Abstract

Motivation is a complex process that influences an individual's strength, direction and persistence in achieving goals. This article explores the application of Victor Vroom's Expectancy Theory to increase employee work motivation in various sectors. Vroom's theory emphasizes the importance of individual beliefs about the relationship between effort, performance, and results in driving motivation. Using content analysis techniques, this research identifies themes and patterns from literature related to work motivation. The application of Vroom's motivation principles in the context of the public sector, education, and business shows that understanding expectations and desired outcomes can improve individual motivation and performance. For example, the implementation of financial incentives such as Performance Allowances (TPP) in the Wajo Regency Government and project-based learning models in education have shown positive results in increasing motivation. In addition, good governance practices that emphasize transparency and accountability are also in line with Vroom's principles. Organizations that align motivation strategies with employee expectations can achieve increased engagement, reduce dissatisfaction, and create a culture of continuous improvement. In conclusion, understanding and applying Vroom's Expectancy Theory can help organizations create a work environment that supports and significantly improves individual performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is the Qur'an, Hadith, and Ijtihad as sources of Islamic education. This type of research is a library study. Data collection with documentation. Data analysis with SLR. The research results Al-Qur'an, Hadith, and ijtihad are the main pillars in the Islamic education system. The Qur'an serves as the main source of law and life guidance for Muslims, providing comprehensive moral and spiritual guidance. Hadith, which is a collection of sayings, actions and agreements of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, complements and explains the teachings of the Qur'an, providing concrete examples of the application of Islamic values ​​in everyday life. Meanwhile, ijtihad, namely the sincere efforts of ulama to interpret Islamic law based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, ensures the relevance of Islamic teachings to the times and the ever-changing social context. The combination of these three sources forms a strong and dynamic foundation for Islamic education, ensuring that its teachings remain contextual, applicable and sustainable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relevance of the concept of Islamic education during the Khulafaurrasyidin period to Indonesian education. This type of research is a library study. Data collection with documentation. Data analysis with SLR. The research results The concept of Islamic education during the Khulafaurrasyidin era has strong relevance to education in Indonesia today, especially in terms of moral and ethical values ​​that are integrated into the education curriculum. During Khulafaurrasyidin's time, education did not only focus on mastering knowledge but also on character formation based on Islamic teachings, such as honesty, justice and social responsibility. These principles are reflected in the Indonesian education system which prioritizes the development of national character and the formation of individuals with integrity and noble character. By adopting these values, Indonesian education seeks to produce a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also moral and contributes positively to society.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the use of Odoo as an e-commerce platform in online business development, as well as how companies can increase sales and brand awareness through this platform. Odoo is one of the most popular e-commerce platforms, but many companies still use traditional methods in their business operations. This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on case studies. Data was collected through a literature study covering e-commerce, Odoo, and online business development, as well as observation of Odoo implementation in the subject business. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns and key themes, while data triangulation was conducted to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that Odoo implementation requires several important steps such as installation, configuration of e-commerce modules, site design and development, and feature testing. The key features of Odoo that support online businesses, such as inventory management, order processing, shipment tracking, and payment integration, are proven to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. The impact of Odoo implementation on business performance includes increased productivity, reduced operational costs, and improved customer satisfaction. This research provides practical guidance for companies considering Odoo adoption, as well as a significant contribution to the e-commerce and information technology literature by identifying effective implementation strategies.

Abstract

This study discusses the problems of students in online PAI learning. The change from face-to-face learning to online learning is quite difficult to implement. In line with this, this research asks three questions, namely: What are the problems of students in online PAI learning, what factors are behind the various problems of students and what are the implications of the problematics of online PAI learning for students. This research is a field research (field research) with a descriptive approach, data acquisition through: observation, interview, documentation. The results obtained from this study are: the problems of students in online PAI learning, namely: infrastructure problems, namely: Difficulty buying quota packages, internet network constraints, and device availability constraints, structural problems, namely: Difficulty understanding subject matter, lack of parental support, problems culture, namely: difficulty adapting, difficulty using learning applications. The factors behind the students' problems are: Lack of Digital Literacy, Lack of interaction between teachers and students, Uneven distribution of the internet network in the territory of Indonesia, Economic factors of parents, unstable self-regulation, human resource factors of parents. Implications of the Problems of Learning PAI online during a pandemi for students have an impact on: understanding, attitudes and behavior of students.

Abstract

The role of women in collecting and disseminating hadith is very significant. Women not only narrated the hadith but also taught it and ensured its preservation for future generations. Even without their contributions, much important knowledge about Islamic teachings and the life of the Prophet Muhammad SAW might not have reached us. Therefore, this research will discuss further the role and contribution of women in the collection and dissemination of hadith which is studied using a qualitative research approach with the search library method. Meanwhile, descriptive qualitative research using the search library method is a research approach used to explore and describe existing phenomena using information sources from books, journals, digital databases, and other reading sources. The aim and benefit of this research is that it can provide insight and raise awareness of the important role of women in collecting and disseminating hadith. By understanding their contributions, we not only gain a more complete picture of Islamic history but also appreciate the efforts and dedication of women in preserving and spreading Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penggunaan media kubus satuan dengan model problem based learning dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar materi volume kubus dan balok kelas 5 SDN 3 Limboto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian selama 1 bulan, tempat penelitian sdn 3 limboto, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 3 Limboto, jumlah siswa tahun ajaran 2023-2024 sebanyak 30 siswa yaitu 16 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa materi volume kubus dan balok dengan menggunakan media kubus satuan meningkat. Pada siklus I tingkat penguasaan siswa terhadap tujuan pembelajaran belum tercapai, terdapat 50% siswa yang mendapatkan nilai diatas rata-rata. Siklus 2 tingkat penguasan siswa terhadap pembelajaran dapat tercapai, karena telah mencapai 83%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media kubus satuan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi volume kubus dan balok kelas V SDN 3 Limboto.

Abstract

Housing is a group of houses or other buildings built together as a single development. The form varies from country to country. Housing is usually built by a single contractor with only a few house or building design styles, so that the appearance is uniform. In Asian cities such as Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Seoul, housing includes high-density tower blocks with or without commercial facilities. Meanwhile, Indonesia is one of the profitable countries for housing development. Home investment is a form of investment that is profitable in the long term. So it's not surprising that many people are interested in doing it. Houses have a stable value when compared with other investment instruments. It will not decrease even if inflation occurs. Property investment is an investment aimed at getting a return on investment or return on investment by utilizing a property. Knowing the value of housing investment returns, many business people invest in property. So it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of investment and the parameters that influence investment in this project and also the characteristics of consumers. Citra Harmoni Housing, which is located in Sukamakmur village, Sukajadi subdistrict, Lebak Regency, is a housing project whose investment feasibility we will calculate. From the analysis results of this project, the NPV calculation value for the housing project is IDR 35,913,597,917, which is certainly greater than 0, indicating that this housing project activity has financial benefits. The calculated value of the internal rate of return (IRR) is 36.943%, which is higher than the interest value of 10.9%, indicating that this housing project has a high rate of return and can be a profitable investment opportunity. The results of the Payback Period (PP) calculation show that the time required to return the initial capital in this project or investment is 1 year 7 months.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan hukum internasional dalam menyelesaikan sengketa internasional, khususnya sengketa antara Palestina dan Israel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis, yang menjelaskan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait teori hukum dan praktik pelaksanaannya. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa hukum internasional mengatur aktivitas organisasi internasional untuk meningkatkan kerjasama bilateral, regional, dan multilateral berdasarkan kepentingan nasional. Sengketa antara Palestina dan Israel telah direspon dengan Resolusi Dewan Keamanan PBB 181 yang mengusulkan pemisahan wilayah bagi Yahudi dan Arab. PBB berperan sebagai mediator dalam upaya perdamaian dan menyediakan sarana mediasi, dengan keanggotaan negara-negara Liga Arab dan Israel di PBB sebagai alat penting untuk menyelesaikan konflik ini secara internasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to understand the role of international law and to analyze and describe the role of international law in state peace. The approach method used in this writing is the normative juridical method, which is legal bibliography writing, namely writing on secondary data such as benchmarks in order to look for symptoms of events which are the object of writing. The type of writing used is descriptive analytical, namely writing which explains the applicable laws and regulations in connection with legal theories and implementation practices, in the end of which conclusions will be made according to the problem which is the object of writing. Based on the results, it is concluded that International Law is the part of law which regulates the activities of international organizations. The aim of international relations is to increase bilateral, regional and multilateral cooperation through many forums which are based on national interests and competencies. Even though a country's international relations are not always positive and often trigger disputes between countries, the international community is very interested in efforts to resolve them. This effort aims to improve relations between countries so that they are more harmonious based on the principles of international peace and security. This raises important questions about the role of international law in upholding justice in order to achieve world peace and security and build relations between countries based on the principles of international peace and security.
