Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic, covering the period from 2019 to 2023. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a comparative approach, analyzing financial ratios such as liquidity, solvency, activity, profitability, and market value. The results show that in 2019, before the pandemic, the company's financial performance was stable. However, during the pandemic period (2020-2022), financial performance experienced significant decline, despite a temporary increase in 2021 due to innovations in selling pizza at strategic locations with promotional prices. In 2022, performance declined again, and post-pandemic (2023), the company has not yet stabilized its finances, as evidenced by decreases in profitability and market value ratios. The conclusion of this study is that the COVID-19 pandemic had a significant negative impact on the financial performance of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk, and the company needs to implement more effective strategies to recover its performance post-pandemic.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques through surveys which are carried out by collecting samples from the population using questionnaires as a data measuring tool. The population in this research is all taxpayers with active status in Cirebon City, namely 232 taxpayers. The sample used in this research was 70 taxpayers using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used in this research include multiple linear regression equation analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination and classical assumption test with the help of data processing using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 26 application. The research results show that Tax Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance, while E-Filing has an effect but is not significant on Individual Taxpayer Compliance and the Quality of Tax Volunteer Services does not have a significant effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. The results of the simultaneous test (f test) show a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value of 10.36 > F table 2.74, meaning that Tax Knowledge, E-Filing, and Tax Volunteer Service Quality simultaneously influence Taxpayer Compliance. Private at the Tax Center of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. The R square result is 0.3202, so it is known that there is a simultaneous relationship between Tax Knowledge, E-Filing, and Tax Volunteer Service Quality on Individual Taxpayer Compliance at the Tax Center of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon of 32.02%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi transformasi pemikiran dan peran Muhammadiyah dalam bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, dan sosial di Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi literatur, kami mengungkap evolusi pemikiran Muhammadiyah dan dampaknya dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih inklusif dan beradab. Temuan menyoroti komitmen Muhammadiyah dalam memadukan nilai-nilai Islam dengan kebutuhan praktis masyarakat modern, menjelajahi berbagai inisiatif dari pendidikan progresif hingga pelayanan kesehatan yang terjangkau. Peran sosialnya juga ditekankan melalui upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi dan advokasi hak asasi manusia, yang menandai kontribusi signifikan Muhammadiyah dalam pembangunan sosial di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic religious education with a multicultural perspective in elementary schools. The research was conducted at Cipayung 04 Public Elementary School. The research method used a qualitative case study. Sources of data teachers, principals, and students. The research instrument used interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include: data collection, data reduction, data verification and data display. The results of the multicultural-based implementation of Islamic religious education research through: 1) The new student admission policy does not discriminate between ethnicity, race and religion; 2) Implementation of learning upholds the values ​​of mutual respect, openness, compassion, conflict resolution and reconciliation and violence; 3) Realizing tolerance in religious life in life between all members of the community in daily life in the school environment. Multicultural values ​​are a process of acquiring knowledge, developing attitudes and behavior to live in mutual respect, tolerance, full of peace, mutual assistance and non-violence. Islamic religious education is education that focuses more on improving the mental attitude that is manifested in actions, both for the needs of oneself and others, both theoretically and practically. This research focuses on three studies, firstly all forms of multicultural values ​​in learning Islamic religious education at Cipayung 04 Public Elementary School. So it is related to efforts regarding multicultural-based learning so far because the school does not have multiculturalism, the school places more emphasis on character education. One of education, cultural education can be in the form of mutual cooperation, mutual respect, responsibility, discipline. So character education is very important to achieve quality education for students. If the character has been formed early on in order to make quality and qualified students. And in practice learning is also more respectful and tolerant among peers, in learning it emphasizes Pancasila values ​​in respecting diversity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the hybrid learning method at MIN 1 Madiun City. In the current digital era, the effectiveness of learning methods is increasingly becoming the focus of research. Analysis of the implementation of learning methods is important to provide recommendations for improving learning in the future. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and literature study. The main focus of this research is the analysis and evaluation of the implementation of the hybrid learning method at MIN 1 Madiun City. The research results show that teachers at MIN 1 Madiun City have utilized various digital technologies, including the use of online learning platforms, to implement hybrid learning methods. This technology enables integration between face-to-face learning and online learning, providing flexibility and better access for students. This research also found that implementing the hybrid learning method can increase student engagement and provide a more interactive and effective learning experience. However, this research also identified several challenges, such as limited access to technology for some students and the need to increase digital competence for teachers. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide an important contribution in understanding the effectiveness of the hybrid learning method at MIN 1 Madiun City and help improve the quality of education at the madrasa. Thus, this research can be a reference for other educational institutions that wish to adopt similar learning methods.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is to analyze moral decadence among students through revitalizing the pie strategy in fostering student morality. This research uses the library research method to understand moral decadence among students and the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) strategies in fostering their morality. Data was collected from various credible written sources, analyzed using content analysis to identify main themes, then synthesized to formulate conclusions and recommendations. The research results are compiled in a report that covers various aspects of the findings and provides practical suggestions for improving the effectiveness of PAI. The results of this work are moral decadence among students, including brawls, narcotics, free sex, and bullying, requiring effective moral and religious education interventions. Exemplary strategies and habituation methods, where teachers are role models, can help students internalize religious and moral values. Good religious education must include character formation and good decision making, which can reduce negative behavior such as drug abuse and internet addiction. Teachers who set examples of good morals and personality and provide positive motivation can help students develop positive behavior. With effective religious education, students can understand and practice religious teachings in their daily lives, reducing moral decadence among students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze community empowerment in a mosque based on the perspective of Maqosid Syariah. This study uses a single case study at a mosque, specifically KH. Muhammad Sajid Mosque. Several mosque administrators and the congregation became informants to understand the concept of empowerment in this mosque. This study formulates Maqosid Sharia-based empowerment that contains religious and spiritual values as a form of devotion oriented to God to create and distribute welfare and added value to the congregation, administrators, community, and surrounding environments. This research will integrate empirical data on empowerment with Maqosid Sharia concepts and theories. This concept can be applied to empowerment practices in various syariah-based social organizations. The concept of Maqosid Syariah-based Empowerment is a concept that is unique to syariah/Islamic social organizations in society, such as mosques, and zakat institutions, along with others.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relevance of the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith in the modern era. This type of research is a library study. Data collection with documentation. Data analysis with SLR. The research results Opportunities to strengthen the application of the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith in the modern era lie in the integration of more innovative and relevant religious education, the use of digital technology for broader and more effective da'wah, as well as collaboration between ulama, academics and society in interpret and apply religious teachings according to the context of the times. Abstract

In the contemporary organizational management landscape, job performance design and evaluation has become a major factor influencing organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. The application of advanced technologies such as FP-Growth and K-Means algorithms allows businesses, especially online stores, to adjust sales strategies based on consumer purchasing patterns, increasing operational efficiency and strategy relevance. Additionally, the use of methodologies such as the Balanced Scorecard and Analytical Network Process (ANP) provides a holistic performance evaluation framework, covering both financial and non-financial aspects, helping organizations identify areas of improvement and strategic alignment. Fair reward strategies and transformational leadership roles are proven to increase employee motivation and performance, while recognition of individual differences allows for adjustments in management approaches to create an inclusive and productive work environment. This research adopted a mixed methods approach to evaluate the impact of job design on employee performance, focusing on teachers in the Kalmunai Zone. Through surveys, interviews, and regression analysis, this research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between job design and employee performance. By integrating technology, a holistic approach and human-centered leadership, organizations can achieve sustainable and superior performance amidst dynamic changes in today's business landscape
