Abstract

Air fryer is an electronic device used to cook food using air media. Frying without oil (air fryer system) has a procedure by utilizing the circulation of hot air from the heater and a mechanical fan which can reach approximately 200 degrees Celsius. This research aims is to determine the design model and the effectiveness of the design performance of an air fryer system using a microcontroller-based digital control. The results show the performance of the frying tool through the heating element and the max6675 sensor displayed on the LCD which is controlled by ESP 32. The frying of three foodstuffs, namely, sausage, nuggets, and potatoes is carried out by a heating element and the temperature is regulated via a thermostat using 100 degrees. It can be seen that the cooked results for sausages take 15 minutes, for nuggets it takes 18 minutes, and for potatoes it takes 22 minutes.

Abstract

E Along with the development of the Covid-19 pandemic, the need for oxygen is also increasing rapidly. More and more people are in need of oxygen cylinders, but the amount available is not enough to meet the needs of the winder community. Oxygen Concentrator is a device capable of up to 95% using Pressure Swing Adsroption (PSA) technology. The result of concentration made is 33,4% for syntetic zeolite, 30% for silica gel, natural zeolite 20%, and activited carbon by 26,7%.

Abstract

Technological developments are currently increasing rapidly, such as providing digital attendance monitoring facilities in the employee attendance process. The current research is the design of an attendance monitoring tool by utilizing the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Reader and Smartcard as identification for each employee. The application of technology in the development of attendance monitoring is very helpful to facilitate data collection of employees who have attended. Making this monitoring tool based on realtime can reduce employee delays in coming to and from work because they have their own smartcards that are used as attendance media. In this design research, this research is carried out based on IoT using phpmysqli with a website display that is made which consists of NodeMCU ESP 8266, RFID Module RC-522, LCD I2C 16x2, Buzzer and localhost as data storage in PhpMyAdmin.

Abstract

Audio system is a very trivial thing in society, even though the sound system is very important in any event, especially places of worship that we usually visit. This particular problem with the sound system needs to be addressed immediately, so that people can worship at the mosque properly, especially if there are lectures, sermons, and other religious guidance. Therefore, writers who have expertise in electronics took the initiative to deal with this particular problem. The activities are carried out by applying reliable appropriate technology based on automatic volume control for the mosque's sound system consisting of amplifiers (sound amplifiers), funnel speakers, column speakers, microphones, and others. After that, procurement of tools and materials is carried out then assembly and installation are carried out. All materials used have quality according to SNI standards. Thus, this community service activity is expected to have an impact on the formation of a prosperous and religious community in the hamlet. Tawun, Village. Balung Tawun, District. Sukodadi, Regency. Lamongan. In this research, an automatic device is designed in which the volume of loudness from an Arduino-based sound system counts the number of worshipers present at the mosque, so that sometimes the volume can be controlled with a digital potentiometer that is connected to a mixer or amplifier from the mosque.

Abstract

Smart Home technology has existed and developed for more than a decade. According to the Smart Home Association (smart home) the best definition of Smart Home is the integration of technology and services through a home network for a better quality of life. The main purpose of this article is to introduce children to smart home by making a miniature smart home using HMI Haiwell SCADA, Outseal PLC Arduino Mega and other components. This article uses SCADA, the RS 485 control protocol to create this miniature smart home. Previously, if the user wanted to control the equipment, he had to move near the wall and control the switch. This method is less comfortable for parents and people with special needs. A smart home that can be controlled and controlled remotely is an alternative solution. This miniature smart home uses solar panels as an energy source so when there is a blackout, this miniature can still be used.

Abstract

Currently, technology is progressing very rapidly in various fields. One area of ​​technology that is multiplying is the field of electronics. Everyone wants a comfortable and straightforward process in every activity. Indoor people counting is developing as a novelty in video surveillance. Generally, security monitoring systems use CCTV cameras. The use of cameras can be used for monitoring the number of people (people counter). The working principle of this tool is to detect objects in the room that are processed by the camera. The camera will then be processed using the CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) algorithm to detect and count the number of people in the room based on the images of people's faces and or heads. To detect images of people's faces and heads using selective search to obtain image regions which are then used as CNN input. In this case, the region is used to determine the possibility of object images. The results of the classification calculation of the number of people from the CNN method will later be forwarded to the GUI to process data using Visual Studio Code. From the processing of data from the GUI, then the data will be displayed on the monitor.

Abstract

This research raises the theme of implementing a 200 wp solar power plant in rural community residential homes as hybrid electricity. The aim of this research is to develop a PLTS system as a renewable energy source in community residential homes in order to reduce the community's dependence on sources of electrical energy generated from the process of using coal as fuel. The method used in this research is designed to adapt to the user's environment, the characteristics of use and the determination of PLTS components. The results of the design and application of PLTS 200 wp as hybrid electricity in residential homes for rural communities PLTS can be applied to meet the demand for electrical energy by 28% so as to reduce the burden on the use of electricity generated by PLN

Abstract

Theft in a place of worship is a crime by stealing things that are not privately owned but public property without permission and these activities are carried out from religious places such as mosques, churches and monasteries. The theft of charity box funds is an interesting topic for some people and the mosque manager personally in particular, considering that charity box funds are general funds intended for the renovation or purchase of mosque needs and the needs of religious events. By using a microcontroller as an auxiliary component to monitor valuables. This microcontroller control system can be used to secure charity box funds in any mosque equipped with a security feature based on Selenoid door locks that can only be opened by ESP 32-CAM and using a vibration sensor will detect shocks and a buzzer will sound. sounds like an alarm for Telegram to alert the Mosque management in the event of the forced destruction of the charity box. The camera system and security for charity boxes based on the internet of things and telegrams are expected to minimize the occurrence of acts of theft and increase security not only at places of worship but can also be used as storage places for valuables.

Abstract

A pico-hydro power plant (PLTPh) is a small-scale power generation system that utilizes the height difference and the amount of water discharge per second that exists in the water flow of irrigation canals, rivers and waterfalls. Uncertain natural and weather conditions at the PLTPh location, causing the water flow to become unstable and can overflow. Instability in the flow of water can also affect the performance of the generator, from the turbine and generator side. The voltage generated by the generator becomes unstable and can result in the effect of charging the battery which can damage the battery. In this study, a design and construction of a battery charging and monitoring system for PLTPh based on the Internet of Things (IoT) was created. This research aims to make battery charging and monitoring in real time using IoT technology integrated with the thinger.io website. The result of this study is a charging device (charger) with the non-inverting buck boost converter method. The charger can work properly by producing an output voltage according to the desired voltage set point for charging the battery, which is 14.6 volts. The sensors work fine. RPM (rotation) sensors, voltage sensors and current sensors work well with an error value difference of less than 5% during testing. The water flow sensor for measuring water discharge works well, the ultrasonic sensor works well with a 0% error value test. When the ultrasonic sensor detects the distance is less than the specified set point (10 cm), the buzzer sounds to alarm when the water overflows so that the generator does not sink. The charger relay and generator protection relay are working properly. The data read by the sensor can be displayed on the LCD and the thinger.io website.

Abstract

Batik is an illustrated Indonesian cloth that is specially made by writing or removing wax on the cloth and then processing it in a certain way which has its own characteristics. Batik is one of Indonesia's internationally recognized cultural heritages. Therefore, this raw material is in high demand in most local as well as international markets. It is very important to promote and offer this market in an effective and attractive way. Electronic marketing is the way companies communicate, market and sell products and services via the Internet. However, several batik factories in Indonesia have not implemented this optimally even though they have websites. Interaction with companies is still low, as evidenced by the number of customers who have visited in the last 4 months, around 3,000. They use the batik website only for sightseeing not for shopping. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the level of usability and responsiveness of batik websites in Sidoarjo City batik companies. In this study, a usability test and user experience method were used in which about 30 experienced sources participated. Descriptive statistical analysis was made to clarify the status of the website. The results of this study indicate the ease of use of this current batik standard website is not efficient, and unsatisfactory
