Abstract

KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken) is one of the fast food restaurants originating from the United States that has gone global, every country has one of these restaurants in each of their regions whose main ingredient is chicken fried using their company's secret spices. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method whose data collection uses previous journals. And also the purpose of making this journal is to find out about the influence of HR on the progress of the KFC company starting from analysis, marketing strategy, recruitment, training, and work culture in the company. The results of data collection show that KFC does its employees well based on their quality, especially for new employees who get intense training so that in their service customers are satisfied and do not forget that KFC maintains the quality of their food and the taste of their food for the satisfaction of their customers.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is one of the critical aspects in the success of an organization. In the era of globalization and dynamic changes in various sectors, it is important for companies to develop HR management strategies that not only focus on current needs but are also able to answer future challenges. One approach that is increasingly getting attention is Sustainable Human Resource Management. A literature review will provide an overview of the development of a particular topic. A literature review will allow a researcher to identify a theory or method, develop a theory or method, identify gaps that occur between a theory and relevance in the field / to a research result. The results of the study stated that in the era of globalization and digitalization, companies face increasingly complex challenges, ranging from climate change to technological disruption. the midst of the rapid development of digital technology, data-based marketing has become an essential strategy for companies to increase the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. This article reviews how analytics can be leveraged to understand audience behavior and preferences, and how this information can be used to target the right consumers with more relevant messages. By using sophisticated analytical tools, companies can extract insights from customer data, from purchasing patterns to interactions with digital platforms, enabling more informed and accurate decision making. This article also discusses various market segmentation techniques and content personalization based on analytical data, and shows how implementing data-driven marketing strategies can increase conversions and customer loyalty. Through this study, the author aims to provide insight into the importance of applying analytics in designing marketing campaigns that are more targeted, efficient and profitable.

This article explores the strategies employed by KFC to forecast human resource needs and the recruitment processes that ensure optimal placement of employees. KFC leverages technology and digital platforms to streamline the recruitment process, emphasizing training and development as part of its long-term strategy. As a result, the company not only meets its human resource requirements but also enhances employee loyalty and motivation. This article provides insights for other companies on the importance of integrating strategic and innovative human resource planning.

Abstract

. This study aims to analyze the authority of BMT in managing Islamic Social Finance (ISF) based on Indonesian regulations, specifically Law No. 23 of 2011 on Zakat Management and Law No. 41 of 2004 on Waqf. This qualitative research employs a juridical-normative approach and is categorized as field research. Primary data were obtained through field interviews, and data analysis was conducted descriptively. The findings reveal that although BMT has an organizational structure with a māl manager separating the management of baytūl māl and baytūl tamwīl, the prevailing regulations do not grant BMT authority to manage ISF, including zakat and cash waqf. However, in practice, BMT still plays a role in ISF management as a representative of Zakat Management Institutions (LAZ) and nazir for waqf. Zakat management is carried out in collaboration with LAZIZMU and LAZ Timoho Sejahtera, while cash waqf management involves partnerships with Islamic Financial Institutions as Waqf Recipients (LKS-PWU). Supervision of ISF management in BMT is conducted by the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS), which provides general guidelines based on sharia principles and regulations, and by the Cooperative Office through regular reporting to ensure compliance with laws. These findings highlight the practice of ISF management by BMT despite being restricted by current regulations.

Abstract

Ulos cloth has long been used by the Batak people and has become a cultural heritage. Ulos cloth is used in various gatherings and also traditional events such as weddings, funerals, seven months or events within the family circle. Current developments have made ulos cloth endangered because the economic conditions of ulos craftsmen are not developing, so they do not want to continue their profession as craftsmen. Ulos Village, Lumban Suhi Suhi Toruan Village, Samosir Island, where the majority of the people work as weavers, so the village is called ulos village. The people there sell their ulos through bazaars, exhibitions, and to visiting tourists. Pondok Raja ulos village carries out empowerment to develop ulos cloth in order to preserve the revitalization and utilization of available natural resources, including developing the village as a tourist village. This research uses the theory of participatory communication and community empowerment. The data collection technique is by conducting interviews with the management or craftsmen of the ulos. This research also carried out on-site observations by looking at how community empowerment with ulos craftsmen has improved the MSMEs of North Sumatra, especially in Lake Toba.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of a profitability on its firm value and to analyze the correlation in the stock price movements of the five largest banks in Indonesia. The sample used to determine the impact of profitability on corporate value is based on the financial statements of these companies for the period 2019–2024, resulting in 30 data. The data used to analyze the correlation in stock price movements is based on closing stock prices from January 1, 2019, to October 31, 2024, totaling 1,520 weekly data points and 355 monthly data points. The analysis technique used to examine the impact of profitability on firm value is simple regression analysis, while the correlation in stock price movements of the five largest banks in Indonesia is analyzed using bivariate correlation analysis. The findings indicate that profitability has a positive effect on firm value. However, profitability only slightly explains the corporate value. Furthermore, the correlation between the stock prices of the five largest banks in Indonesia is moderate. The firm value of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BBCA) is higher than the predicted corporate value, indicating that the company is overvalued or too expensive to buy. Additionally, it is not recommended to diversify stocks among these five banks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh net ekspor dan investasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada periode 2019-2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa net ekspor memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan investasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Investasi berkontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan kapasitas produksi nasional dan Produk Domestik Bruto. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan kepada pemangku kebijakan dan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola strategi perdagangan dan investasi untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.
