Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital contract law in mitigating e-commerce business risks in Indonesia’s digital economy, focusing on three local platforms (XYZ, ABC, DEF) from January to November 2024. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 business actors (UMKM owners, platform managers, and legal practitioners) and analysis of regulatory documents (Electronic Information and Transaction Law, PDP Law). Thematic analysis via NVivo 12 revealed that 70% of platforms lack explicit personal data protection clauses, while 85% of MSMEs use generic contract templates, increasing legal disputes by 40%. Cybersecurity challenges were exacerbated by low budget allocation (5% of revenue), leading to vulnerabilities in 3 out of 10 MSMEs. The study recommends: (1) AI-based regulatory education platforms for MSMEs, (2) standardized digital contract guidelines with mandatory cyber-risk clauses, and (3) fiscal incentives for cybersecurity investment. These findings contribute to legal theory by bridging the gap between normative frameworks and practical risk management, while offering actionable strategies for policymakers and businesses to enhance transactional security and compliance..

Abstract

This Feyre Makeup Art is a makeup service business aiming to enhance brand awareness through social media, especially Instagram. This study analyzes the business development strategy of Feyre Makeup Art in increasing brand awareness and strengthening its position in the Bandung beauty market. The research focuses on digital marketing strategies, including the role of visual content, implementation of effective personal branding, and evaluation using TAM, SAM, and SOM analysis.Findings indicate that the optimization of personal branding, consistency in visual content, and audience engagement significantly boost brand awareness. However, several Instagram features such as Reels, live broadcasts, and paid advertisements have yet to be fully utilized to expand reach and visibility.This research highlights the importance of an integrated social media strategy, including collaboration with local influencers and maximizing the use of Instagram's advanced features, in enhancing audience interaction and sustaining Feyre Makeup Art’s position as one of Bandung’s leading makeup artists.The study recommends that Feyre adopt a holistic digital approach to improve engagement, expand market coverage, and support long-term growth in the competitive beauty industry.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by UMKM Arsy in utilizing digital platforms to optimize market potential and increase product sales. This research uses qualitative methods. The respondents in this research are UMKM owners who adopt digital marketing, namely Arsy. Primary data is used in research using observation and interviews. The research was conducted in November 2024. The results of this research show that UMKM face challenges in understanding and implementing digital marketing effectively. The implication of this research is that ARSY requires learning and training from related parties to support the sustainability of this business.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the short-term impact of Chinese Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), government expenditure, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) based on expenditure on Indonesia's economic growth amid global uncertainty during the 2010–2024 period. A quantitative approach was employed using time series regression with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. Prior to model estimation, data were tested for stationarity using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test. The results show that simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence economic growth. Partially, Chinese FDI has a positive and marginally significant effect, government expenditure shows a significant negative impact, while household consumption-based GDP exerts a strong and statistically significant positive influence on Indonesia's economic growth. These findings highlight the critical role of domestic consumption and effective government spending in promoting growth, as well as the need to enhance the quality of foreign investment. Abstract

Job satisfaction is an expression that indicates satisfaction with the results of an evaluation of work and its characteristics. Career development is one of the factors of job satisfaction. Career development is a continuous process in which individuals acquire the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to achieve their career goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of career development on job satisfaction among student employees in Greater Jakarta. The sample in this study consisted of 109 student employees selected using non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was used to test the construct validity of each variable. Statistical testing using multiple regression analysis was employed to examine the influence of the independent variable (career development) on the dependent variable (job satisfaction). The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence of career development on job satisfaction with an R Square proportion of 30.4%. For further research, it is recommended to investigate whether human resource management is a factor that strengthens or weakens the influence of career development on job satisfaction. Additionally, companies are advised to enhance their perception of the value of career development to further increase job satisfaction among employees.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a crucial factor in achieving optimal work results. Employees who feel satisfied with their work will naturally strive to the best of their ability to complete their work tasks, thereby achieving job performance. This study aims to identify various factors contributing to job satisfaction among employees with disabilities. The methodology used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review with a qualitative approach (meta-synthesis). Literature searches were conducted through various electronic databases, such as Researchgate, Scopus, Springer, Academia, and Google Scholar, using the keywords "job satisfaction of employees with disabilities" and "job satisfaction of employees with disabilities." The results of this literature study indicate that factors influencing job satisfaction among employees with disabilities are social support, work environment, work flexibility, psychological capital, and demographic factors.

Abstract

This study conducts a comparative analysis of the influence of Return on Assets (ROA) on the stock prices of three large companies in the consumer sector: PT Delta Djakarta Tbk. (DLTA), PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. (ICBP), and PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk. (ULTJ), during the period 2018-2024. Using a quantitative approach with secondary data, this study applies panel data regression separately for each company, then compares the results. The research findings show that at PT Delta Djakarta Tbl. (DLTA, ROA has a positive influence on stock prices. However, for PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. (ICBP) and PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk. (ULTJ), ROA is not the main factor determining stock price movements based on the analyzed data.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the perceptions of the management and members of KSP Sumekar Yogyakarta regarding the digitalization of accounting in their daily operational activities, especially for inventory control and financial information in this industrial era 4.0. In this study, the author uses the Technology Accepted Model (TAM) theory because by using this theory, the most appropriate and best concept can be obtained to explain user perceptions in accepting new technology in their field of work. In this study, the author used a population of all administrators and members of KSP Sumekar Yogyakarta, totaling 45 (forty-five) people, using the census method. The results of the study prove that of the total of 5 (five) accepted hypotheses, 4 (four) hypotheses are: the influence of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) on Perceived Usefulness (PU), the influence of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) on the perception of Attitude Toward Using (ATT), the influence of Perceived Usefulness (PU) on Acceptance of Information Technology (ACIT), and the influence of Attitude Toward Using (ATT) on Acceptance of Information Technology (ACIT). So the results of this study show that employee perceptions of the use of accounting digitalization can be explained using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction across two coffee beverage brands, specifically Kopi Kenangan and Tomoro Coffee. This study focuses on assessing how much each variable, both separately and together, impacts customer satisfaction at the two coffee outlets. This research outlines the theories related to price, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to customers of both coffee brands, and the data were then analyzed quantitatively through tests of validity, reliability, and linear regression. The analysis results indicate that both service quality and price significantly affect customer satisfaction, both independently and simultaneously. Kopi Kenangan is considered superior in terms of competitive prices and fast service, while Tomoro Coffee stands out in menu variations and a more personalized customer experience. The study concludes that enhancing service quality and implementing strategic pricing can positively influence customer satisfaction and loyalty within the coffee beverage sector.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze in depth the service strategies implemented by the PTSP Ministry of Religion of Malang City in an effort to improve the quality of administrative services for the community. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods that include interviews, observations and documentation studies to obtain a comprehensive picture of the PTSP strategy planning and implementation process. The research results show that careful strategic planning and implementation of the SENYUM application in PTSP services is able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administering administrative services, as well as providing easy access for the wider community. These findings indicate that optimizing technology and public service innovation can encourage improvements in service quality in the government sector. This research also provides a number of strategic recommendations for further development in the implementation of PTSP, especially in government agencies, so that they are more responsive to community needs. In addition, this research proposes several directions for future research in order to improve the findings and provide broader contributions in the context of improving public services in the future.
