This study aims to identify and analyze how media framing of Anas Urbaningrum's freedom was conducted by Detik.com. Using a qualitative approach and Pan and Kosicki's framing analysis technique, this research examines six news articles published before, during, and after Anas' freedom from Sukamiskin Prison on April 11, 2023. The results showed that Detik.com framed the issue in three dominant patterns: positive framing, conflict framing, and sympathy framing. Positive framing was seen in the news coverage that emphasized Anas' social acceptance and support from loyalists. Conflict framing is evident in the highlighting of political tensions between Anas and the Democratic Party, as well as the criminalization narrative. Meanwhile, sympathy framing highlighted Anas' position as a victim of larger political dynamics and his post-release emotional distress. Although the coverage is generally neutral, Detik.com gives considerable space to narratives that build sympathy and rehabilitate Anas' political image. This research shows that the media not only conveys information, but also plays a role in shaping public perception through the selection of narratives, symbols and actors. The findings underscore the importance of media literacy in understanding agenda and framing in contemporary political reporting.

This conceptual paper explores the relationships between job autonomy, job engagement, and employee performance, specifically focusing on Generation Z employees within the service sector. Given the distinct characteristics of this generation, the study aims to develop a theoretical framework that illustrates how job autonomy and engagement serve as predictors of innovative work behaviors, which subsequently influence employee performance. The research highlights that job autonomy positively affects employee performance by instilling a sense of ownership and responsibility among Generation Z workers. Furthermore, job engagement is identified as a critical factor that enhances performance, as employees who are emotionally and cognitively involved are more likely to tackle work challenges enthusiastically. Innovative work behavior is proposed as a partial mediator in the relationship between job autonomy and job engagement, thereby strengthening their impact on performance outcomes. The findings emphasize the necessity for organizations to cultivate a work environment that promotes autonomy, engagement, and innovation, which are essential for improving the performance of Generation Z employees.

This research employs a descriptive quantitative method, and data were collected through a survey using questionnaires, which were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that understanding of PP No. 55 of 2022 and the role of tax consultants have a significant positive impact on the tax compliance level of MSMEs in Surabaya. The study concludes that effective tax socialization and support from tax consultants are crucial in raising awareness and improving tax compliance among MSMEs.

This study aims to analyze the effect of education on economic growth in Indonesia using panel data on 34 provinces from 2019 to 2023. The method used is panel data regression analysis, with independent variables including literacy rate, average years of schooling, and government spending on education. The dependent variable in this study is gross regional domestic product. The results showed that literacy rate, average years of schooling and education spending simultaneously had a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Furthermore, partially, the literacy rate variable has a significant negative effect on economic growth. While the average length of schooling and education expenditure variables have a negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia. This study provides evidence that investment in education can be a catalyst for economic growth, hence the government should continue to improve the quality and access to education as a long-term strategy for sustainable economic development.

This study aims to examine the influence of heuristic bias and herding bias on investment decisions, and evaluate the role of financial literacy as a moderating variable on Gen Z investors in Indonesia. Data was collected from 170 respondents with at least three years of investment experience, analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results show that heuristic bias and herding bias have a significant positive effect on investment decisions. Financial literacy also has a positive effect, but only moderates (weakens) the relationship between heuristic bias and investment decisions. There is no moderation on herding bias. These findings emphasize the importance of financial literacy in mitigating the effects of behavioral biases, although social influences remain strong in Gen Z's decision-making.

This study uses job satisfaction as a mediating variable to examine how happiness at work (HaW) and Quality of work life (QWL) affect Work-life balance (WLB). For 104 respondents, the Regional Financial Management Agency of Pariaman City and Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatera Province, employs a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) approach. The findings indicate that whereas HaW has no direct impact on WLB, it does have a large indirect impact through the mediation of job satisfaction. In contrast, QWL has a considerable and favorable impact on WLB both directly and indirectly. This study's practical implications include how crucial it is for public sector firms to raise employee satisfaction and work environment quality in order to promote work-life balance and boost organizational success.

The purpose of this study is to understand how the facilities, services, and convenience level of the Trans Jateng BRT Solo-Sumberlawang Corridor affect passengers' overall satisfaction with the route. This study applied an accidental sampling method to collect survey data from one hundred bus passengers. Data were collected through the use of validated and reliable questionnaires. The analysis began with conventional assumption tests and continued with multiple linear regression. Model testing makes use of the F test and the R2 test for coefficient of determination. It ended with hypothesis testing (t-test). The study discovered a strong correlation between the facility, service, and convenience factors and passenger happiness, these three factors contribute greatly to the variation in changes in Passenger Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of financial literacy, word of mouth, and ease of service features on the decision of the people of Malang City in using Islamic bank mobile banking. The method used was descriptive quantitative with data from 100 respondents of Islamic mobile banking users. The results of the study showed that the three variables had a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, with a determination coefficient value of 64,7%. This means that most decisions to use the service can be explained by these three factors. This research emphasizes that banks, especially Islamic banks, mobile banking service providers are expected to maintain and improve the quality of services, as well as ease of use related to mobile banking operations, especially for people who use mobile banking efficiently to support daily financial activities.

This study discusses the role of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers as counselors in helping adolescents overcome stress, especially those caused by family conflict. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, through in-depth interviews with Christian Religious Education teachers and literature reviews from books, scientific journals, and other relevant sources. The data collected were analyzed descriptively to understand the meaning and relevance of the role of Christian Religious Education teachers in the context of counseling. The results show that most Christian Religious Education teachers have not been optimal in carrying out their role as counselors due to limited time, understanding, and facilities. Christian Religious Education teachers have the potential to become spiritual companions through Christian counseling based on prayer, empathy, and Biblical values, in order to support the psychological well-being of adolescents holistically.

The purpose of this study is to study how microeconomic variables (ROA and LDR) and macroeconomic variables (exchange rate and interest rate) impact stock returns with stock liquidity, represented by trading volume activity (TVA) as a mediating variable in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling method was used to obtain research samples from one hundred companies. The results showed that ROA had a significant positive effect on TVA and stock returns. In contrast, LDR and interest rates did not have a significant effect. TVA and stock returns were both positively affected by exchange rates. Sobel's mediation test showed that TVA mediated the relationship between ROA and stock returns and LDR and stock returns, but did not mediate the effect of interest rates and exchange rates on stock returns.
