Abstract

This study began by identifying the current issues, namely the widespread deviant behavior among adolescents, which often causes anxiety for parents regarding their children's development. The attitudes and behavior of children need to be shaped as early as possible so that their attitudes and behavior can be directed appropriately, especially concerning discipline in worship. The current issue among teenagers is that they often forget their obligation to worship. Therefore, the aim of this research is to build the attitude and sense of students at SMK Negeri 1 Klaten to be obedient and compliant in fulfilling their duties to Allah SWT. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through field observation and document analysis. The results of this study show that the implementation of the daily journal program (jurnal yaumiyah) at SMK Negeri 1 Klaten has achieved its target due to the emphasis on rules and consistency. This program can be considered successful as students enjoy performing their worship without coercion.

Abstract

Salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang fokus pada pelatihan SDM agar dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi saat ini adalah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Pendidikan kejuruan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan peserta didik agar siap terjun ke dunia industri dan lapangan kerja dengan kemampuan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keefektifan, kepraktisan, dan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan bahan ajar berupa modul ajar sistem otomasi instalasi penerangan listrik berbasis internet of things. Penelitian ini menerapkan desain penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dan lembar soal pretest-posttest. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji T, dan uji ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) dengan berbantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar memiliki tingkat validasi sebesar 85%, ahli materi sebesar 84,1%, dan soal pretest-posttest sebesar 83,3%. Data pada penelitian ini berdistribusi normal (ρ = 0,200). Data pretest-posttest pada penelitian berdistribusi sama/homogen (ρ = 0,997). Terdapat pengaruh terhadap perbedaan perlakuan pada masing-masing variabel (ρ = 0,000). Terdapat perbedaan antar sampel dalam penelitian (ρ = 0,000). Hasil Rating keefektifan modul ajar sebesar 84,4%. ). Hasil Rating kepraktisan modul ajar sebesar 84,4%. Hasil belajar ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik peserta didik mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pentingnya bahan ajar yang menarik untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran dan pemanfaatannya sebagai alat pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa platform media sosial seperti Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, dan WhatsApp digunakan secara efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran PAI. WhatsApp digunakan untuk komunikasi dan diskusi antara guru dan siswa, Instagram untuk materi visual, YouTube untuk video ceramah, dan Telegram untuk distribusi materi tambahan dan tugas. Sebagian besar siswa merasa lebih tertarik dan mudah memahami materi melalui media sosial, yang mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan fleksibel. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan perangkat, serta distraksi dari konten yang tidak relevan. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan yang bijaksana dan fasilitas yang memadai sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pembelajaran PAI. Secara keseluruhan, meskipun ada kendala, pemanfaatan media sosial terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan mendukung pembelajaran PAI di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta, asalkan dilakukan dengan pengelolaan yang tepat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna memperkuat kemampuan santri dalam membaca Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ibanah Purwantoro dengan menggunakan metode Yanbu'a dan Living Qur'an. Metode Yanbu'a, yang mengutamakan pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur'an secara sistematis dan berurutan, dipadukan dengan pendekatan Living Qur'an yang menekankan pengetahuan dan penerapan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk melihat peningkatan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemahiran santri dalam membaca Al-Qur’an bervariasi berdasarkan tingkat pengalaman, usia, dan intensitas latihan, dengan pondok pesantren menerapkan berbagai program pembelajaran seperti halaqah, pembelajaran tajwid, dan metode Yanbu’a yang terbukti efektif. Metode Yanbu’a memadukan pembelajaran individual dan klasikal melalui tahapan pengenalan huruf, pembacaan berulang, dan evaluasi rutin, sementara penerapan Living Qur’an sebagai pendekatan holistik didukung oleh kegiatan rutin seperti pengajian, murajaah, manzilan, dan pembacaan surat Al-Kahfi, yang terintegrasi dengan pembelajaran akhlak, etika, dan nilai-nilai kehidupan. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi komitmen pengurus pesantren, motivasi santri, serta lingkungan yang mendorong interaksi aktif dengan Al-Qur’an, meskipun tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman terhadap konsep Living Qur’an, keterbatasan waktu, dan resistensi terhadap pendekatan baru tetap ada. Dengan perencanaan strategis dan pengelolaan hambatan secara efektif, metode Yanbu’a dan Living Qur’an dapat diintegrasikan untuk mencetak generasi santri yang mahir lebih dari sekadar membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur’an, melainkan juga memahami serta menerapkan nilai-nilainya selama aktivitas sehari-hari. Studi ini menyatakan bahwa kombinasi kedua metode tersebut mampu mendukung memperbaiki kecakapan dalam membaca kitab suci Al-Qur'an di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ibanah Purwantoro.

Abstract

Education is carried out not only through the delivery of lesson materials and the completion of assignments in the classroom, but also through projects outside the classroom, in order to foster students' abilities and the growth of life experiences within the community. Entrepreneurship education becomes an attractive option for providing valuable experiences for students. This research explores the development of Islamic personal character through entrepreneurship education at SD Islamic Center Samarinda. Using a descriptive qualitative method involving observations, interviews, and documentation, the study finds that entrepreneurship activities, specifically through the "Market Day" event, cultivate entrepreneurial spirit and Islamic values among elementary students. The findings reveal that Market Day activities instill essential traits such as responsibility (Mas'uliyyah), honesty (Sidq), hard work, and perseverance. Students are taught to apply Islamic principles in trade, such as fair pricing, truthfulness in product descriptions, and maintaining ethical conduct. The integration of entrepreneurship education with Islamic character development offers a holistic approach, preparing students not only with basic economic skills but also with strong Islamic morals. This study suggests that entrepreneurship education from an early age can effectively shape students' independence, creativity, and Islamic identity.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education in coastal regions, such as the Biduk-Biduk Sub-district of Berau Regency, presents multifaceted challenges, particularly in enhancing teacher performance. This study was driven by preliminary indications of limited use of the Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), insufficient academic supervision, and low levels of teacher job satisfaction. Employing a quantitative research design with a survey method, the study targeted 133 public elementary school teachers, from which 101 respondents were selected through proportional random sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression revealed that the utilization of PMM, academic supervision, and job satisfaction each had a significant positive impact on teacher performance. These findings underscore the strategic importance of integrating digital learning platforms, strengthening academic supervisory mechanisms, and fostering a supportive work environment to enhance teacher effectiveness. The study provides valuable insights for policymakers and education stakeholders aiming to improve educational quality in underdeveloped and geographically challenged coastal areas.

Abstract

Education is a basic right for all students, including students with special needs (PDBK). Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a learning design that can design learning so that learning can be felt by all students. In this study, the method used was an experimental method with a control group and an experimental group. Where the experimental group received learning using UDL while the control group used conventional methods. Three-factor analysis of variance with repeated measurements was used to evaluate the differences between pretest and posttest in developing lesson plans that were accessible to all students. The results showed that the implementation of UDL significantly improved learning outcomes for students in inclusive classes. In conclusion, the implementation of UDL can improve learning outcomes for students in inclusive classes, although further training is needed for teachers to optimize the implementation of UDL and cooperation from various parties is needed to be able to create an appropriate educational climate for students with special needs.

Abstract

Implementation of the Independent Curriculum set by the government raises a number of challenges in the field, especially those related to teacher and school readiness. This curriculum demands a comprehensive understanding from educators and school officials, especially at the elementary school level. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection through observation, interviews and document analysis. The data analysis process includes stages of reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the readiness of teachers in Padangsidimpuan City public elementary schools in implementing the Independent Curriculum is at a fairly good level. This is reflected in the teacher's ability to understand the main components of the curriculum, including lesson planning, implementation of the teaching and learning process, and learning assessment. Teachers also demonstrate adequate understanding of learning tools, such as legal foundations, learning objectives, media, learning models, and supporting facilities and infrastructure. This readiness is supported by teachers' active participation in various professional development programs, such as training through the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), seminars, webinars, workshops and In House Training (IHT). Apart from that, teachers are able to develop open learning modules, implement differentiated learning in class, and carry out evaluations according to the Independent Curriculum guidelines.

Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan dalam dua ranah peran guru perempuan akan menambah beban pikiran yang berujung pada munculnya konflik peran ganda. Siklus peran ganda yang berulang memberikan perasaan kejenuhan bagi guru perempuan, terlebih bagi guru perempuan yang memiliki beban tanggungan anak dan yang harus mengerjakan sendiri pekerjaan rumah tangganya. Perasaan kejenuhan ini disebut dengan “Burnout Syndrome”. Variasi tekanan yang dialami guru perempuan menumbuhkan sikap Hardiness atau kekuatan dalam dalam diri.Melalui latar belakang tersebut pnelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan burnout sydrome terhadap kinerja guru perempuan baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung dengan hardines sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei eksplanasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data yang diperoleh melalui kusioner akan dianalisa menggunakan rumus statistik untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diuraikan. Tempat penelitian dilakukan pada SMA Negeri di Kawasan pesisir Kabupaten Berau. Pupulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru perempuan yang mengajar di SMA Negeri di Pesisir Kabupaten Berau yang terdiri dari 9 sekolah berjumlah 143 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan metode Proportionate Random Sampling dan diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Solvin dengan hasil berjumlah 105 Guru perempuan. Alat bantu analisis data menggunakan SPSS dan Kalkulator Sobel untuk menguji variabel intervening. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil konflik peran ganda memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai sig. -0,272 dan Burnout Syndrome juga memberikan pengaruh negatif dengan nilai sig.-0,238. Pada pengaruh tidak langsung yang di uji dengan kalkulator sobel didapatkan hasil bahwa hardines mampu memediasi pengaruh Konflik peran ganda dan Burnout Syndrome terhadap kinerja Guru. Abstract

In Kutai Kartanegara, the Youth Entrepreneurship Clinic Program (WPM) which has been running since 2019 has succeeded in producing many successful young entrepreneurs. However, participants in this program face many obstacles such as low interest in entrepreneurship due to lack of training, lack of family support, and low motivation. Apart from that, there is also a research gap which shows that training and motivation have no effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship training, family environment, and motivation on youth entrepreneurship interest in the WPM program using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS 25. From a population of 118 training participants, a sample of 54 people was taken using the Slovin technique and proportional random sampling. The research results show that: 1) Entrepreneurship training does not have a significant effect on youth entrepreneurship interest. 2) The family environment does not have a significant effect on youth entrepreneurship interest. 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on youth entrepreneurship interest. 4) Entrepreneurship training, family environment and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on youth's entrepreneurial interest.
