Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Abstract

Abstract

This study will reveal how the review of maqashid al-syariah in the implementation of Halal Product Guarantee after the enactment of Law No. 33 of 2014 on Halal Product Guarantee in Indonesia? Before the enactment of Law No. 33 of 2014 on Halal Product Guarantee, the implementation and implementation of Halal Product Guarantee is managed by LPPOM MUI. There are many problems when the implementation of halal product guarantee is still managed by private institutions. Therefore, the government finally issued Law No. 33 of 2014 on Halal Product Guarantee. The two objectives contained in Law No. 33 of 2014 on the guarantee of halal products, are important components that must be realized in human life, so that human life will be regarded as an optimal life. The sense of comfort, safety, safety and certainty of halal products circulating around Indonesia is important (dharuri) in the life of Muslims in Indonesia, so it must be realized, one of them only through the enactment of Law No. 33 of 2014 on the guarantee of halal products. From the analysis that has been conducted this study concludes that the implementation of the guarantee of halal products after the issuance of Law No. 33 of 2014 on the guarantee of halal products is the responsibility of the institution called the Halal Product Security Management Agency (BPJPH), which is under the auspices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs . In the perspective of maqashid al-shariah, first, UU JPH can provide comfort, safety, safety, and certainty of Halal Product availability for public purpose of guarantee implementation to improve halal product. Second, UU JPH can add value for business actors to produce and sell Halal Products.

Abstract

In life, everyone will always be faced with the situation to understand everything that exists and is found in his life, whether it is text or context. Therefore a variety of theories and methods were born to understand them. Hermenutics is one of the many theories and methods to uncover meaning, so it can be said that hermeneutics has the main responsibility in uncovering and displaying the meaning behind the symbols that become the object. Wilhelm Dilthey is a philosopher who is famous for his philosophy of life, which states that life is a series of human experiences that became the history of his life which is widely and comprehensively understood. In his hermeneutic project, Dilthey provides a new definition of experience (erlebnis), meaning (ausdruck) and understanding (verstehen). He himself relies on art as a hermeneutic object. With the historical method, Dilthey tries to provide a new understanding in interpreting a series of human experiences whether it be in the form of text, biography and so on. Dilthey is a philosopher who was very inspired by the previous philosopher, Schleirmacher. But Dilthey added history in his epistemology. Dilthey considers that text is a symbol, not a word meaning. So to understand a symbol, the interpreter must go to history, in other words must be part of history itself. Wilhem Dilthey's thought in his hermeneutics was to formulate a unique methodology in Geisteswissenschaften (human science) considering he believed that the Naturensensaftan (nature science) method was not appropriate for human science. Sometimes Geistenwissenscaften also uses Naturwissenschaften objects, but the context of the relationship is different. Dilthey sees that verstehen (understanding) is a method for human science where it is clearly a method for nature science. With human expression using a purely intellectual process. Whereas with verstehen, humans use cooperation in all their mind abilities in the activity of understanding and understanding.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract, the success of the learning process can’t be separated from the ability of teachers to develop learning models oriented to build effective intensity of student involvement in the learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to have a method or approach to learning. In this case, one approach to learning t is Holistic. This holistic have been applied in al-Izzah high school Batu, this school has a learning model that is comprehensive (holistic) and train the learners more active to improve the diversity of learners through Islamic education in shaping meta-cognition that lead learners achieve learning objectives. To prove this, it is necessary to study further the research study, for which researchers interested in conducting research on the holistic learning model in the subject of PAI. In this study, there are three objectives are: 1) Assess the holistic approach to learning on the PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah Batu. 2) Assess the holistic learning strategies on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah Batu. 3) Assess the holistic learning method on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah Batu. 4) Assess evaluation in holistic learning on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah Batu. This research is qualitative research, case study method. al-Izzah senior high school selected as the research object because it has implemented Holistic as a model, especially in PAI learning, learning combines Islamic spiritual and intellectual development of students. Data obtained by interview), observations and documents. Data analysis using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification. There are four results are: (1) a holistic approach to learning on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah leads student in centered teaching; (2) a holistic learning strategies on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah lead to active learning; (3) holistic learning method on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah used the lecture method, discussion, question and answer, assignment and others; and (4) evaluation of learning in high school holistic al-Izzah based daily tests, repeat monthly, midterms, final exams, student behavior in schools, dormitories and houses.

Abstract: As a national consensus, Pancasila is an open and dynamic view of Indonesian life. The nature of the openness of Pancasila can be seen in the content of Pancasila which is a combination of diverse Indonesian values and universal values. The universality of Pancasila can be seen in the spirit of Godhead, humanity, justice, civilization, Indonesia (Indonesian unity), the spirit of mutual cooperation and social justice. Understanding the important function of Pancasila, it is necessary to revitalize the meaning, role and position of Pancasila for Indonesia's future as a modern state. The need for Pancasila revitalization is based on the belief that Pancasila is the most appropriate national node for a pluralistic Indonesia. One way to preserve the Pancasila paradigm is the rejuvenation (rejuvenation of the paradigm). Pancasila can be started by making Pancasila a public discourse. Thus, at the same time reassessment can be made on the meaning of Pancasila so far, to later produce new thoughts and meanings. Abstract

Abstarct. The phenomenon of the Aksi Bela Islam (ABI) shows a strong solidarity among the people. Hundreds of thousands and even millions of Muslims simultaneously went to Jakarta to demonstrate with the aim of reducing and imprisoning Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok). Borrowing the term Vedi R. Hadiz, the ABI movement can be regarded as a populist Islamic movement. This paper shows that the emergence of a populist Islamic movement became a new landscape to see Indonesian Muslims. By using position warfare, the ABI movement won its victory. Therefore, to see Indonesian Muslims as a reference not only from the Nahdlatul Ulama or Muhammadiyah organizations but also from populist Islam born from the ABI.

Abstract

Abstract: The concept offered by Muhammad Natsir is an integral, humanist and universal educational concept. Natsir strongly opposed the practice of dichotomy in education. For him, education in education will cause a lack of knowledge about the students. The first knowledge that must be taught to students is the science of Tawheed. This knowledge is very important, considering the introduction of students to servants must be introduced during childhood. By itself, when children are familiar with their Lord, they will easily run what they are told and know what is forbidden. The second material that must be introduced to students is language material. With this material, students will be trained in procedures that speak polite and flexible language. In addition, education will be considered advanced, if the education has a quality teacher, professional and authoritative. So, it takes a variety of ways to polish the teacher to become a teacher who is truly a teacher. This concept of Muhammad Natsir may be able to answer various problems experienced by the world of education today, considering that education today often occurs unwanted problems occur.
