Abstract

Abstract Teacher human resources remains a primary challenge within the Indonesian educational landscape, particularly in private madrasahs where educators are frequently assigned to subjects that do not align with their academic backgrounds. This study aims to identify the structural and situational barriers to HR fulfillment and formulate strategic solutions to address this systemic mismatch. Designed as a qualitative multi-site case study, this research involves a comparative analysis across three educational levels (MI, MTs, and MA) in Demak Regency. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with principals and heads of curriculum, non-participant observations, and documentation analysis, followed by an interactive model analysis. The results indicate that HR fulfillment is primarily obstructed by a lack of financial equity in national budget distribution, high teacher turnover due to P3K recruitment, and a structural shortage of linear-background educators willing to work in the private sector. To address these issues, the study proposes the policy integration of PPPK into private institutions, the expansion of PPG opportunities, and the strengthening of collaborative networks with community organizations. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive focus specifically on human resource challenges within private madrasahs from various angles and factors, setting it apart from broader studies on educational problems. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi Metode Syahid dalam pembelajaran Nahwu di Pondok Pesantren Al Husna, serta faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Pembelajaran Nahwu sering dianggap sulit, sehingga Metode Syahid diterapkan untuk mempermudah pemahaman siswa melalui contoh-contoh konkret yang menyederhanakan kaidah gramatikal. Meskipun metode ini telah digunakan selama kurang lebih 15 tahun, masih ditemukan variasi tingkat pemahaman siswa dan ketidakkonsistenan dalam penerapannya di berbagai kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian meliputi seorang guru Nahwu dan siswi kelas I Wustho A. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Metode Syahid dilakukan melalui tiga tahap utama, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, guru menyiapkan administrasi pembelajaran dan memilih materi yang sesuai. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, guru menjelaskan kaidah Nahwu dan langsung menerapkannya melalui analisis tabel Syahid. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui tanya jawab lisan dan tes mingguan. Faktor pendukung meliputi latar belakang pendidikan guru, ketersediaan buku ajar, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta respons positif siswa. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan waktu, kelelahan siswa, tuntutan hafalan yang tinggi, serta perbedaan gaya mengajar antar guru. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Metode Syahid, Pembelajaran Nahwu. Abstract This study examines the implementation of the Syahid Method in teaching Nahwu at Al Husna Islamic Boarding School, as well as its supporting and inhibiting factors. Nahwu is often perceived as a difficult subject; therefore, the Syahid Method is applied to facilitate students’ understanding through concrete examples that simplify grammatical rules. Although this method has been implemented for approximately 15 years, variations in students’ comprehension and inconsistencies in its application across classes are still evident. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects include a Nahwu teacher and first-grade Wustho A female students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques.The findings reveal that the implementation of the Syahid Method consists of three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning stage, teachers prepare teaching administration and select appropriate materials. In the implementation stage, teachers explain Nahwu rules and apply them through the analysis of Syahid tables. Evaluation is conducted through oral questioning and weekly tests. Supporting factors include teachers’ educational background, availability of textbooks, adequate facilities, and positive student responses. Inhibiting factors include limited time, student fatigue, heavy memorization demands, and variations in teaching styles. Keywords: Implementation, Nahwu Learning, Syahid Method

Abstract

Abstrak Strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada anak berkebutuhan khusus merupakan aspek penting karena adanya perbedaan karakteristik dan kebutuhan belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada anak berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Daarussalaam Sangatta, serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan upaya guru dalam mengatasinya. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya peserta didik dengan gangguan konsentrasi seperti ADHD ringan yang memerlukan pendekatan pembelajaran khusus agar dapat mengikuti proses belajar secara optimal.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas tiga guru bahasa Arab, kepala sekolah, dan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan uji keabsahan melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru meliputi pembelajaran terdiferensiasi, pendekatan individual, serta penggunaan metode visual dan multisensori seperti flashcard, poster, dan latihan berulang. Guru juga melakukan penyesuaian materi, memberikan penguatan positif, serta melaksanakan evaluasi secara adaptif. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan waktu, perbedaan kemampuan siswa, serta kesulitan dalam mempertahankan konsentrasi. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut antara lain meningkatkan variasi metode pembelajaran, memberikan perhatian khusus, serta menjalin komunikasi dengan orang tua. Kata Kunci: Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, Bahasa Arab, Strategi Pembelajaran Abstract The strategy for teaching Arabic to children with special needs is an important aspect due to differences in students’ characteristics and learning needs. This research aims to describe Arabic language learning strategies for children with special needs at Daarussalaam Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Sangatta, as well as to identify the obstacles and teachers’ efforts in overcoming them. The study is motivated by the presence of students with concentration disorders, such as mild ADHD, who require appropriate learning approaches to participate optimally in the learning process. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects consist of three Arabic language teachers, the school principal, and students with special needs. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while validity is ensured through source triangulation. The results show that the strategies applied include differentiated learning, individual approaches, and the use of visual and multisensory methods such as flashcards, posters, and repetitive exercises. The teacher also adjusts materials, provides positive reinforcement, and conducts adaptive evaluations. Challenges include limited time, differences in students’ abilities, and difficulty maintaining concentration, which are addressed through varied methods, special attention, and communication with parents. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk kesalahan penulisan bahasa Arab dalam mata pelajaran imla’ serta menganalisis faktor penyebabnya pada siswi kelas VIII di Pondok Modern Asy-Syifa Balikpapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data terdiri atas data primer berupa hasil tulisan siswi kelas VII C dan D serta hasil observasi, dan data sekunder berupa guru mata pelajaran imla’, buku, dan jurnal. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat enam bentuk kesalahan penulisan, yaitu kesalahan penulisan hamzah, ta’ marbuthah dan ta’ maftuhah, huruf hijaiyyah, penyambungan huruf, mufrodat, serta penggunaan harakat dan mad. Kesalahan tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor linguistik, seperti kurangnya penguasaan kaidah imla’ dan keterbatasan kosakata, serta faktor non-linguistik seperti kurangnya latihan yang terstruktur, rendahnya konsentrasi siswi, dan metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembelajaran imla’ yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis bahasa Arab. Abstract This study aims to identify the forms of errors in Arabic writing in the imla’ subject and to analyze the factors causing these errors among eighth-grade students at Pondok Modern Asy-Syifa Balikpapan. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources consist of primary data in the form of students’ written work and observations of classes VII C and D, as well as secondary data obtained from the imla’ teacher, books, and journals. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal six types of writing errors: errors in writing hamzah, ta’ marbuthah and ta’ maftuhah, hijaiyyah letters, letter connections, vocabulary (mufrodat), and the use of harakat and mad. These errors are caused by both linguistic factors, such as limited mastery of imla’ rules and vocabulary, and non-linguistic factors, including lack of structured practice, low concentration, and less varied teaching methods. Therefore, systematic and continuous imla’ instruction is needed to improve students’ Arabic writing skills. Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the low interest and difficulty of students in memorizing Arabic vocabulary, especially among students who graduated from general elementary schools, who are not accustomed to learning Arabic since childhood. This study aims to develop a song-based Arabic language learning media to improve vocabulary memorization competency (mufradat) of grade VII students of MTs Negeri 9 Banyuwangi and test its feasibility based on the assessment of media experts and material experts. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collection instrument is a validation questionnaire from media experts and material experts with a Likert scale. The results show that the product developed is a pocket book of vocabulary songs equipped with a QR Code to access audio recordings. The results of the media expert validation obtained a percentage of 98% with a very feasible category, while the validation of material experts also reached 98% with a very feasible category. These findings confirm that the song-based learning media developed meet the feasibility criteria from both technical and material aspects. This research contributes to the development of innovative audio and visual-based learning media that can be used as an alternative for learning Arabic that is more interesting, interactive, and effective for students at the junior high school level.
