Abstract

This research aims to describe teacher readiness and the factors that influence teacher readiness in planning the independent learning curriculum at SDN 012 Labuhan Tangga Kecil. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources in this research are grade 1 teachers and grade 4 teachers at SDN 012 Labuhan Tangga Kecil. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation review. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the research show that the teachers at SDN 012 Labuhan Tangga Kecil have demonstrated quite good readiness and understanding regarding the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum. They have an awareness of the importance of effective learning planning and have demonstrated a commitment to designing learning experiences that are varied and focused on student understanding. Even though they experience challenges such as limited infrastructure and technology, they try to overcome these obstacles with creativity and collaboration. Their critical, reflective and open attitude shows readiness in the spirit of learning and continuous improvement in delivering more effective learning. The teachers also showed openness to exploring different learning methods, including the use of Teaching Modules (MA).

Abstract

This research meticulously examines the legal framework and the procedures involved in addressing election crimes in Indonesia, as outlined in Law No. 7 of 2017, and evaluates the effectiveness of Sentra Gakkumdu, a pivotal coordination forum in the electoral crime enforcement process. The primary objective is to dissect and analyze the legal intricacies and practical challenges in enforcing laws against election crimes, with a spotlight on the ambiguities and potential conflicts within the current system. Through normative legal research methodology, the study delves into the statutory regulations and engages with various primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials to construct a comprehensive understanding of the election crime handling procedures. It highlights the absence of clear election crime definitions, identifies several weaknesses in Law No. 7 of 2017, and critiques the ambiguous role and limited effectiveness of Sentra Gakkumdu. The paper concludes by calling for significant improvements and clarifications in the existing legal frameworks to ensure fair, efficient, and effective handling of election crimes, thereby bolstering public confidence in the electoral process and upholding the principles of legal certainty and justice in the realm of Indonesian elections.

Abstract

Literacy learning at this time is very important because it can help students to think more critically and be able to think in a structured way. The literacy learning method is a method that invites students to think conceptually in their learning activities in class. The derivatives of this learning system include thinking, reading, and writing. The tendency problem encountered by students when compiling their final assignment is not being able to harmonize these three aspects, so a learning method with better content is needed for students to be able to complete their final assignment comfortably. The object of this study is the effectiveness of the literacy learning method for students. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach to data analysis with data triangulation. The results in this study are that the implementation of literacy learning methods must be carried out repetitively so that students are able to describe patterns of thinking, reading, and writing.

Abstract

Dayak merupakan salah satu kelompok besar masyarakat penghuni Pulau Kalimantan. Di dalam menjaga keaslian yang telah ada dan diturun temurunkan suku dayak berhasil menjaga hingga saat ini. Kearifan lokal suku dayak banyak sekali diantaranya adalah hapakat basara, yakni semacam musyawarah mufakat dalam menyelesaikan masalah, dalam pandangan masyarakat Dayak. Falsafah batang garing, sebagai falsafah hidup, yang menggambarkan keseimbangan hubungan. Balai hakey, adalah sebuah bangunan rumah besar yang dipersiapkan oleh masyarakat suku dayak Ma’anyan. Potong pantan, melakukan pemotongan pantan biasanya dipergunakan dalam menyambut tamu-tamu Pejabat atau tamu terhormat dari luar daerah atau menyambut para pahlawan yang baru pulang dari medan peperangan dengan membawa kemenangan. Dan pengelompokan tempat tinggal berdasarkan Agama.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of several problems, including; waste management that does not pay attention to the environment, public awareness to dispose of waste in its place is still lacking, lack of public knowledge in managing waste and waste is still considered something useless. This study aims to describe the stages and approaches to empowerment in waste bank management carried out at the Salam Village Waste Bank, Wonodadi District, Blitar Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, this research uses 3 informants. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that community empowerment through the management of the Salam Village waste bank provides benefits for the community, especially women, namely, minimizing the circulation of waste around the environment, and making the environment healthier. The stages of empowerment in the Salam Village waste bank are in accordance with the theory put forward by Isbandi Rukminto Adi, in his book, Social Welfare (Social Work, Social Development and Development Studies), which explains that there are seven stages of empowerment namely, preparation stage, assessment stage, alternative planning stage program, Action Plan Formulation Stage, program implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation stage, and termination stage The approach used in the management of the Salam Village Garbage Bank uses micro intervention Empowerment through waste bank activities can be an alternative in creating an empowerment program Apart from being useful in empowering Community Empowerment through this waste bank activity is also useful for reducing the impact of environmental pollution due to waste. This activity has also succeeded in changing the mindset of the community, especially the customers of the Salam Village waste bank towards waste. Initially, residents only thought that waste was useless and now it must be removed quickly to be wiser in responding to it, local residents can use useless items to become useful and have economic value.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is to determine the use of social media as a strategic tool in Islamic religious education and its positive and negative impacts. This research is a literature review on the use of social media in Islamic religious education by relying on scientific literature and secondary sources such as education policies. Data was collected through keyword searches in academic databases and analyzed qualitatively to identify main findings regarding the impact of social media use in Islamic religious education. The results of this work are a) The use of social media in Islamic religious education requires a balance between maintaining ethical and moral values and exploiting its positive potential, such as spreading religious messages. The solution involves teacher innovation and collaboration with parents to monitor student behavior in interacting with social media. b) The use of social media in Islamic religious education has positive impacts, such as conveying religious messages and increasing students' technology skills, but raises challenges in the form of a lack of direct interaction between students and teachers as well as monitoring student understanding. The proposed solutions include systematic Islamic religious education and cooperation between teachers, parents and communities to ensure wise use of social media in promoting Islamic values.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is to determine the differences, applications and strategies of androgogy and pedagogy in the context of adult learning. This research uses a literature review method by collecting data sources from various academic sources to understand the differences and effectiveness of andragogy and pedagogy in adult education. Data were analyzed qualitatively to formulate a comprehensive understanding of the two approaches. The results of this work are a) The main difference between andragogy and pedagogy is the learning orientation, where andragogy focuses on students, while pedagogy focuses more on the role of the teacher. Understanding these differences is important in choosing a learning approach. b) the need to develop a more holistic approach to adult education that combines elements of andragogy and pedagogy, taking into account individual needs, creativity and available resources. c) The application of the spiritual andragogy approach increases the motivation and learning outcomes of adult students, but weaknesses arise because adult students have difficulty choosing learning materials according to their interests.

Abstract

Kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) tenaga kerja perempuan sangat tinggi. Perlu Perjanjian Kerja antara kedua belah pihak yakni Pemberi Kerja (Pengusaha/Perusahaan) dan Pekerja dicantumkan di dalam Surat Perjanjian Kerja itu. Sesuai Undang-Undang No 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan (selanjutnya disebut UU Ketenagakerjaan) , Pasal 50 Ayat 1 yang berbunyi `Hubungan kerja terjadi karena adanya perjanjian kerja antara pengusaha dan pekerja/buruh sebagai perlindungan hukum. Termasuk pada tenaga kerja perempuan yang dengan jelas di jabarkan di dalam UU Ketenagakerjaan pada Pasal 76 Ayat 1-5, Pasal 81, Pasal 82, Pasal 153. Metode penelitian yang penulis pakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif (descriptive research). Yakni dengan teknik, Obervasi, Wawancara yang menanyakan tentang kewajiban yang dierima oleh pekerja, prosedur SOP perusahaan, obyek hukum dan kendal teknik dalam perlindungan hukum di PT Asmara Ijen Tours. Dengan menyertakan UU Ketenagakerjaan. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian (1) diketahui hak dan kewajiban tenaga kerja perempuan di sektor kepariwisataan; (2) Pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang dilakukan perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor kepariwisataan; (3) Perlindungan hukum bagi tenaga kerja perempuan di sektor kepariwisataan tinjauan UU Ketenagakerjaan; (4) Hambatan-hambatan perlindungan hukum bagi tenaga kerja perempuan di sektor kepariwisataan tinjauan UU Ketenagakerjaan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka perlindungan hukum bagi tenaga kerja perempuan penting maka pemerintah melalui Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi melakukan pengawasan intensif terhadap UU Ketenagakerjaan ke setiap perusahaan secara berkala.

Abstract

Information and communication technology has become an important part of society's life without boundaries, technological advances that are currently being used by business people, namely marketing through social media, in this study the AIDA model theory and quantitative approach methods are used and the object of this research is consumers. Drizzy Apparel, and taking a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study state that marketing through social media has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions made by Drizzy Apparel because it has a total tcount value of 10.848 and a ttable value of 1.661 so that Tcount > Ttable (10.848 > 1.661), so that means social media marketing positive and significant effect.
