Abstract

This problem is motivated by the use of learning media in developing children's creativity is not appropriate so that learning is less interesting and boring for children in TK Pembina 01 Linggo Sari Baganti. The purpose of this study was developed to determine the development of children's creativity through the media of plastic bag waste material in TK Pembina 01 Linggo Sari Baganti. This plastic bag waste material media produces various kinds of works that are adjusted by the theme in the kindergarten. The type of research used is quantitative with experimental methods in the form of quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The population of this research is TK Pembina 01 Linggo Sari Baganti, with the sampling technique that is purposive sampling, namely group B1 for the experimental class and group B2 for the control class, each with 10 children. The data collection technique uses a statement sheet, then the data is processed by a test (t-test). Based on data analysis, the experimental group average was 35.1 and the control group was 32.4. In the hypothesis test, it is known that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.033 < 0.05, this means that the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that Plastic Bag Remaining Material Media is Effective in developing children's creativity in TK 01 Linggo Sari Baganti TK for the academic year 2021/2022

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of children’s scientific ability in expressing their ideas independently without the help of the teacher. This can be seen from the children’s lack of interest in completing the activities designed by the teacher. The purpose of this research will be to use quantitative methods in the aplication inquiry learning through loose parts media to children aged 5-6 years. The number of research subjects was 14 children, 7 children in class B1, 7 children in class B2 os Syaiful Jannah Integrated PAUD in Tanah Datar Regency. Data collectiom techniques were carried out through observation and documentation methods. The instrument used is a test of learning outcomes. Which consists of pre-test and post-test, and treatments 1, 2, and 3. After analyzing the data, the results of the hypothesis test are 0,001 which is smaller than 0,05. This is said because there is a difference between the sciencetific abilities of the children in the experimental group using direct practice methods with loose parts media and the control group carrying out learning activities according to the RPPH designed by the teacher in the class.

Abstract

Increasing creativity in early childhood can be done by using media in the learning process. The media used can be of various types, one of which is loose part media. This study aims to develop and improve the creativity of early childhood children in PAUD Tunas Harapan in the learning process through the use of loose part media. This research is an action research. The subjects in this study were early childhood group B (5-6 years) totaling 10 people. Data collection methods used are observation and documentation. In this study, teachers and researchers collaborate in the learning process by using loose part media. The results of this study, seen from before the action was given the percentage of children's creativity was still very low, but then in cycle 1 the percentage increased to 30% for the sufficient category and 70% for the less category. In the second cycle, it increased again to 80% for the very good category and 10% for the sufficient category, and another 10% for the less category. Thus it can be concluded that research with the use of Loose Part media can develop and increase the creativity of early childhood in PAUD Tunas Harapan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective the discovery learning method is in developing early childhood creativity at Genius Kids II Kindergarten, Bukittinggi City. In this study using quantitative methods with quasi-experiments. The data collection technique is in the form of an action test. The data analysis technique is done by using statistics. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was stated that overall there was an increase in the control class scores of children pre-test 98 and post-test 124. Meanwhile, the average control class for pre-test was 9,8 and post-test was 12,4. In addition, there was an increase in creativity ability using the discovery learning method in the experimental group with a pre-test score of 100 and post-test 140. While the overall average for pre-test 100 and post-test was 140. In both classes the results of the research were the same- the same increased but the experimental class had a higher score than the control class. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the creative abilities of children in the experimental class and the control class, thus showing the use of discovery learning methods is very effective on the creative abilities of early childhood.

Abstract

Knowledge Sharing merupakan elemen fundamental dari proses dan strategi Knowledge management. Semakin banyak organisasi yang melakukan investasi pada knowledge management untuk menghubungkan karyawan dengan lebih baik mempromosikan aktivitas knowledge sharing. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur yang membahas teori-teori yang relevan terhadap iklim organisasi dan knowledge sharing, serta faktor pendorongnya. Iklim organisasi yang mendorong terciptanya kegiatan knowledge sharing diantaranya adalah kepercayaan. Selain kepercayaan pada lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dari pimpinan atau atasan juga memegang peran kunci untuk mendorong terciptanya iklim organisasi yang positif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang pelaksanaan asesmen autentik yang dilakukan guru pada era revolusi industri 4.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian studi literatur yaitu dengan menelaah sumber data yang relevan yang diambil dari buku, artikel, jurnal, dan sebagainya. Baik dari sumber primer maupun sekunder menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa analisis isi (content analisis). Berdasarkan beberapa hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan asesmen autentik sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan agar mengetahui capaian perkembangan anak serta dapat mengembangakan anak lebih optimal dan lebih nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan asesmen autentik di lembaga paud pada era 4.0 ini dapat menggunakan berbgai jenis teknologi seperti aplikasi iPad, port elektronik- folio (e-portfolio), dan gambar dan video digital

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of printing activities with banana stems for the development of fine motor skills in children, because the problem in developing fine motor skills in early childhood is that there is less variety of media used to develop fine motor skills in children. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of printing with banana stems to develop fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at Dian Andalas Kindergarten, Padang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique used is a data triangulation technique.The results of this study in general the activity of printing with banana stems to develop children's fine motor skills in Dian Andalas Kindergarten which was carried out by the teacher went well and as expected, because the teacher had designed learning activities according to the theme and sub-theme of the learning to be carried out. in the classroom. Evaluation of children's fine motor development can be done using several assessment techniques that are adapted to the curriculum such as assessment of work, checklists, anecdotal notes, daily assessments, monthly assessments, and semester assessments

Abstract

Anak usia dini adalah individu yang unik dan mempunyai karakteristik yang sejalan dengan tahapan usianya. Pada masa ini, anak sedang mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang sangat pesat, masa usia dini (0-6) tahun ini juga sering disebut masa keemasan (golden age) sebab pada masa inilah merupakan sebuah periode awal bagi anak untuk mengeksplorasi dirinya ke lingkungan. Salah satu aspek yang dikembangkan di Taman Kanak-Kanak ialah perkembangan moral.Dewasa ini, Pada dasarnya moral mengacu pada akhlak yang sesuai dengan peraturan sosial atau menyangkut hokum atau adat kebiasaan yang mengatur tingkah laku.Moral juga berkaitan dengan baik dan buruk, serta benar maupun salah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana pelaksanaan pengembangan moral anak di Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri Pembina Painan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri Pembina Painan pada bulan September 2022.Hasil penelitian secara umum diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan pengembangan moral anak di Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri Pembina Painan sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Guru telah membuat strategi, variasi serta hambatan yang diperoleh yang mengacu kepada kurikulum 2013 dan indikator pembelajaran. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasannya dalam strategi, variasi serta hambatan yang diperoleh dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan moral mengacu kepada kurikulum 2013 dan indikator pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan

Abstract

This study aims to describe the stimulus response analysis of students through the application of behavioristic theory to improve learning achievement. This can be a reference for teachers, both counseling teachers and subject teachers in stimulating student response stimuli through behavioristic theory. In this study, researchers used a literature study by utilizing several sources of journals and modules that the authors found. In the technique of data analysis, the researcher uses annotated bibliography analysis. This research leads to recommendations for teachers to be able to understand and know the application of behavioristic theory to stimulate student response stimuli because it is important to understand that every human being has different characteristics and learning styles. Therefore, through this writing the teacher can see the diversity of students' learning styles and then choose the right stimulus so that the responses given by students are also as expected. Abstract

The decline in the morals of the millennial generation, an era that is increasingly rampant with technological sophistication in the era of globalization has made a retreat in the moral quality of life of the Indonesian people today, especially among students and demands character education. This research uses the library research method. Data collection techniques are obtained from 11 kinds of journal articles related to the topic of discussion. It is very important to form the character of the child from an early age. A strong identity and character really need a systematic and well-organized coaching program. Child character education is not only carried out by the teacher, but the main task of parents is also to implement the child's character education at home. In carrying out character education, parents and teachers are role models to imitate and follow. Independence is the ability of the child to do everything independently, both related to his own activities and in everyday life, without being completely dependent on others. With the attitude of independence that the child has provides enormous benefits for himself including, 1) Children can move more freely to learn and interact with the surrounding environment; 2) Make them more confident and make things free; 3) Children are easy to play and interact well; 4) Easy to work and communicate with the child
