Introduction : Dental and oral health education is an effort to influence someone to behave well and motivate them to maintain dental and oral health, as well as increase public awareness of the importance of dental and oral health and provide an understanding of ways to maintain dental and oral health. Objective : The purpose of this community service is to increase children's knowledge and understanding of dental and oral health, and to improve good and correct brushing habits for elementary school students. Method : the method used is the lecture and demonstration method, namely by playing while learning to use the help of the snake ladder educational game banner. Then take respondents from class 4 SDN 1 Gereba as many as 20 people and samples taken only 3 people, 30 minutes of playing time interspersed with questions and answers according to the questions already available in each column of snakes and ladders. The activities included the introduction of basic material on dental and oral health, then Health Education was carried out by 6 extension workers by playing and learning with the help of snakes and ladders educational media as well as material presentation which then did a role play on how to brush teeth properly and correctly. Result : Health education about teeth and mouth using lecture and demonstration methods with the help of the snake and ladder educational game banner media which was carried out on school-age children with 20 respondents and a sample of 3 people, the use of this media was effective in increasing children's dental and oral health knowledge.

Pendahuluan: PHBS di sekolah adalah usaha untuk memungkinkan para siswa, guru, dan komunitas sekolah untuk mengetahui dan mampu berlatih PHBS dan bermain peran aktif dalam menyadari sekolah yang sehat. kekurangan pengetahuan internal, dan kesadaran siswa telah menghalangi sukses PHBS di sekolah Tujuan: Tujuan layanan komunitas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, terutama sekitar sekolah. Metode: metode yang digunakan adalah metode demonstrasi, yaitu bermain game dengan ular dan tangga media. Kemudian mengambil responden dari kelas 3 MI Handapherang hingga 22 orang dan sampel mengambil hanya 5 orang, Hasil: aktivitas layanan komunitas ini adalah implementasi pendidikan kesehatan pada perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat melalui permainan ular dan tangga untuk anak-anak seusia sekolah dari 22 anak dengan 5 anak yang melakukan itu. Kesimpulan:. Pendahuluan: Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) adalah perilaku yang berkaitan dengan upaya seseorang untuk meningkatkan kesehatannya. PHBS di sekolah merupakan perilaku yang dilakukan oleh siswa, guru, dan masyarakat di lingkungan sekolah, sehingga dapat mencegah penyakit, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk menyampaikan materi PHBS kepada siswa dengan menarik minat adalah dengan media pembelajaran ular tangga yang dimodifikasi sehingga terdapat informasi terkait PHBS. Permainan ular tangga ini sederhana dan menyenangkan untuk dimainkan siswa, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif. Tujuan: Penggunaan media pembelajaran ular tangga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan stimulasi panca indera agar siswa memperoleh pemahaman dan membentuk kesadaran untuk melaksanakan PHBS di lingkungan sekolah. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah demonstrasi yaitu bermain game dengan media ular tangga. Mengambil responden dari siswa kelas 5 SDN 1 Benteng yang berjumlah 17 orang, dan mengambil 3 sampel untuk bermain ular tangga. Durasi pelaksanaan 30-40 menit, dan diselingi tanya jawab. Hasil: Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah terlaksananya pendidikan kesehatan tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) kepada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Benteng yang berjumlah 17 orang, sehingga siswa dapat menjawab soal yang diberikan, dan menerapkan PHBS di sekolah.Kesimpulan:Pendidikan kesehatan tentang PHBS ini dilaksanakan kepada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Benteng, yang bertujuan agar siswa mampu menjaga kebersihan tangan, terhindar dari berbagai penyakit, dan dapat menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan di sekolah.

Kegiatan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat melalui proses penyadaran dan kontribusi setiap individu dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari yang bersih dan sehat. Usia sekolah merupakan usia yang rentan terhadap berbagai penyakit, oleh karena itu pengawasan kesehatan dimulai dari anak usia sekolah pada jenjang PAUD, SD, SMP, dan SMA agar tercipta sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan mampu bersaing. Siswa sekolah pada umumnya, dan siswa SMP pada khususnya yang tinggal di asrama rentan terhadap penyakit akibat lingkungan yang tidak bersih dan pola hidup yang kurang baik yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pola hidup bersih dan sehat. menciptakan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di sekolah sebagai upaya memberdayakan siswa, guru, dan warga sekolah untuk mengetahui, menyadari dan mampu mengamalkan PHBS serta berperan aktif dalam mewujudkan sekolah sehat. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan yang dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab dan melakukan permainan edukasi ular tangga raksasa. Hasil: Penyuluhan kesehatan tentang PHBS dilaksanakan di MTs Al – Barkah Kecamatan Sadananya dengan diikuti 30 siswa kelas VII. Peserta dapat menyimak materi yang disampaikan pada awal pembukaan yaitu salam, menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan serta kontrak waktu. Selanjutnya menggali informasi tentang PHBS yang sudah diketahui atau belum oleh peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir 70% peserta merasa belum mendapatkan informasi tentang PHBS dari petugas kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Pendidikan Kesehatan pada Masyarakat “Gaya Hidup Bersih dan Sehat” telah dilaksanakan dan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh guru dan siswa di MTs Al – Barkah Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis. Siswa sangat antusias dengan kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini sangat penting khususnya bagi mahasiswa yang tinggal di asrama untuk menyadarkan mereka akan pentingnya menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Semoga materi penyuluhan ini dapat diterapkan dan dilaksanakan oleh siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Introduction: Childhood is often referred to as the golden period, where the growth obtained in this period greatly influences the development of the next period. Because this golden period only comes once to be used optimally. This period occurs in the middle ages of 6-12 years or commonly referred to as school age. School age is an important age in the growth and physical development of children. This period is also referred to as the critical period because at this time children begin to develop habits that tend to persist into adulthood. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the snake and ladder game as a medium of counseling on PHBS knowledge and its application in the daily lives of students at SDN 3 Muktisari Ciamis Regency. Method: The model used for community service is health education using the concept of play. In this counseling, participants are expected to be able to implement a comprehensive (comprehensive) strategy, especially in creating new behaviors, namely PHBS in schools. Result: Based on the results of pre and post assessment of the level of knowledge, counseling participants experienced an increase. This shows that the counseling on PHBS has a positive effect for the students of SDN 3 Muktisari. In line with research (Mulyadi, 2018) that there is a significant influence before and after being given health education on the level of knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior. Conclussion: The conclusion from the implementation of this community service was counseling about PHBS using the giant snake and ladder media, giving a positive effect on the students of SD Negeri 3 Muktisari. Introduction: The spread of disease is generally caused by a lack of knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). Clean and healthy living behavior is a health behavior that can be done consciously so that family members can help themselves in the health sector and can play an active role in health activities in the community. Washing hands with soap is one of the efforts to prevent and protect the body against infectious diseases. The traditional engklek game is one of the games played and favored by children. Objective: Applied in daily activities both within the family and at school to form clean and healthy living behavior in children. Method: The promotion of health research was used in the methods of phbs education and demonstration of Wash your hands using soap and running water and engklek games. This Health Promotion was carried out with 6 students located in ABA Kindergarten, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency with a total of 43 children as respondents and accompanied by the kindergarten teacher. Health Promotion This is carried out through 4 stages, namely 1) selection of targets and places, 2) preparation of suggestions and infrastructure, 3) implementation of activities, 4) evaluation. Result: implemented of health promotion for children in ABA Ciamis Kindergarten regarding Clean and Healthy Living Behavior about Washing hands with soap and running water produced significant results because previously the children in ABA Ciamis Kindergarten had implemented it so that it became a tradition that was often done and became a habit everyday Conclussion: Through the implementation of the activity "Counseling on How to Wash Hands with Soap at ABA Ciamis Kindergarten" it can be concluded that this activity can increase children's knowledge about the purpose of washing hands, benefits, washing hands, the impact of not washing hands, as well as steps for washing hands. use the right soap. Introduction: Hands are one of the most common parts of the body where germs and bacteria are transmitted into the body, not maintaining hand hygiene can cause health problems such as diarrhea, especially in school-age children. Hand washing 6 steps is one of the efforts to prevent contracting a disease. Objective: The purpose of this health education is as an effort to increase knowledge and familiarize PHBS in washing hands from an early age in school-age children. Method: The research method uses observational methods, questions and answers and educational games. Result: The implementation of 6-step handwashing health education for 30 grade 4 students of SDN 1 Linggasari to prevent the spread of disease and create healthy living habits from an early age became the result of this outreach activity. This community service aims to increase knowledge, understanding and be able to practice Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) –day. The method used is a lecture while playing with a group or group educational approach. The name of the game used is the squad game which consists of several posts. The first post is a game of snakes and ladders that has prepared questions and challenges. The second post is demonstrating 6 steps of washing hands with music modified with trending tiktok songs. The third post is a puzzle game that contains keywords about hand washing and hand hygiene. The last post is practicing hand washing with soap under running water and practicing nail care and hygiene. Rewards are given when completing missions and at the end of the game the best PHBS squad game participants are obtained. Background : Counseling on how to wash hands properly and correctly using soap is one of the Clean and Healthy Life Behaviors (PHBS). Childhood is a period full of physical activity. The number of activities carried out by children makes children also deal with dirt, sweat and of course germs. To minimize germs in these children's bodies, it is necessary to teach them how to wash their hands properly. Children in ABA Kindergarten do not yet know and do not understand how to wash their hands properly. This is the reason that drives us to promote proper hand washing in ABA Kindergarten. Objective: To increase the knowledge of ABA Kindergarten children about how to wash their hands properly and correctly using soap and water. Methods: This research was conducted by means of lectures followed by demonstrations as well as the practice of washing hands and playing games using a spinner. Results: Providing counseling on how to wash hands in orphanages can increase knowledge and skills in dealing with clean and healthy living. Introduction: Instilling awareness to maintain a clean environment can be instilled from an early age. The application or delivery of health promotion can use game media because students can more easily understand, not experience boredom in delivering the material. Health education media that can be applied to school children are like the snake and ladder game. Objective: To implement snake and ladder games on increasing students' knowledge in disposing of waste. Method: Health promotion research is used in PHBS education methods and demonstrations of disposing of waste according to its type with game media in the form of snakes and ladders. This Health Promotion was carried out with 8 students who were at SDN 3 Linggasari, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency with a total of 25 children as respondents and accompanied by a homeroom teacher. Health Promotion is carried out through 4 stages, namely 1) selection of targets and places, 2) preparation of facilities and infrastructure, 3) implementation of activities, 4) evaluation. Result: The implementation of health promotion for students of SDN 3 Linggasari Ciamis on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior about Disposing of garbage according to its type produced less significant results because previously students of SDN 3 Linggasari Ciamis rarely applied it so that there were still students who could not distinguish between organic and non-organic types of waste, and dispose of waste improperly. Conclusion: This activity can increase children's knowledge about the purpose of disposing of waste, the benefits of disposing of waste in its place, the positive and negative impacts of throwing garbage in its place, as well as steps for disposing of waste correctly. In its implementation in the field, teachers and children at SDN 3 Linggasari Ciamis gave a positive response and high enthusiasm in participating in counseling and simulations of disposing of waste according to its type.
