Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. Abstract

Abstrak, Too many laws and regulations in Indonesia that regulate the right to care for the child's economy which sometimes lead to legal disharmony between one regulation and another. This research is a doctrinal research with a synchronization pattern of law that is normative approach and qualitative descriptive analysis. The research aims to reveal whether or not the rule of law is synchronized in Indonesia relating to the economic rights of the child in the family, especially with The Convention on The Rights of The Child. The results of this study reveals that the material contained in several laws in Indonesia is in line, both between the The Convention on The Rights of The Child and other regulations such as the magnitude of the material for the economic right of child care, and some are not vertically and horizontally in line between legislation such as the boundaries of economic maintenance children and parents are allowed to take the child's property. Abstract

Abstract: BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta in its operations carried out a separation between the al mal and bait at-tamwil bait so that the financial statements of the two are separated from each other. This separation is intended to prevent the mixing of the two funds, considering that in the Bait at Tamwil is a community fund that is not intended to generate profits. While bait at tamwil has a clear orientation, namely to benefit from transactions for products issued by BMT. In this case, this research views BMT as a profit-oriented business institution, so the analyzed financial statements are bait-tamwil financial statements. The financial statements analyzed are related to the liquidity and profitability of BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta. In facing business competition, every company or BMT needs to have good management skills to be able to continue to continue their business. One important thing that BMT needs to consider is the balance between liquidity and profitability. Therefore, author is interested in analyzing the development of the BMT Beringharjo financial performance. In this study, the discussion specializes in conditions of liquidity and profitability because these two factors are the main factors that financial analysts or customers want to know about. The purpose of this research is to explain how the development of Beringharjo BMT's liquidity and profitability over five years, from 2005 to 2009.This research is a field research. Data collection using interviews, observation and documentation or financial reports. Analysis of the data used is ratio analysis to determine liquidity and profitability conditions and trend analysis to determine the development of the two conditions for five years. The results showed that the liquidity condition of BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta is not in a good condition because on average each year the figure was too small at 61.09% below 71%, it is reinforced by the trend line that continued to decline. The average profitability ratio per year of total assets is 9.69%. A figure of that size according to PINBUK is a figure that is too low but it is due to its profitability ratio which tends to fluctuate so that the difference in the ratio rate every year is so striking. In general, the condition of profitability is predicted with an upward trend line (positive trend). The condition of the ratio of earnings to total capital in BMT Beringharjo shows symptoms of improving from year to year. This can be seen on the trend graph that continues to rise, and the estimated value is positive. The average total earnings ratio of capital is 55.77% per year. A ratio of that size is an excellent figure for profit as indicated by a score of 4, which is at the level> 25%. Keywords: liquidity, rentability, BMT Beringharjo

Abstract

Abstract, language has a central role in human life because of its function as a communication tool. Mastering a variety of languages can be said to have many advantages because humans can expand our access to the outside world, as well as update more external knowledge. That reason could be the one that underlies the phenomenon of bilingualism and multilingualism around us. So, parents begin to introduce foreign languages to their children early on, especially English. Educational Institutions ranging from kindergartens and elementary schools to even colleges teach students and students to the international language. Not infrequently, parents put their children into tutoring institutions so that children are able to begin to recognize and master foreign languages early on, others use them as a means of communication at home. However, it turns out there are pros and cons to the phenomenon of bilingualism and multilingualism among experts and also society in relation to language and cognitive development in children. The pros say that bilingual or multilingual children are better than monolingual ones, for example in mastering vocabulary, understanding other people's cultures so that they are more tolerant of differences, and have better test results on verbal tests. However, the contra party mentioned that there are losses experienced by bilingual or multilingual children, where the child's brain works very hard and has a high burden and has a slow ability to master language. This short article discusses the pros and cons that occurred based on the results of several studies conducted by experts. Abstract

Abstract, boredom of learning is a condition where a person feels very tired, tired, and bored when the teaching and learning process is ongoing. This saturation is caused by various things, so that it gives various effects. So researchers focus on the problem and formulate it as follows: What causes burnout learn to students, how the impact of boredom learningon students' learning interest in PAI subjects, how is the solution to overcome the boredom of learning at SMPN 2 Diwek. The results of this study are: 1). Causes of boredom at SMPN 2 Diwek Jombang: Different Character of Students, Classroom Arrangement, Parental Pressure. Number of School Demands. 2). The impact of burnouton learning interest of students in PAI subjects can be seen from the behavior of students as follows: a). Negative Impact: Behavior to Attract the Attention of Others, Play mobile phones, Nosy and annoying friends, etc. b). Positive Impact: Makes children more proficient in worship, Awaken the spirit of students. 3). Solution to overcome burnout learning is as follows: inviting students to practice, using a habituation approach, using the story method by combining reality with existing theories, learning outside the classroom. Abstract

Abstract, the thought of progressive education Abdurrahman Saleh Abdullah is inseparable from his academic turmoil because there has not been any work specifically devoted to education based on the Qur'an. Ontology education according to him is based on the existence of humans as caliphs on earth, so humans need education that has goals in accordance with the Qur'an which is seeking the pleasure of Allah. The educational objectives will not be achieved without the support of educational materials and methods. His educational thoughts cannot necessarily be applied to all societies in the world, because every community group in the world is different from the greaographic location and social conditions. Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to satisfaction response of student’s parents/guardians who join “Sekolah Orang Tua” (literally: Parent School) of Integrated Islamic Early Childhood Education Zaid Bin Tsabit Ambartawang, Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Sirojudin Ikhsan, Mungkid District, Magelang Regency, Indonesia to The Healthy and non-Additives food Making Course in the form of preservative-free banana nugget and sugar-free infused fruit water which is adjusted to local fruits. This satisfaction response can be measured using Service Quality (Servqual) method. The research results indicate that in Responsiveness and Empathy dimensions, no decrease is found between perception and expectation, hence they have positive (+) sign. It means the student’s parents/guardians show satisfaction response. For Tangibles, Reliability, and Assurance dimensions, decreases are found between perception and expectation, leading to them getting negative (-) signs. This dissatisfaction response shall be the benchmarks for instructors in the course to refine the dimensions and their supporting attributes such as: (1) content, (2) tools, materials and media, (3) venue of event, and (4) appropriate and effective duration of event. Abstract

Al-Quran is one of the names of a book that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, through the angel Gabriel written in the Manuscripts, and narrated mutmutually. It is said that one of the names means there are other names that must be investigated, and it is also necessary to find the root word of the Qur’an in order to have knowledge about the Qur’an as a holy book. Because the Koran is the Kalamullah revealed to the Prophet Muhammad through the Angel Gabriel, it is also necessary to examine how the Qur’an can finally be written and standardized as the Koran can be witnessed today. Rasm Uthmani is a form of writing or procedures for writing the Koran which is blessed or which has been established at the time of the caliph ‘Uthmān bin‘ Affān r.a. and the term rasm 'Uthmani was born at the same time as the birth of the Ottoman Manuscripts, the rasm has been a custom inherited by Muslims since the era of' Uthmān ra, and the maintenance of rasm 'Uthmani is a strong guarantee for safeguarding the Qur'an from changing and changing its letters, and if allowed to write according to the term imla'i every time it will cause changes in the writing of the Koran from time to time, even the rules of the Imla 'itself vary intendencies at the same time, and also vary in a few words between one country and another. On the other hand there are some opinions questioning the authenticity of the al-Quran manuscript, so that the term scripto plene (perfect manuscript) or official corpus such as al-Quran is formed today, was formed in the 3 H / 9 M, and other opinion is the Qur’an in the form of scriptio defectiva ( rudimentary manuscript). Abstract

In the level of children's intelligence is not the only thing that needs to be improved, but character education also needs to be instilled in the minds of everychild. This is because currently children live in the midst of the incessant use of technology and media. There are various ways or media that can be used to teach or implant character education in children, one of which is using storytelling. By telling a story to children, children will feel entertained, and indirectly the stories read convey noble values that will be embedded in the minds of students. Indonesia has enough folklore that can be used as material for storytelling. In addition, teachers can also choose a variety of stories from the prophets, scholars, and Muslim scholars to be known by children as well as children are able to take good character values for them. Abstract

Education is an inseparable part of human life. If we look at the agenda of universal problems faced by humans today, both the suppression of human rights, the phenomenon of violence, multicultural-religious and religious realities, narcotics abuse, unfair competition among students, poverty and especially backwardness, then the most interesting discourse for discussed is education. Education is what has always been and is always most responsible for developing it. On a national scale, approximately 27 million people in Indonesia are still wallowing in poverty, labor rights, farmers (mainly those with low education) have not been fully fulfilled, and human resources still require a lot of 'policies and means'. Abstract

Penelitian dalam artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara kualitati tentang bagaimana pelaksanaan supervise kepala madrasah, dalam supervise kepala madrasah, ada beberapa aspek yang perlu diperhatikan, yakni: program supervise yang disusun oleh kepala madrasah, prinsip supervisi yang diterapkan kepala madrasah, pendekatan yang digunakan oleh kepala madrasah dalam melakukan supervisi, evaluasi oleh kepala madrasah setelah melakukan supervise dan kepala madrasah melakukan tindak lanjut atas hasil dari supervisinya. dalam artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan bagimana proses supervise yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Dalam penulisan artikel ini, dapat menunjukkan peran serta kepala madrasah sebagai berikut : program supervisi yang terdiri dari sasaran, tujuan jadwal dan instrument yang dibuat oleh kepala madrasah, kepala madrasah harus kooperatif, humanis dan berseinambungan, serta prinsip kolaboratif. Kata Kunci : Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru
