Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the effect of green marketing on consumer buying interest. This research is a literature study that focuses on the topic of the influence of Green Marketing on consumer buying interest, with inclusion criteria: publications in journals, 2013-2023 year range. The data was taken through Google Scholar and analyzed using the comparative method. The result of this work is that green marketing has an important role in encouraging companies to adopt environmental issues in marketing strategies to increase consumer buying interest. The effect varies depending on contextual factors such as location, industry, and market conditions. In an era where consumers' environmental awareness is getting higher, a green marketing strategy must be comprehensive, including aspects of product quality, price, distribution, promotion, and corporate social responsibility. Increased consumer knowledge about the benefits of green marketing can influence purchase intention and purchasing decisions, and companies need to educate consumers about environmentally friendly products and meet their expectations regarding price and product quality.

Abstract

The world wide web has improved significantly since its inception in the 90's. Currently we are using web 3.0 or third generation web which is semantic and personal web. Previous studies have found that web 3.0 has been effectively used for various purposes such as business and education. Web 3.0 is considered capable of improving the user experience in meeting their information needs because it is more personal and real time and is able to meet user needs. Even though the benefits of using web 3.0 have been proven in previous studies, students and the public do not understand how web 3.0 can be used in the world of animal husbandry, therefore this journal will provide insight into how the web 3.0 platform can be used for study purposes and the livestock industry. . Through the use of a secondary data analysis approach, it was found that interesting and meaningful learning could potentially be delivered via the web 3.0 platform. There are several strategies to maximize the use of web 3.0 for learning. Among them are creating social media accounts, digitizing teaching materials and storing them in a cloud storage system, and personalizing teaching materials. In conclusion, web 3.0 can be used for learning purposes through the right strategy as found in this research. Students individually and in groups must improve their knowledge and skills in using web 3.0 for learning purposes. The limitation of this study is that the data were collected from secondary sources only. Future research will need to test through empirical environments to increase validity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of climate change on the opinions of purebred chicken farmers in Maritengngae District, Sidrap Regency. Analyze the data used by calculating the total cost of production, revenue and receipts. The results of the study obtained total fixed costs by only calculating depreciation costs of Rp. 5,333 and total variable costs of Rp. 93,260,000. While income with a scale of 1,500 heads amounted to Rp.481,417,000. The impact of climate change results in heat stress in chickens, causing a decrease in egg production and egg weight. Farmer revenue on a scale of 1,500 chickens after deduction of total production costs and income Rp. 388,128,235.

Abstract

Writing skill is one of the difficult skills for students, especially in learning to write short story texts. The teacher's obstacle in learning to write short story texts is the less optimal use of learning media. Storyboard media is present as an alternative to overcome the problems that exist in learning to write short story texts which is the goal of this research. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The method used is a case study method with interview techniques. Storyboard media is suitable for learning to write short stories because in this media the emphasis is on elaboration, prediction or estimation, generating ideas, and sequencing. The storyboard media begins by making several illustrative images, which are then developed into a paragraph so that it becomes a complete story in a short story.

Abstract

Addressing the need for sustainable goat feed solutions, the utilization of agricultural waste emerges as a viable option. However, the current practice primarily involves transforming cocoa pods into goat feed, neglecting the potential of the discarded cocoa pulp, which contributes to environmental pollution. This study aims to evaluate the consumption patterns of crude protein and crude fiber in corn cobs-based complete feed enriched with varying levels of cocoa pulp, administered to Etawa crossbreed goats. The experiment was structured around a 4x4 Latin Square Design, encompassing four treatments and four periods. The treatments encompassed P0, which comprised complete feed without cocoa pulp; P1 with 5% cocoa pulp; P2 with 10% cocoa pulp, and P3 with 15% cocoa pulp. By employing this design, researchers sought to ascertain the influence of cocoa pulp concentration on consumption patterns. The findings shed light on the average daily consumption of crude protein (in grams per head) for each treatment: P0 recorded 40.52, P1 exhibited 67.95, P2 observed 55.35, and P3 noted 51.75. Furthermore, the daily consumption of crude fiber (in grams per head) across treatments yielded the following results: P0 reported 77.19, P1 registered 135.99, P2 showed 113.97, and P3 demonstrated 94.56. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that incorporating cocoa pulp as a replacement for molasses in corn cobs-based complete feed formulation has no significant impact on the consumption of crude protein or crude fiber. This finding suggests that the integration of cocoa pulp in goat feed formulation is a promising approach that can contribute to sustainable resource management, without adversely affecting goats' dietary patterns.

Abstract

This researcher evaluated the spatial layout of the Public Burial Place (TPU) in Purwokerto City, Banyumas Regency. With a focus on spatial aspects, this study uses a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach to analyze the suitability of burial grounds. The research method includes mapping and spatial analysis in the Purwokerto City area, which consists of four sub-districts and 27 kelurahan. In the analysis of burial ground suitability, important variables such as soil type, including inseptisol, entisol, and ultisol, are explored in detail. The results revealed that most areas in Purwokerto City have the potential to be used as burial grounds. GIS approach and spatial analysis help in identifying the most suitable areas for TPU development. This research provides valuable insights for spatial planning and burial ground management in the face of population growth challenges and land limitations.

Abstract

This study aims to enhancing communicative competence through the independent curriculum: insights for english language educators. This research is a literature review. Data collection techniques are documentation from journal sources and relevant literature such as Google Scholar. Data analysis with critical literature. research results of The Merdeka curriculum, which focuses on developing communicative competence in learning English, has significant potential in advancing students' language skills. By strengthening aspects of communication, both oral and written, this approach seeks to improve students' ability to interact and communicate effectively in various contexts. English educators have a central role in implementing this approach by providing opportunities for students to practice and deepen their understanding of English through real experiences. Thus, the Independent Curriculum offers a promising outlook for educators in developing students' communicative competencies that are relevant and competitive in the current global era.

Data analysis with critical literature. research results The use of digital marketing in promoting tourism destinations has become the key to success in this modern era. Through digital platforms such as social media, websites and online advertising campaigns, tourism destinations can effectively reach and interact with global audiences in real-time. Digital marketing strategies enable tourism destinations to showcase the beauty of nature, culture and facilities offered through attractive visual content, story-based content and visitor testimonials. In addition, content personalization and precise targeting enable tourism destinations to create unique experiences for potential travelers, while data analysis and online feedback provide valuable insights to improve the services and attractiveness of these destinations. Thus, the use of digital marketing not only increases the visibility of tourism destinations, but also plays an important role in inspiring, informing and captivating a global audience to explore the beauty the world has to offer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Career Planning, Work Stress, Workplace Well Being on Turnover Intention of Three Star Hotel Employees Puncak Cipanas. The independent variables in this study are Career Planning, Work Stress, Workplace Well Being and the dependent variable in this study is turnover intention. Data were collected from 100 respondents using sensus. The technique used to analyze this research is hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression methods with the SPSS assistance program version 21. The results of hypothesis testing in this study showed that there was a negative effect of Career Planning on Turnover Intention, a positive effect of Work Stress on Turnover Intention, and a Workplace Well Being on Turnover Intention. The managerial implication in this study is to reduce the Work Stress variable, so that it does not have an impact on Turnover Intention or has a small effect on Turnover Intention, management can still maintain good relations with employees and reduce employee workload so it does not cause Work Stress.

This study aims to Empowering Student-Centered Learning in English Education (A Closer Look at Kurikulum Merdeka). This research is a literature review. Data collection techniques are documentation from journal sources and relevant literature such as Google Scholar. Data analysis with critical literature. research results Empowering student-centered learning in English education, especially in the context of the Independent Curriculum, is an approach that focuses on developing students' abilities holistically. This approach prioritizes students' active role in the learning process, enabling them to take a central role in exploring their English knowledge and skills. In the context of the Independent Curriculum, students have more freedom to determine their own learning path, while the teacher acts as a facilitator. As such, these conclusions reflect that this approach has the potential to increase student motivation and learning outcomes in English, while supporting a vision of learning that is more independent and centered on individual needs in the education system.
