Triage is a clinical risk management system that is very important in helping patients in the Emergency Room. However, in the hospital there is frequent rotation or transfer of staff between units as well as promotions, so that sometimes competent and experienced nurses are replaced by other, less experienced nurses. The nurse's ability to carry out triage must also be maintained so that they are able to act properly according to the specified procedure. This study aims to determine the knowledge of Emergency unit nurses in conducting triage and to determine the effectiveness of the Australasian Triage Scale training in increasing the knowledge of emergency unit nurses in conducting triage. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a one group pre test post test design approach. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 29 nurses as respondents. The results showed that the average level of knowledge before training was 41.03 and after training was 94.14. Data analysis using the t-test obtained the t value (11.1493) > t-tab (2.048). There is a significant relationship between triage training and the level of knowledge of ED nurses in conducting triage. Triage training for nurses can become a hospital program to maintain the quality of nurses in providing services in the Emergency Unit.

Family support is a very important factor in the healing process of schizophrenia patients by supporting medication adherence so that the patient's recovery period can be maintained as long as possible. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence in schizophrenic patients at the Sangkanhurip Health Center. This research is a quantitative study with an analytic survey design and cross-sectional approach. The research sample were 39 schizophrenic patients that were recruited using a total sampling approach. The instruments used in this study were the medication adherence instrument, namely the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) and the family support instrument. The reliability of the family support questionnaire was 0.759 and medication adherence was 0.762. The data obtained from this study was analyzed using bivariate analysis, namely Chi-Square test. The research results showed that most of the respondents (59%) have low family support and most of the respondents (51.3%) have low medication adherence. There is a significant relationship between family support and medication adherence in schizophrenic patients at the Sangkanhurip Health Center (p-value=0.000). It is hoped that the family will gain knowledge about the benefits of being obedient in taking medication, particularly from health education using health education media from health professionals, so that it can reduce the occurrence of complications.

Hypertension is defined as a chronic increase in blood pressure. Hypertension is influenced by many factors, such as genetic, gender, age, obesity, salt consumption habits and stress factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the coping mechanisms, stress levels and the correlation between these two variables in patients with hypertension. The design used in this study was a correlation design with a cross sectional approach to a sample of 54 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was consecutive sampling. The research instruments used were the Jalowiec coping scale and the Depression anxiety stress scale (DASS) questionnaires, and then the data was analyzed using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that all respondents had adaptive coping mechanisms, and most respondents had normal stress levels, as many as 32 respondents (59.3%). Based on the data analysis results, it is known that the correlation coefficient value is -0.572 p value 0.000 <0.005, which means that there is a strong relationship between coping mechanisms and stress levels in hypertension sufferers in Jember Regency. Adaptive coping mechanism can reduce stress levels for people with hypertension. Education about the application of adaptive coping to control stress can be developed into a nursing intervention method for people with hypertension in health facilities, in order to support the treatment process. Future research is expected to develop research with other variables such as the influence of personality, beliefs and self-concept.

Stunting is a condition that the toddlers fail to grow as a result of persistent malnutrition, causing them to become too small for their age. Stunting is a nutritional problem that impacts children's health and can even be fatal globally, not only in Indonesia. Researchers can discover the risk factors of stunting both in Indonesia and throughout the world by doing a literature study. In order to reduce the incidence of stunting in children and provide information about stunting management, this study will investigate the variables that lead to stunting in children. A literature study was conducted using a scientific article search engine to find and examine several studies about stunting in children. Several of the risk variables for stunting in children include anemia during pregnancy, a history of chronic disease while pregnant, a pregnant patient's BMI, and antenatal care history. Future health and cognitive development of children can be influenced by stunting. The findings of this study are supposed to spur more study on childhood stunting.

Disasters such as floods, landslides, earthquakes, and so on can cause health problems including injuries and skin disorders such as open or closed wounds to skin infections. The Manado City Government had made efforts to deal with floods and landslides through BNPB, one of which was by evacuating residents from areas prone to flooding and landslides. This study aimed to determine the factors that cause injuries in the floods and landslides that occurred in January-February 2021 in Manado City. This study was a quantitative descriptive study with non-probability sampling technique, with a total of 44 respondents. The inclusion criteria were Manado City residents and had injuries or wound due to floods or landslides. Exclusion criteria was residents who already had injuries before the disaster. The result of this study were: most respondents were in the early and late elderlies age group, were male, were inside of their houses when the disaster occurred. Most type of injuries occurred due to irritation of floodwater. It can be concluded that there was no significant relationship between age and location when the disaster occurred and the wound etiology and there was a significant relationship between gender, which was male, and wound etiology. It is recommended that residents in disaster-prone areas be given education about disaster preparedness to prevent injuries when a disaster occurred.

Nutritional status is a state of balance between the intake of nutrients in food and the body's needs. This nutritional status can be influenced by many factors, one of which is the child's diet. School-age children are one of the groups of children who are vulnerable to nutritional problems. The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of the respondents, and the relationship between children's eating patterns and the nutritional status of school-age children at MI Sa'adatudarain Limo. The method used in this research was quantitative study using Cross Sectional design with a sample of 79 respondents through Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data were collected directly by enumerators (nursing students and classroom teachers, as well as the research team) through the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) and anthropometric measurements. This study used univariate analysis to determine the distribution of frequencies and averages, and bivariate analysis using Chi Square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between children's eating patterns and the nutritional status (p-value=0.007) of school-age children at MI Sa'adatudarain Limo. Further research can be done to analyze other factors that can affect nutritional status by using a more complete method, for example the Mixed Method.
