Abstract

Electric vehicles as an alternative means of sustainable transportation need to be supported because they can reduce carbon emissions by up to 54% and oil demand by 6.4 MMbpd by 2040 compared to conventional vehicles. GATe (Gadjahmada Airport Transporter Electric) is an electric vehicle based on NEV (Neighborhood Electric Vehicle). GATe car production is carried out at the GATe production facility which is still in the prototype stage. This research reorganizes the production facilities for electric vehicles in GATe (Gadjahmada Airport Transporter Electric) cars for the LRIP (Low Rate Initial Production) stage. The facility layout is designed using a fixed position layout approach, that is, the main product does not move. This research uses the CORELAP method with quantitative evaluation in terms of displacement. It was found that the total displacement using the CORELAP algorithm was 1791.15 m.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the pattern of fostering child prisoners in the criminal justice system. In many countries, including ours, there are children who are involved in law violations and have to serve time in detention. This research method uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through literature studies, policy research, and comparative analysis of child prisoner development programs that have been implemented in various countries. The research results illustrate that an effective coaching pattern for child prisoners is very important to help them in rehabilitation, reintegration and developing their potential. In this research, an analysis of various coaching approaches and programs implemented in various countries was carried out, as well as a review of relevant international standards. This research also considers important factors that influence the development of child prisoners, such as education, mental health, and family involvement. It is hoped that the results of this scientific work will provide a better understanding of effective child custody development patterns, as well as recommendations for improving existing practices.

Abstract

Eggs are a source of animal protein because they have complete nutrition, but easily damaged and contaminated if not handled properly. The distribution of Layer chicken eggs in traditional markets does not pay attention with good packaging process, besides the time duration could last for a long time, the sellers also do not pay attention to the cleanliness of the sales place which can cause a decrease in the quality of eggs. Therefore, when consuming eggs, buyers should pay attention to their quality. This research aimed to aalyze the factors that cause of decline in egg quality. This research used 45 Layer chicken eggs obtained from the traditional market in Majene city, West Sulawesi Province. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive analysis by looking at the average value and standard deviation. Researched shows that the quality of Layer chicken eggs in traditional market of Majene city has decreased but still in good category and safe for consumption.

Abstract

Mudharabah Financing Agreement is a contract with profitability that is quite beneficial for the parties. In practice, there are often problems and disputes in the financing contract. This study aims to analyze the procedure for solving problematic financing disputes in mudharabah contracts conducted by BMT Duta Jaya using descriptive-normative methods that describe research subjects and objects based on apparent facts and legal approaches used to study the legal norms of the law data that has been obtained. The results of this study indicate that the problem solvings procedure for financing disputes in Duta Jaya Lampung BMT uses non-litigation method. In the implementation of the contract, all mudarabah contract financing operations are in accordance with DSN fatwa number 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, only there are fines or compensation provisions which incur members to bear it without any reason

Abstract

Currently, the widespread adoption of social media is evident across various age groups, encompassing children, teenagers, parents, and individuals of all ages. Social media platforms are favored not only for their user-friendliness but also for their wealth of readily available information. It is essential for users to exercise the choice of not allowing social media to overwhelm them, recognizing it as a repository of information that can be effortlessly disseminated through various online networking sites. Within moments of an event occurring, we can readily access and consume this information. The realm of communication media has seen rapid growth in tandem with advancements in communication technology. This era offers us numerous options for conveying and accessing information, whether through traditional means like print media or electronic avenues, with social media emerging as the most prominent. Social media can be defined as an online medium that empowers users to effortlessly engage, share, and generate content, including blogs, social networks (such as Facebook, YouTube, MySpace, and Twitter), wikis, forums, and virtual realms. Among these various forms, social networking stands out as the most popular choice among individuals. This platform enables users to craft personal webpages and establish connections with friends for the purpose of information sharing and communication. Among the plethora of social networks available, Facebook and Twitter have garnered the most extensive user bases, primarily due to their practicality, cost-effectiveness, and affordability.

Abstract

Daop 2 Bandung is one of the train operational areas where each station has a signaling system to maintain safety and regulate train operations so that they remain effective and efficient. This research aims to determine the maintenance planning system for the Type T84M Wesel Drive Motor using the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) method in Daop 2 Bandung. The method used is RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) which focuses on secondary data in the form of historical data on disturbances on the T84M draft motorbike which is used to calculate maintenance time intervals based on the results of data distribution for each component according to the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) method. The research results show that the appropriate maintenance tasks for wesel motor components are scheduled disposal tasks and scheduled restoration tasks. The T84M draft motorbike has a reliability value of 43.2% and an availability value of 99% and the recommended maintenance interval for the T84M draft motorbike is 3 days.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is the urgency of education as education for community members, community education and the meaning of honesty based on Surah Ali Imran 3:123, as well as the foundations of virtue in the community and the wisdom of honesty in the community in Islam. This research is a literature study that focuses on analyzing the concept of educational transformation in community members by referring to the verse Ali Imran 3:113. Data was obtained through library studies of the Al-Qur'an, educational literature, as well as analysis of relevant educational policy documents, then analyzed descriptively to understand the role of education in changing communities. Community-based education is a necessity in forming good character, facing moral challenges, and promoting lifelong learning, especially in the Islamic context which emphasizes unity and religious values. b) Surah Ali Imran 3:123 emphasizes the importance of education based on religious and moral values in forming the character and awareness of the Muslim community, making it a strong foundation for the development of a superior community. c) Surah Ali Imran 3:113 highlights honesty and moral values as key foundations in community education, creating strong character, a transparent environment, and support for justice. d) The wisdom of honesty in communities in Islam is that honesty leads individuals to heaven, builds trust, and forms a strong moral foundation in the community, so that it becomes a core value in Islamic community education.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects including addition and multiplication in class II of SD Negeri 2 Klepu, Sooko District, Ponorogo Regency. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 7 class II students at SD Negeri 2 Klepu, Sooko District, for the 2021/2022 academic year. Research data was obtained through observation and tests. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research show that there are learning outcomes for class II students at SD Negeri 2 Klepu, Sooko District, through the application of saving techniques using value bag media. The increase in student learning outcomes is shown by an increase in average achievement of 28.6% in the pre-cycle, increasing again by 71.4% in cycle I, and increasing again to 100% in cycle II. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in the mathematics subject matter of addition and multiplication through the application of saving techniques using value bag media in class II of SD Negeri 2 Klepu, Sooko District, for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss Abdullah Saeed's thoughts on contextual interpretation of the Al-Qur'an. Abdullah Saeed considers it important to seek an open meaning of the Qur'an and it must be continued in accordance with current developments through contextual interpretation. The approach is based on the reality of the dominant literal (textual) interpretation of the Al-Qur'an, especially regarding ethical-legal verses. This type of research is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained from studying Abdullah Saeed's thoughts and analyzed using the Al-Quran. The research results show that in terms of the theoretical basis, the contextual interpretation of the Al-Qur'an offered by Abdullah Saeed, among other things, can be traced through his ideas about the legal ethical interpretation of the Al-Qur'an, the concept of revelation and the textual-contextual approach.

Abstract

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama is the first investment company in Indonesia engaged in the port sector. As a subsidiary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama exists as a manifestation of the need for Business Development Support, Capacity Building Funding and Strengthening Risk Management. As an investment company that supports the port sector, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama also supports the acceleration of economic growth in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work experience on the career development of employees at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama. This study was an employee of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama and the number of samples obtained was 51 respondents. The data collection technique used is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. The approach method in this study uses quantitative methods with observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the training variable has a positive and significant effect on career development, experience variable work has a positive and significant effect on career development, training and work experience variables simultaneously have a positive effect on career development
