Abstract

This research aims to measure consumer preferences for Lembrou product attributes which aim to develop the company's new products. This research method uses a conjoint analysis approach. Where this research uses 16 stimuli to be tested, this research also uses five attributes in producing these stimuli, consisting of: 1). Aroma, 2). Packaging, 3). Durability. 4). Price, 5). Size. The results of the research conducted show that the first attribute (Aroma) is considered the most important first, then the second most important attribute is the Price attribute, then the third attribute is durability, while the fourth attribute is occupied by the packaging attribute, and the last is the size attribute. Not only from the five attributes, the author also measured 16 stimuli, and obtained the best results in the 12th stimulus with the citrus aroma attribute in the second attribute level position, and this data also showed that the endurance attribute obtained the 3-4 hour attribute level that consumers wanted. where the attribute level occupies the first attribute level. Next, the price attribute obtains attribute level data of 40-75k where the attribute level in the data occupies the first position, and the last data is placed on the perfume bottle size attribute where potential customers want the size of their perfume to be 100 ml, then at the 100 ml attribute level it occupies the fourth attribute level , and finally circle packaging occupying the second attribute level.

Abstract

The phenomenon of global warming is a crucial problem today, efforts that can be made are to create a green movement or go green to overcome environmental damage and at the same time realize a sustainable environment. One of the efforts of the Indonesian Government to respond to this phenomenon is by launching a Green Economy to create Sustainable Development. MSMEs are one of the joints of the economy that can boost the realization of the Green Economy. Therefore, Indonesian MSMEs must be able to create a quality green brand and product. The creation of products and brands must pay attention to marketing science, especially green marketing for green products. Marketing green products must consider bad consumer perceptions, good consumer perceptions, and consumer trust to assess how likely consumers are to make repeat purchases. This study aims to determine the effect of green perceived risk and green perceived value on green repurchase intention with green trust as a mediation study on visitors to the Wiguna Yogyakarta market. The population in this study were all visitors to the Wiguna Yogyakarta market. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. This study used 130 respondents as samples whose data were obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires in the form of Google Forms. The analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square with the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of this study indicate that Green Perceived Risk has a significant negative effect on Green Repurchase Intention, Green Perceived Value has a significant positive effect on Green Repurchase Intention, Green Perceived Risk has no effect on Green Repurchase Intention with Green Trust as a mediator, Green Perceived Value has an effect on Green Repurchase Intention with Green Trust as a mediator.

Abstract

The role of MSMEs for Indonesia is very large for economic growth. In fact, the number can reach 99% of all business units in Indonesia. Because of this important role, MSMEs need special attention in their sustainability. Agradaya is one of the social and community-based MSMEs that carries out business development based on the triple bottom line, namely People, Planet, Profit. creating a more sustainable business and environment through partnerships with small farmers and sustainable agricultural practices. Agradaya has products that focus on health benefits with natural ingredients produced from selected local plants without artificial ingredients. This study aims to understand the description of the business model in social business. The research method was carried out with a qualitative approach, with interview techniques, observation and documentation as data collection techniques. Triangulation techniques were used as data validity. The analysis tool used was the Social Business Model Canvas. The Social Business Model Canvas is a concept of the Business Model Canvas from Osterwalder but adds two important blocks that represent the mission and impact as a form of innovation in social-based business models. This tool is suitable for use because it can provide a link between social impact and economic impact so that later it can recommend the right strategy for the company. Thus, it can increase competitiveness for social-based companies and various social practices of companies in Indonesia. Social Business Canvas Social Business Model is appropriately applied to social-based businesses so that it can map the business effectively.

Abstract

The local community's ongoing agreement regarding plans to establish industries, as well as ongoing industries, certainly raises sociological and anthropological questions, namely what kind of relationship between the two, industry and society, has occurred so far. The most obvious case in this case can refer to the rejection of the people of Rempang Island, Batam City towards the plan to build Rempang Eco City, last September 2023. Seen from the perspective of the academic world, the problem of disharmony between the industrial world and local communities is important, apart from focusing on the relationship between the academic world and the industrial world. This paper with a desk research approach aims to describe the disharmonious relationship between the local community and the corporate community or the industrial world, looking for the root of the problem of rejection of investment and what offers universities can provide to the phenomenon of disharmony between the local community and the industrial world. The results of this research show that the implementation of a social permit to operate (SLO) is one of the agreements made to reconcile relations between local communities and investment and industry. In an effort to popularize SLO as a solution to the parameters of the relationship between the industrial world and local communities, the role of universities is very necessary.

Abstract

The use of QRIS-based electronic money has become very popular as a non-cash payment system because society has shifted to non-cash payments. This study aims to determine the influence of ease of use, benefits, and trust on the interest in using QRIS e-payment. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study includes all Generation Z individuals who have used QRIS e-payment in the past year and reside in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, with a sample of 96 Generation Z individuals who have used QRIS e-payment. The instrument testing technique includes validity and reliability tests. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression, and data processing is conducted with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study indicate that ease of use does not affect the interest in using QRIS e-payment, benefits affect the interest in using QRIS e-payment, and trust affects the interest in using QRIS e-payment.

Abstract

The quality of education is a crucial aspect that must be achieved to face the challenges of competition among educational institutions. One of the strategies for organizations, particularly education institutions focusing on quality, is by implementing quality assurance. Once quality assurance is achieved, educational institutions will continuously improve the quality of services provided to parents, including tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research aims to analyze the phenomena related to tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy concerning parents' satisfaction at SDS Golden Christian School. The study population includes the parents of students at SDS Golden Christian School during the 2024-2025 academic year. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with questionnaires distributed to 52 respondents who are parents with more than one child enrolled at SDS Golden Christian School in the 2024-2025 academic year. The research data were processed quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis with validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis tests (R² test, t-test, and F-test) utilizing SPSS 30 for Windows. The findings of this research indicate that: 1) Tangible has a positive and significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction. 2) Reliability has a positive but not significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction. 3) Responsiveness has a positive but not significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction. 4) Assurance has a positive but not significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction. 5) Empathy has a positive and significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction. 6) Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy collectively have a positive and significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction.

Abstract

The Russia-Ukraine war has created uncertainty in the world economic situation, including Indonesia. This economic uncertainty has encouraged people to tend to make safe economic decisions that do not have high risks. Gold commodities are one of the main choices for people to secure their assets because the value of gold is stable even in the midst of economic uncertainty. The increase in demand for gold commodities when economic certainty occurs will affect the selling price of gold commodities and the stock performance of metal and mineral mining companies. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on the stock performance of metal and mineral mining companies and the price of gold commodities in Indonesia. The study was conducted quantitatively using PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) and PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) as samples to determine the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on the stock performance of metal and mineral mining companies in Indonesia. Gold commodities were selected as samples from the mining commodity population. The data used in this study were obtained by collecting secondary data sourced from the TradingView website and using SPSS software as an analysis tool. This study uses a different test method to determine the comparison of the performance of mining and mineral sector companies' stocks and gold commodity prices 3 months before and during the Russo-Ukrainian war. The results of the study indicate that there are significant and insignificant price differences before and during the Russo-Ukrainian war. The price difference between before and during the Russo-Ukrainian war indicates that there was an increase in prices after the peak of the Russo-Ukrainian war. This price difference indicates that the mining commodity sector was strongly affected by the war.

Abstract

The supply chain is key to maintaining a company's competitive advantage amidst modern industrial competition. This makes innovation important to be carried out so that supply chain performance is maintained and the company grows. Each component in the supply chain is closely related, supports each other and needs each other, so innovation efforts must be applied evenly. This study examines the innovation efforts that have been carried out by PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk in its supply chain. This study is a literature review related to sources. Several aspects reviewed include location, global supply chain management, the role of operational managers, organizational structure and work environment, new product design and innovation in the context of operations, processes, and sustainability. Based on the identification of these aspects, it was found that PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk. has developed and implemented a strong culture of innovation. The company understands the importance of choosing the right location to establish a brewery because of the advantages such as workforce, geographic location, and demand conditions. As a subsidiary of Heineken B.V, PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk. has access to technology that facilitates end-to-end digitalization of the global supply chain. In terms of the role of operational managers, the company has a universal guide to forming a culture of innovation that is instilled in every employee through webinars, townhall meetings and e-learning. In terms of organizational structure and work environment, the company implements an organic model company structure indicated by the company's openness to socialization activities between employees, a lean organizational structure, and hybrid work implementation. The company also develops new products to adapt to changes in consumer preferences, such as Bintang Radler 0.0%. Cut The Tosh is the company's initiative to innovate in sustainability.

Abstract

Banyaknya permasalahan lingkungan yang terjadi pada saat ini memicu adanya inovasi terhadap produk ramah lingkungan. Salah satu permasalahan lingkungan yang terjadi adalah polusi karbon dioksida yang dihasilkan dari asap kendaraan bermotor. Adanya permasalah tersebut membuat pentingnya masyarakat mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang isu lingkungan dan cara mengatasinya (green knowledge), serta membuat perusahaan mulai berinovasi dengan menciptakan produk sepeda motor ramah lingkungan (green product) dan tetap meperhatikan harga yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan manfaat yang diterima konsumen. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh green knowledge terhadap green purchase intention sepeda motor ramah lingkungan 2) pengaruh green product terhadap green purchase intention sepeda motor ramah lingkungan 3) pengaruh green price terhadap green purchase intention sepeda motor ramah lingkungan 4) terdapat perbedaan green purchase intention berdasarkan minat pada jenis sepeda motor ramah lingkungan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dari generasi Z yang berdomisili di Pulau Jawa, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji T, uji F, dan uji independent samples t-test yangmenggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) green knowledge berpengaruh terhadap green purchase intention sepeda motor ramah lingkungan 2) green product berpengaruh terhadap green purchase intention sepeda motor ramah lingkungan 3) green price tidak berpengaruh terhadap green purchase intention sepeda motor ramah lingkungan 4) tidak terdapat perbedaan green purchase intention berdasarkan minat pada jenis sepeda motor ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

The book publishing industry in Indonesia plays a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process at various educational levels, including Vocational High Schools (SMK). This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with book publishing services for SMK, identify key factors influencing satisfaction, and formulate approaches to improving service quality. This research employs a quantitative survey method involving SMK customers as respondents. The collected data is analyzed using descriptive statistics and factor analysis. The findings indicate that overall customer satisfaction falls into the "fairly satisfied" category. This study contributes to book publishers by providing insights into the needs and expectations of SMK customers and formulating targeted service quality improvement strategies.
