Abstract

The Islamic boarding schools are the oldest Islamic educational institutions in IndonesiaIndonesia but still exists in building and developing education in Indonesia to date. The uniqueness of the role of Islamic boarding schools is certainly inseparable from this professionalism and the intelligence of the kiai in leading the pesantren education community. It is at this point that the main reason for this research is raised. The main focus in the discussion is the Kiai's situational leadership skills which focus on skills in diagnosing, skills flexibility his leadership style and partners for success. It is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques with observation and interviews. Data analysis technique with data condensation, data display and conclusion drawing/verifying. Abstract

This research has objectives including: (1) knowing the implementation of instilling entrepreneurial values in the creative economy division, (2) discussing inhibiting factors and supporting factors for the cultivation of entrepreneurial values in the creative economy division, (3) solutions in overcoming inhibiting factors. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusions. The results of the study explained that: (1) the creative economy division was given the cultivation of entrepreneurial values; the value of cooperation; responsibility; creativity with the pre-order system activities at STAI Al-Hamidiyah Jakarta, (2) inhibiting factors in instilling entrepreneurial values; communication and cooperation between members of the creative economy division are poorly established; The means of entrepreneurship at STAI Al-Hamidiyah Jakarta are inadequate, then supporting factors include; DEMA supervisors and lecturers support the pre-order system in the creative economy division; BPH contributes to the implementation of the pre-order system in the creative economy division, (3) The solution in overcoming inhibiting factors is to consistently hold meetings to evaluate pre-order and creative activities in promoting the products of the Creative Economy Division to be visible to the campus and provided support through means in entrepreneurship. The conclusion is that the entrepreneurial values in the creative economy division that have been instilled consist of three values, namely the value of cooperation between division members in managing products, the value of responsibility in the duties of their respective members, and the value of creativity in managing selling products. Abstract

This study aims at the role of the underwriter in selecting in sharia life insurance products, knowing the obstacles encountered by the underwriter in selecting the risk and the solutions applied to overcome these obstacles, and knowing the underwriting process of sharia life insurance at allianz padang city branch . The type of research used is descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. The conclusions of this study briefly are: (1) Underwriters have an important role in insurance companies because underwriters determine whether the insurance coverage can be accommodated by the company or not. (2) Obstacles encountered by underwriters in selecting risks are the availability of incomplete participant data, previous experience data of the insured and prospective insured not providing the desired budget and benefits, while the solution is to contact the agent concerned to obtain additional information needed by the underwriter, apply analysis to groups of prospective insurance participants as new participants, and provide standard premium rates and benefits. Abstract

Customer loyalty is an absolute guide for banks to ensure survival in their business, because customer loyalty is the pinnacle of achievement in the banking business. By getting loyal customers, banks are able to create great opportunities to expand their marketing network and maintain the viability of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of corporate image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses quantitative methods and associative approaches, data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population and sample consisted of 98 customers at BSI KCP Sudirman Binjai using the Side Purposive technique. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression and intervening methods. The results of this study indicate that the Corporate Image Variable has an effect on Customer Loyalty and the Customer Satisfaction Variable is able to strengthen the influence of Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the productive waqf management and development system at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School, Langkat Regency, and also to find out the forms of productive waqf management and development at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School, Langkat Regency. This type of research includes empirical research with a qualitative approach. The subject of this study involved the Chairperson of the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Nazhir Waqf, and the Community, with a qualitative descriptive research analysis. The results of the research conducted show that the waqf management and development system productively at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School, Langkat Regency is carried out by administering and collecting data on waqf assets, then recording them in a notarial deed so that they have permanent legal force, and carrying out maximum supervision so that the utilization Waqf assets are in accordance with their function and main objective, which is to develop Islamic education as a place to nurture true Muslims. Then, the productive management and development of waqf at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School in Langkat Regency is carried out in two forms, namely the physical form in which waqf assets are developed by adding and constructing various buildings needed in the educational process at the institution. Apart from that, it is also being developed in the form of waqf management policies especially for the needs of the students, for example providing free tuition fees for orphans and high achieving students so as to help the Muslim community (santri's parents). While the form of waqf assets is distributed to the surrounding community in the form of donations such as groceries and so on at certain moments. So that the productive management and development of waqf assets is in accordance with Law no. 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf.

Abstract

UU no. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management as a complement to the previous law, namely Law no. 38 of 1999. This law provides institutional strengthening in integrated zakat management into a unified integrated system. In turn, the National Amil Zakat Agency becomes the only institution holding zakat authority, and the Amil Zakat Institution as a partner in assisting the National Amil Zakat Agency, as well as government oversight as a regulator. The research aims to answer the problem of how the distribution of zakat according to zakat law no. 23 of 2011 in Kab. Langkat. How is the zakat distribution system by BAZNAS Langkat Regency in Karang Rejo Village. What are the factors that cause delays in the BAZNAS distribution system in Langkat Regency. How is the strategy carried out by BAZNAS Langkat Regency to increase the collection and effectiveness in distributing zakat in Karang Rejo Village, Langkat Regency. This research is a qualitative research using a legal sociology approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, secondary data as initial data obtained from primary and secondary legal materials, then followed by primary data or field data obtained from documents and interviews with several Amil Agency officials Langkat District National Zakat. The results of the study show that the National Amil Zakat Agency in Langkat Regency has not run optimally in the distribution of zakat due to several obstacles, one of which is the lack of synergy with the local government in terms of regulations that have an impact on non-optimal distribution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media promotion on increasing sales at Raniapetshop. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach with sampling by filling out a questionnaire on google form. The use of descriptive analysis methods processed using SPSS software as many as 70 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the promotion variable has no positive and significant effect on increasing sales. The social media variable has a positive effect on increasing sales. After this research is conducted, it will then be used by Raniapetshop as a reference for the future in promotional activities on Instagram social media, to be able to facilitate the delivery of information with Instagram content and interact with consumers so that later it will encourage consumers to interact with other consumers and can encourage increased sales at Raniapetshop. It is also expected that further research can develop the current model with the addition of variables or may use the current model but with a different concept.

Abstract

The Healthcare sector is known to have experienced various dynamics in the last five years, including during the pandemic since 2020, which has had implications for financial performance and company value. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of dividend policy, debt policy, and board study diversity on company value. Data was obtained using secondary data from companies in the healthcare sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2022. Purposive sampling was used as a technique in this research, then a total of 5 final samples of companies were obtained after removing outlier data from the research object. Firm value is measured using the Tobin's Q method. The DPR ratio is used to measure dividend policy, while DER is used to measure debt policy, and Board Study Diversity is measured based on the ratio of board of directors with a background in economics and business studies compared to the total board of directors using panel data regression. Eviews. Test classical assumptions and test hypotheses with partial tests and simultaneous tests. This research explains that dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on company value, debt policy has a negative and significant effect on company value, while Board Study Diversity has no significant effect on company value. It is hoped that the company can improve its investment strategy in the policies it takes to ensure stability and increase company value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Tabarru and Ujrah Proportion Model in the Sharia General Insurance Business in Indonesia, specifically what factors influence the determination of the tabarru' and ujrah proportions and their correlation with financial performance. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The subject of this research is the tabarru and ujrah fund proportion model, while the object of the research is the Sharia General Insurance Company where the full Islamic system is registered on the OJK website. Data analysis techniques are ways or methods of processing and processing data into results or information that are valid and easily understood by the general public, so this research uses data reduction techniques, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show 1) Contextual constructs include the construct of claims, crackdown activities, and aspects of company finance that influence the company's financial performance. Claims have a significant effect on the proportion of tabarru' funds. 2) Claims are the rights of sharia insurance participants when they experience a disaster, the funds used in paying claims by sharia insurance companies against participants are obtained from the tabarru' fund pool so that when the claim burden increases it requires a large proportion of tabarru' funds, thus encouraging the company to increase the proportion of tabarru' funds. 3). This research also produced a construct correlation model, namely the claim construct, the company's financial aspects, and crackaful activities which influence the proportion of tabarru' and ujrah along with the proportion of tabarru' ujrah which influences the company's financial performance. This research is able to form a model in determining the proportions of tabarru' and ujrah so that this model can be used as a basic model for subsequent researchers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategy for developing halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency, and how halal tourism is mapped. Where the method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Using data collection methods, namely interview, observation and documentation methods. The analysis used is SWOT analysis, namely by looking for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency. Based on the SWOT results that have been carried out, the highest value is obtained from the SO value, namely 3.014. Therefore, the SO strategy must be developed and implemented to the maximum extent possible in order to develop tourism in North Padang Lawas. halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency. The strategy for developing halal tourism in North Padang Lawas Regency has many strengths for developing halal tourism, where tourism development must be carried out in a focused and serious manner. The strengths that tourism in North Padang Lawas has to develop are the availability of food, places of worship for Muslims, how to dress for people who have covered their private parts, support from the government, as well as promoting halal tourism which will make it easier for people to know about tourism in Padang Regency.
