Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. Abstract

Abstract, Thematic learning is learning that uses themes. One theme for several subjects. In this 2013 curriculum integrated thematic learning is designed. It means theme-based learning with several subjects in it. Student books and teacher books are currently one social studies subject with PPKn at the Primary School level. Learning that applies the 2013 curriculum teachers are required to be more active and creative. Teachers who only apply one strategy and one method are not enough. Especially thematic which intersects with PPKn, IPS, and Indonesian Language material, sometimes still traditional, such as lectures, memorization, and assignments, summarizes and only works on problems. With this, children are not invited to interact in two directions, let alone find their own concepts (inquiry). This kind of learning will affect the motivation and student learning outcomes. From the data on the initial learning outcomes of VIA grade students at SDIT Al-Uswah Tuban, the students' completeness score was only 61% and the class average was 74.65 even though the class was declared to have been completed if it received 85%. The existence of such problems, the authors find a drug or formulation in the form of a strategy, this strategy is SPBAS or learning strategies that are activity oriented students using group discussion methods. Research on the application of SPBAS with group discussion methods in improving student learning outcomes at Theme 8 (My Earth) class 6A SDIT Al Uswah Tuban is focused on two issues. First "Does the application of SPBAS with group discussion methods help to improve student learning outcomes in theme 8 (my earth) sub-theme 1 (difference in time and influence) of the VIA SDIT Al Uswah Tuban class? and second "Is the application of SPBAS with group discussion methods able to increase motivation and learning activities of VIA SDIT Al Uswah Tuban class students?" This study aims to determine the success of SPBAS implementation on theme 8 (my earth) sub-theme 1-time difference and influence and to know motivation and student activities in thematic learning theme 8 sub-theme 1. This research is classroom action research with interview instruments, observations, tests, and questionnaires. Interviews were carried out before the study was conducted. Observations were made to find out the validation of the interview results. Tests are given to students with two cycles, namely when completing learning cycle I and cycle II. While the questionnaire was given at the end of learning on theme 8 of sub-theme 1 with the application of SPBAS with group discussion methods. The result, the average grade of students in cycle 1 was 74.65 and the completeness of the class 61% while in the second cycle indigo the class average was 85.83 and the completeness of the class was 87% and students were sufficiently motivated to be active in the learning process. The authors concluded that the application of SPBAS with group discussion methods greatly helped improve student learning outcomes in learning theme 8 (my earth) sub-theme 1 (time difference and influence). As with the Chinese proverb "I hear then I forget, I see then I know, I do then I understand". The author suggests classroom teachers to apply SPBAS with group discussion methods in each classroom learning. Keywords: SPBAS with Group Discussion Method and Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract. In Indonesia, the problem of inheritance is a problem that is immediately confused with the concept of muamalah and social activities that require a lot of attention along with the times. This relates to the existence and preservation of Islamic law in Indonesia, especially in the area of inheritance law. The existence of three positive legal concepts that are equally accepted as sources of law in Indonesia, namely European law, customary law and Islamic law, do not make Islamic legal values more or less eroded by two other laws, at least able to become the main law for the people Islam and for those who follow the principle of Islamic personality. In this journal, we will discuss several definitions of inheritance from the three sources of law, then what is the nature of inheritance law itself, which the writer can summarize into several parts, including two main concepts that greatly affect the distribution of inheritance, namely the existence of patrilineal and bilateral concepts. Therefore, it is important to review the distribution of this inheritance from a variety of perspectives and certainly against the background of the thoughts of figures such as Munawwir Syadzali and Hazairin and the concept of inheritance of the Arab nation. The difference in concept includes how receptie theory which is seen as contradictory to the Constitution and Pancasila and even the Qur'an and As-Sunnah will be discussed through several approaches including historical approaches, fiqh and maslahah mursalah. It is intended that Islamic law will continue to be accepted, applied and even become a basic reference for law enforcement agencies such as the Religious Courts as stipulated in legal considerations so as to produce a rule of law which is based on the principles of benefit and justice. The actualization of inheritance law in Indonesia is indeed very much needed for the existence of Islamic inheritance law itself. Abstract

Abstract, The Banu Abbasids were the second Caliphate in power in Baghdad for more than five centuries (132H / 750 AD to 656H / 1258 AD) after conquering the Banu Umayyah Caliphate. During the five centuries of rule the Banu Abbasid caliphate reached its heyday in the field of science, both general and religious knowledge. The pattern of government adopted by Banu Abbasiyah is divided into five periods based on political, social and cultural changes. In the first and third periods of the Banu Abbasid government the Persian culture was strongly influenced and in this period it emphasized the fostering of Islamic civilization and culture rather than the expansion of territory. In the second and fourth periods influenced by Turkish culture which is very dominant in politics and government. Whereas the fifth period was marked by the entry of the Seljuks into Baghdad until the fall of Baghdad to the Mongols. Keywords: Periodization, Government, Banu Abbasiyah

Abstract

Abstract, Risk is the possibility of an undesirable occurrence, which can cause losses if it is not anticipated or managed properly. While risk management is a series of methodologies and procedures used to identify, measure, monitor and control risks arising from all bank business activities. Risk management of Islamic banks has a different character from conventional banks, mainly because of the types of types of risks that are inherent only in bank that operates in sharia ways. Abstract

Abstract, The dynamics of social reality, always gives rise to tensions which in the end not only creates challenges for Muslims (who care about the position of Islam vis-à-vis) in their social cultural reality, but also can create intellectual and social conflicts between Muslims whole. The progress of modern science and technology entered the Islamic world, which in Islamic history was seen as the beginning of the modern period. In this context, Islamic renewal has a logical consequence on critically reviewing and examining the existing Islamic understanding, both in the fields of culture and aqeedah, including Islamic education. Therefore, the idea of the Islamic thought reconstruction program also has its roots in the idea of the modernism of thought and Islamic institutions as a whole. In other words, the reconstruction of Islamic thought cannot be separated from the rise of Islamic modernism's ideas and programs. The presence of muhammad abduh in his thoughts is inseparable from the socio-historical that surrounds him. Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan karakter telah menjadi bagian penting dari sistem pendidikan nasional karena pendidikan karakter telah diposisikan menjadi salah satu langkah untuk menyembuhkan penyakit sosial. Untuk itulah, pendidikan karakter menjadi penting untuk dipelajari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian literature (pustaka) dengan mengumpulkan data-data dari buku, artikel dan jurnal. Data penelitian yang terkumpul dideskripsikan secara mendetail untuk kemudian dianasisis. Dan yang menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang feneomena karakter masyarakat Indonesia yang sudah mulai rapuh. Untuk menjawab fenomena moral bangsa yang semakin merosot baik itu dalam ranah keluarga maupun publik, maka sebagai bahan perbandingan penting kiranya melihat kembali terhadap pendidikan karakter yang diajarkan oleh Luqman al-Hakim terhadap anaknya. Abstract

Abstract, in response to the emergence of revolution industry 4.0 in education, there have been lots of innovations in teaching in the field of education, especially in teaching of Arabic. This research was conducted to actively answer to this phenomenon. This article focuses on innovation aspect of the method used in teaching of Arabic morphology or what traditionally so called ilm sharf. Many learners of Arabic still have perception that learning Arabic is challenging and difficult. As a result, an innovative method has been developed to help learners in teaching Tashrif Lughawi using finger gymnastic method. This study demonstrated that the adaptation of the method into classroom learning and teaching can attract students’ attention to learn Arabic. The implementation in using the finger gymnastic also revealed that this method enables learners to understand and memorise easily and quickly the Arabic words paradigm. Abstract

Abstract: This article describes the change in attitude of former terrorists in Lamongan from the causes of being interested in being terrorists to returning from terrorists to individuals who have moderate attitudes. From the results of the study it can be explained that what causes the terrorists to be attracted to terrorism is influenced by friends, family, and people who are identified. His interest is because information that is under by friends, family, and people who characterize is attractive to potential terrorists or individuals who return from terrorists to be moderate. Information that turns individuals into terrorists, including, there is injustice in the hemisphere between Western countries and Muslims, there is a jih kewajiband obligation (fighting with weapons) to groups or people who harm Muslims. "Isy karȋman aw mut shahȋdan" (noble life or death shahid) is a choice. If you are unable to live, then Shahid dies. Such information is always echoed which leads individuals to become involved in becoming terrorists. Likewise terrorist individuals experience change to be moderate, because it is influenced by information, including the presence of victims or other parties who are harmed due to individual acts of terrorists. In addition, the basic human nature of wanting to be safe, comfortable, and peaceful is the reason for individual terrorists to change their attitude to be moderate. Abstract

Abstract, the study of Asbabun Nuzul as seen by some scholars is very important to be used in interpreting the texts of the Qur'an. Mufassir scholars never separated from a historical text of the Koran. However, the use of the asbabun nuzul qur'an theory of classical clerics often only looks at the context of the fall of the verse so that among some contemporary thought try to reconstruct the asbabun nuzul qur'an theory in this present era. Specifically, interpreting the text of the Qur'an through its history by looking at several structures namely, First, Seeing asbabun nuzul qur'an macro. Second, see the asbabun nuzul qur‟an micron in determining the true values of the Qur'an. The approach used in this paper is the literature study approach to find various concepts of Asbabun Nuuz theory through books, journals, and so on. The conclusion is that the asbabun nuzul al-Qur'an theory basically does not only refer to the historical context of the fall of verses in earlier times, but is contextualized with the relation between macro and micro to find meaning and values in the substance of the text of the verse. Abstract

Abstract, this work is based on the results of field research which is motivated by interpersonal conflicts of converts. Interpersonal conflict between converts with family and friends caused by disagreement with the decision to convert to Islam. Researcher's interest lies in the process of resolving interpersonal conflicts withfamily and friends. The way for converts to resolve conflicts is through negotiation and mediation with the help of those closest to us and from the Yogyakarta Center for Mualaf advocacy team. This study uses a social psychology approach and Lewis R. Rambo's conversion theory model, Simon Fisher's conflict stage analysis, and conflict resolution. Researchers used the life history method to reveal the experience of religious converts and hidden information based on the life history of converts relating to post-conversion conflicts. Data collection includes participatory observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using data reduction procedures, data presentation and data verification using the triangulation method, and drawing conclusions. The results showed: 1) Sources of interpersonal conflict between converts with family and relatives from the previous religious environment in the form of conflict based on differences in personality, differences in cultural and religious values, different interests or needs in religion. The existence of negative prejudice and stereotypes accompanied by feelings of disappointment and frustration can resulting in discrimination and acts of violence. 2) How to resolve interpersonal conflicts of converts relate to the consequences of post-conversion. Converts try to understand the conversion made to parents and relatives from previous religious environments in order to avoid misperceptions. The consequences after the conversion are similar to the religious stability of the converts which is shown by using the principles in Islamic teology, namely tabayun through negotiation and mediation processes.
