Al-Mikraj: Jurnal Kajian Islam dan Humaniora Indonesia. Jurnal ini membahas tentang Studi Islam dan Humaniora. Ilmu sosial tersebut adalah sosiologi, antropologi, psikologi, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan politik. Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the problems faced by the Bangun Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) and the solutions implemented to overcome them. Through a qualitative case study approach and in-depth interviews with three cooperative employees, four main problems were found: (1) borrowers stopped working; (2) the borrower runs away; (3) employees embezzle funds; and (4) low profits. KSP Bangun Mandiri addresses problems with a proactive approach, including flexible policies, communication with related parties, as well as evaluation and system updates. The research results show that through the comprehensive implementation of Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling (POAC) management functions, cooperatives can maintain business continuity amidst various challenges. These findings offer insight into the internal dynamics of KSP and practical guidance for effective KSP management.

Abstract

The establishment of BUMDes basically aims to increase village productivity and ultimately improve the community's economy. The existence of BUMDes in villages, if managed well, can also contribute to a large increase in Village Original Income (PADes), including in the Pruwatan Village area, Bumiayu District. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) policies in Pruwatan Village, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. Descriptive qualitative methods are used to describe the implementation of Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) policies. The research was conducted in Pruwatan Village, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. The selection of informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, with 5 informants selected from various elements who were considered to have knowledge about the implementation of Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) policies. This research focuses on one research focus, namely the implementation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) policies in Pruwatan Village. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained from interviews with research informants and secondary data in the form of reports and official documents Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of the policy refers to the theory put forward by Edward III, that it has not run optimally, this can be seen from the lack of coaching and guidance, the level of ineffective communication and the lack of community participation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of organizational communication patterns carried out by religious assemblies in shaping the social character of adolescents. The aim of this study is to understand the role and factors of organizational communication in facilitating social interaction and character development, as well as to gain an understanding of adolescents' responses and perceptions of the communication patterns implemented. The theories used in this research are organizational communication theory, communication patterns, and adolescent character formation. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were conducted through informant interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the Syubbanul Muslimin Assembly acts as a religious education center that provides positive benefits for adolescents. The communication patterns applied by the Syubbanul Muslimin Assembly are effective in conveying religious values and social norms. Interactions within the organization contribute to the development of adolescents' social personalities.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru, within 3 months from March to May 2023. This study aims to determine the interaction effect and the main effect of the Relationship between Variety and Leaf Pruning on the Growth and Production of Sweet Corn Plants (Zea mays saccaratha Sturt). This study used a Divided Plots Design (RPT), the main plot was variety and the subplots were pruning. The variety treatment consisted of 4 treatment levels and pruning consisted of 4 treatment levels, so there were 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications. This study consisted of 48 experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of 4 plants and 2 sample plants, a total of 192 plants. The parameters observed were plant height, age of male flower emergence, weight of cob with cob, length of cob without cob, number of rows in one cob. Observational data were analyzed statistically and conducted with the Honest Real Differences (BNJ) Further Test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction relationship between varieties and leaf pruning had a significant effect on all observation parameters. The best treatment was the panglima variety and pruning the lower 1/3 of the leaves. The main plot treatment significantly affected all observation parameters. The best treatment is the panglima variety. The treatment of subplots significantly influenced all observation parameters. The best treatment is leaf pruning 1/3 of the lower leaves.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and describe the implementation of fiqih learning in madrasah ibtidaiyah Semarang which includes subject matter of fiqih learning, fiqih learning process, and result of learning fiqih. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, namely describing the data accompained by critical analysis. The result of the research can be concluded in general that the implementation of fiqih learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is carried out by teachers very well and efficiently, this can be proven from several things, namely: 1) Fiqih learning consists of affective, cognitive and psychomotor subject. 2) The fiqih learning process in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah uses a constructivist approach, this makes learning very well and efficient because many indicators show that students can follow the lesson well. 3) The students learning outcomes obtained good result because the learning carried out is contextual learning and problem solving.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, social and political issues are increasingly influencing consumer behavior, especially among the younger generation or known as Generation Z. One of the issues that has received great attention from the world is the Palestinian conflict with Israel. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social factors and consumer behavior on the decision to boycott pro-Israel products, both partially and simultaneously. This study used 119 respondents as a research sample taken using a quantitative approach analysis method technique based on descriptive research methods. The results of the study based on the simultaneous test (F test) show that simultaneously (simultaneously) social factors and consumer behavior have a positive and significant effect on the decision to boycott pro-Israel products in Kisaran City. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that social factors and consumer behavior partially have a positive and significant effect on the decision to boycott pro-Israel products in Kisaran City. Based on the results of the determination test, it is known that consumer decisions can be explained by social factors and consumer behavior by 61.7%, while the remaining 38.3% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the management of the Gema Nusa Cooperative in an effort to improve the welfare of its members and support local socio-religious organizations. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis includes three data processing flows, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validation uses data triangulation, which is a data collection technique that combines various existing data and sources. The results show that Gema Nusa Cooperative has implemented management functions quite well, but still has some weaknesses in terms of strategic planning and supervision. Therefore, Gema Nusa Cooperative needs to develop a comprehensive organizational strategic planning, develop an effective and efficient organizational structure, and apply the principles of good cooperative governance that includes a performance monitoring and evaluation system, performance feedback, and responsive and collaborative problem solving. Collectively, with the increase in management capacity, it is expected that Gema Nusa Cooperative can be more optimal in improving the welfare of its members.

Abstract

Air faktor penting bagi manusia, Manusia memanfaatkan air untuk berbagai kebutuhan misalnya untuk dikonsumsi, mandi, mencuci dan sebagainya. Bisa dibilang air adalah kebutuhan primer manusia. Pada saat ini masih banyak orang yang menggunakan tangki untuk penampungan air dan memanfaatkan pompa air untuk mengisi tangki air yang ada di rumah atau di gedung-gedung untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Masalah yang timbul adalah seringnya air meluap dari tangki penampungan ketika telat atau lupa mematikan pompa ketika tangki penuh. Maka pada penelitian ini dibuat sensor level air otomatis untuk menyalakan pompa ketika tangki kosong dan mematikan pompa ketika tangki penuh serta memberikan alarm atau indikator ketika tangki kosong dan menampilkan informasi keadaan tangki melalui LCD. Alat ini dibuat menggunakan Arduino Uno, Sensor Ultrasonic HC-SR 04, Buzzer, Relay. Cara kerja sensor level air otomatis ini adalah ketika tangki penampungan kosong, maka pompa otomatis menyala serta alarm akan berbunyi dan LCD akan menampilkan keadaan tangki, kemudian ketika tangki penuh maka pompa akan mati begitu juga dengan alarm. Jadi air tidak akan meluap dengan adanya sensor level air otomatis ini.

Abstract

PT Mede Media Softika merupakan sebuah perusahaan software house yang bergerak di bidang teknologi informasi. Salah satu bentuk fasilitas yang diberikan untuk pegawai PT Mede Media Softika adalah melakukan perjalanan dinas. Perjalanan dinas yang ada di PT Mede Media Softika terdiri menjadi dua proses, yang terdiri dari perjalanan dinas dalam kota yang pencairan dananya dilakukan setiap bulan sesuai dengan rekap perjalanan dinas yang dilakukan dan perjalanan dinas luar kota, untuk mengetahui kegiatan perjalanan dinas dilakukan dengan baik maka dibutuhkan sistem perjalanan dinas dan pencatatan rekap perjalanan dinas untuk meminimalisir kesalahan yang terjadi ketika pembuatan rencana dinas hingga pencairan dana. Ada beberapa tools yang akan digunakan dalam perancangan aplikasi perjalanan dinas ini diantaranya ASP.NET dan Android Phonegap sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya, karena sifatnya yang server-side maka dibutuhkan web server. Web server yang akan digunakan adalah IIS (Internet Information Services) dan untuk databasenya menggunakan SQL Server.

Abstract

Perencanaan karir merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan individu. Kesulitan dalam perencanaan karir diperlukan suatu arahan khusus dan fasilitas yang memadai. Hal ini menjadi tanggung jawab baik masyarakat maupun dunia pendidikan. Salah satunya adalah SMK Wikrama Bogor yang telah memiliki sistem manajemen data lowongan pekerjaan namun masih dilakukan secara manual. Aplikasi Bursa Kerja Khusus berbasis Android dibangun untuk membantu SMK Wikrama Bogor dalam menyediakan fasilitas kepada alumni dalam hal berkarir. Perancangan basis data dimulai dengan pembuatan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang diuraikan dalam Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram dan Sequence Diagram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analysis, design, coding, testing dan maintenance. Aplikasi Bursa Kerja Khusus berbasis Android dibangun dengan menggunakan pemrograman Java Android.
