah) are two kindergartens implement total quality management. Both of the kindergartens, which equally Islam has been accredited with a rating of A. However, both Kindergartens were organized by two Islamic organizations, namely NU and Muhammadiyah. Both kindergarten above both use total quality management but with drip at a series of implementation on a different domain. The impact of the implementation of total quality management in both the kindergartens are the achievement of the vision, mission and goal. Difference in both of kindergartens is that the progress made by Masyithah’s kindergarten are slowly but surely (evolution), while progress has been made in Nitikan ABA’s Kindergarten is dynamic.

Abstract

I’jaz al-Qur’an merupakan konsep yang disusun untuk menegaskan sakralitas al-Qur’an. Sepanjang perjalanan sejarah, para sarjana Islam telah melahirkan berbagai teori untuk menjelaskan aspek-aspek i’jaz tersebut. Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang salah satu konsep i’jaz yang paling menarik, yang dirumuskan oleh ‘Aisyah Abdurrahman Bintu al-Syathi’, salah satu pengikut yang paling menonjol dari Amin al-Khuli, pelopor mazhab tafsir sastra. Artikel ini berusaha menjelaskan konsep I’jaz al-Qur’an Bintu al-Syathi’ ditinjau dari aspek-aspek metodologis dan teoritisnya.
