Abstract

This research examines the role of DPS in mediating ISR disclosure and the quality of financial reports on the reputation of sharia banking in Indonesia. The type of research used is associative with a quantitative approach. This research used a purposive sampling technique, where from the criteria results, 45 observations of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia were obtained for 5 years. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression with the Eviews 12 application. The research results show that ISR disclosure and the quality of financial reports have no effect on the reputation of sharia banking. Meanwhile, the number of DPS influences the reputation of sharia banking. This research also found that the role of DPS was unable to mediate the relationship between ISR disclosure and the quality of financial reports on the reputation of sharia banking.

Abstract

This study examines Green Sukuk in Indonesia through a postmodern analysis approach, focusing on sustainability in Islamic finance. Utilizing a literature review method, this research gathers and analyzes relevant academic sources to understand how Green Sukuk has been integrated into the framework of Islamic finance and how it contributes to environmental sustainability goals. This study critiques traditional views and meta-narratives in conventional finance and explores how Green Sukuk reflects the sustainability values embedded in the culture and financial practices in Indonesia. The analysis shows that Green Sukuk represents a unique synthesis between Sharia principles and sustainability aspirations, offering a new perspective in both global and local financial discourse. Through a postmodern lens, this research highlights the importance of cultural and religious contexts in the interpretation and implementation of sustainable finance, and provides recommendations for further research that can deepen this integration. In a global financial framework that increasingly emphasizes sustainability issues, Green Sukuk has emerged as a significant innovation in Islamic finance that links Islamic investment principles with the urgent needs of sustainable development.

Abstract

A construction project is a complex and exciting process, starting from planning and design, through to implementation and finishing. The process of building a construction project always has risks at every stage of its implementation. To prevent and minimize risks that could cause work accidents and losses on the project, it is necessary to carry out a work accident risk analysis on the project. This research carried out a work accident risk analysis on the Joint Lecture Building and FISIP Laboratory Phase 2 UPN "Veteran" East Java Construction Project using the FMEA method. The aim is to identify the risks of work accidents that could occur in building construction projects and to determine the severity level, incidence rate, detection level, and risk priority number (RPN) in these projects. The results of the research show that the risk of work accidents with the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value occurs in foundation structure work with the risk of workers being injured by these materials with RPN value of 174,857.14. Work on strengthening foundation structures with the highest RPN values requires the greatest attention and risk control measures.

Abstract

The welding process on the AM65511000 type radiator product at PT TRSS in the Curug area is a heavy job that is still done manually. Improper posture and repeated acceptance of static loads for a long period can result in operator fatigue, thereby reducing productivity. The analysis was carried out using Pareto diagrams and fishbone diagrams. Ergonomics analysis with the REBA method is one method to evaluate the overall posture and work attitude of workers. In this study, an analysis of the REBA method was carried out on workers in the welding process section on the AM65511000 type radiator product to determine the risks faced by workers and the improvements that could be proposed. The research was conducted referring to the REBA worksheet by Hignett and McAtamney. From the studies that have been carried out, it was found that workers have a moderate risk with a value of 5 which means that an immediate investigation and implementation is needed in the form of changes in work posture or work environment. The highest risk value was obtained in assessing the bent body posture when moving the radiator. Suggestions that can be made include lowering the level of the holder, optimizing the position of the torso and weight point, and making a table that can be adjusted in height and tilted angle.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the meaning of accounting from the perspective of traveling traders. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research are traveling traders who carry out their business in the Karang Baru neighborhood, Kebun Sari Village, Ampenan District. The data analysis stages consist of Noema, Epoche, Noesis, Intentional Analysis, and Eidetic Reduction. The research results showed that the informants did not keep financial records of their businesses. The two informants only used their minds to determine the profit or loss of their business. Researchers found, based on the in-depth awareness of traveling traders, profits were interpreted as economic and non-economic. The economic meaning is savings or reserves used to meet the family's daily economic needs and as business capital. Meanwhile, the non-economic meaning is a transcendent meaning in the form of inner satisfaction and gratitude for the blessings of sustenance given by God in their efforts. This research provides an explanation of the recording accounting practices used by traveling traders and explains the meaning of profit from the perspective of traveling traders.

Abstract

Material inventory in construction projects is something that needs to be managed because it affects the smooth running of a construction project. To overcome this problem, material scheduling was carried out based on the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method using the Economic Part Period (EPP) lot size technique and the Least Unit Cost (LUC) lot size technique. This research aims to produce material planning processes and results. MRP is a scheduling method to find out the material and quantity of material needed, as well as when the order will be placed. The calculation results obtained using the MRP method are that the EPP lot size requires a total material inventory cost of IDR 20,847,682,834, while the LUC lot size requires an inventory cost of IDR 20,851,272,531. The difference in total costs is IDR 3,589,697 so the EPP lot size is more economical compared to LUC.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the classification of economic growth and analyze development inequality in Bengkulu Province before the expansion was completed, after the expansion and the current period. This analysis method uses descriptive analysis with the Klassen Typology and Williamson Index (WI), and uses publication data from BPS Bengkulu Province (2005-2007), (2012-2015) and (2020-2022). The results of the Klassen Typology show that every period there is always a change in regional structure in each district in Bengkulu Province, but it does not apply to the city of Bengkulu. The level of development inequality shows the average williamson index before the expansion was completed, after the expansion and is currently at 0.34, 0.37 and 0.427.
