Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality variables, customer reviews, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Lazada. With a case study studied on consumers who shop at the Lazada application in Srondol Kulon Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang City. The research method in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all buyers on the Lazada Application in Srondol Kulon Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang City, while the sample taken in this study was 100 Lazada Application users. Determination of the sample size using the method of non-proprability sampling technique and selection of respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study using the SmartPLS version 3 program. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. From the results of the analysis and discussion of this study, it shows that the product quality variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, the customer review variable does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and the service quality variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of price and experiential marketing on revisit intention through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Puninoth Studio Self Photo Studio Semarang. The research method used in this study is quantitative method. The population in this study is visitors to Puninoth Studio Semarang and the sample that has been determined in this study is 138 customers. This study used SmartPLS software to answer the main facts with data collection carried out through surveys by distributing questionnaires. The results of the research hypothesis test show that Price and Experiential Marketing have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention. Price and Experiential Marketing do not affect Revisit Intention but Price and Experiential Marketing affect Revisit Intention through Customer Satisfaction mediation. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the factors that influence customers' revisit intentions in the photography industry and at the same time provide guidance for Puninoth Studio to improve their marketing strategies. The findings from this study can be a significant contribution in the context of business development in the photography industry.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the process of managing parking retributions in Makassar City, what are the obstacles experienced in its management so far, the mechanism of collection, deposit until it arrives at the acceptance process into PAD which leads to / is beneficial for the development of Makassar City. In the field of library and information services, the library provides library services in various fields of science such as social sciences, humanities, science and technology and many others. One of the areas of circulation that provides information services to the public, libraries are the places most visited by people who want to get information. In this way, service officers at this library are required to improve their performance in order to provide good quality service to the community. However, in reality the existing service structure at the South Sulawesi Province Library and Archives Service is not yet fully in line with what the community expects. Library development and empowerment has not been optimal and library services are also not satisfactory. The existing phenomenon is that the performance of employees and contract workers in providing services is not fully in line with what users and the public expect, so the quality of library services still needs to be improved. This research was conducted to determine the performance of library services at the South Sulawesi Province Library and Archives Service.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure the influence of Recruitment and Work Experience on Job Performance, with Job Placement as an Intervening Variable, at Level III Dr. Hospital. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The population is all employees, with a sample of 64 respondents using quantitative and survey methods. Data was collected through questionnaires. Analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show a fairly good influence, with Recruitment not being significant on Job Performance, while Work Experience has a positive and significant influence on Job Placement and Job Performance. Another finding is that Recruitment is not significant to Job Placement, and Work Experience is not significant to Job Placement through Job Performance. In conclusion, Work Experience has a significant impact in improving Job Placement and Job Performance at Dr. Hospital. Reksodiwiryo Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Life Balance and Burnout on Employee Job Satisfaction at Wizzmie. The method used is quantitative and uses two independent variables, namely Work Life Balance (X1), Burnout (X2) while one dependent variable is Job Satisfaction (Y). The sample used was all Wizzmie employees as many as 41 samples. The data collection techniques used in this study are primary and secondary data with data analysis in the form of instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 30. The results of this study indicate that (1) work life balance partially has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at Wizzmie, (2) burnout partially has a negative and significant effect on Wizzmie employee job satisfaction, (3) work life balance and burnout simultaneously have a significant effect on Wizzmie job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Teaching Factory (TeFa) program management based on the link and match principle at SMK TI Global Jimbaran in enhancing students’ job readiness and entrepreneurial mindset. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, starting with quantitative data collection through questionnaires distributed to50 students from grades XI and XII, as well as 10 vocational teachers and industry partners. Subsequently, in-depth interviews and observations were conducted to enrich the findings qualitatively. Quantitative analysis reveals that 82.7% of students stated that the TeFa program improved their understanding of industrial work processes, while 76% expressed interest in developing their own business after participating in TeFa activities. Furthermore, 90% of teacher respondents reported that the Teaching Factory supports contextual implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The qualitative analysis reinforces these findings by identifying active collaborative practices between the school and industry stakeholders, including the development of teaching modules, use of industrial-standard equipment, and student internships at partner companies. Based on these results, it is concluded that the management of the Teaching Factory at SMK TI Global Jimbaran has proven effective in implementing the link and match principles and in strengthening students’ entrepreneurial capacities..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether interpersonal skills and internship experience have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Generation Z employees in Bima City. This study is a quantitative study. This type of research is associative with the population used in this study, namely all students who have had an internship Generation Z in Bima City. The sample used in this study was Generation Z employees in Bima City, totaling 100 final year students. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling based on criteria, the research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of this study are: 1) interpersonal skills do not have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Generation Z employees in Bima City. 2) internship experience has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Generation Z employees in Bima City. 3) interpersonal skills and internship experience have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Generation Z employees in Bima City.

Abstract

Sekolah Alam Pangandaran is committed to creating an inspiring and quality learning environment. One of the main keys in achieving this goal is through strategic recruitment and the right selection. In an effort to improve the quality of performance, the school implements a more holistic and inclusive approach, focusing on the values of nature and character education. The recruitment process not only considers academic qualifications, but also experience, passion, and suitability to the school's vision. The selection is carried out through a series of interviews, teaching simulations, and soft skills assessments, which allow time to recognize the potential and commitment of prospective educators. With this strategy, it is hoped that Sekolah Alam Pangandaran can present teaching staff who are not only competent, but also able to inspire and support the overall development of students. Recruitment and Selection Strategies to Improve the Quality of Performance in Natural Schools pangandaran. The researcher focused on how the recruitment and selection strategy was carried out at Sekolah Alam Pangandaran. The research method uses a type of qualitative descriptive research by collecting data through field research observations, interviews, field documentation, resource persons including 3 informants interviewed by the researcher, all from different sections. The results of this study illustrate that the recruitment and selection strategies carried out at Sekolah Alam Pangandaran are in accordance with the sequence of the selection process that must be carried out in schools.

Abstract

Bamboo-based processed products are gaining attention as innovative and sustainable local food alternatives. One such product being developed in Bandung is bamboo crackers, which has a unique selling point both in terms of raw materials and locality image. This study aims to explore business development strategies that suit the internal and external conditions of bamboo cracker brands in Bandung. The method used was a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and participatory observation, as well as SWOT analysis to identify the strategic position of the business. The results showed that strengthening branding, product diversification, and utilizing digital distribution channels are the main strategic steps to encourage business growth. This research provides implementative recommendations for similar businesses in developing local food products that are competitive in national and international markets.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the case method in enhancing business negotiation skills through English language learning among management students at STIE Ganesha. Employing a qualitative approach, data were gathered via in-depth interviews, participatory observations of cross-cultural negotiation simulations, and thematic analysis of reflection journals from 20 purposively selected participants. Findings revealed three core themes: (1) the case method deepened contextual understanding of business communication strategies through localized scenarios, such as partnerships with Balinese SMEs; (2) iterative case discussions enhanced adaptive problem-solving skills in multicultural settings; and (3) collaborative analysis strengthened persuasive language use and emotional intelligence. Key challenges included uneven group participation dynamics and balancing linguistic precision with strategic negotiation goals. The study proposes a pedagogical framework integrating localized case narratives (e.g., disputes over sacred land use or artisan collaborations) and structured peer feedback to align language education with managerial competencies. These insights underscore the role of situated learning in bridging theoretical knowledge and practical negotiation praxis within Bali’s unique global-local business ecosystem.
