The digital revolution and integration between social media and e-commerce have created a significant transformation in consumer behavior, including in Indonesia. TikTok, as a platform originally known for sharing short videos, has now grown into an in-demand online commerce channel, especially after its integration with Tokopedia. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, promotion, and customer experience on the purchase decisions of TikTok user employees in South Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques on 100 respondents who are professional employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that promotions have the most dominant influence on customer experience, which in turn significantly influences purchasing decisions. These findings indicate the importance of customer experience management in increasing loyalty and purchase decisions, as well as providing strategic recommendations for MSME players and regulators in optimizing TikTok's potential as an integrated e-commerce platform.

This systematic literature review (SLR) examines the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in elementary school literacy and numeracy education, addressing its impact, challenges, and teacher roles. Analyzing 26 peer-reviewed articles (2018–2025) selected via PRISMA criteria, the study reveals that ICT enhances interactive learning, student engagement, and personalized instruction, outperforming traditional methods. Key tested variables included ICT tools (e.g., digital platforms, gamification), teacher competencies, and infrastructural barriers. Findings highlight infrastructure gaps and uneven teacher readiness as critical constraints. The study contributes to educational technology discourse by advocating for policy-supported teacher training and equitable resource allocation. Results underscore ICT’s transformative potential in foundational education, urging systemic collaboration to bridge implementation gaps.

In managing the use of labor effectively, contractors must understand worker productivity. Labor productivity is an important factor in the efficiency of a construction project and can have a significant impact on project performance. This study aims to assess the effective, ineffective, and contributing working time of the Drainage Rehabilitation Project in Ubud Regency and to identify the factors that affect the productivity of the workforce on this project. The methodology used was productivity ratings, which were categorized into three groups: effective working time, contributory working time, and ineffective working time. The results showed that during the five days of observation, effective working time amounted to 83 hours and 6 minutes, ineffective working time was 22 hours and 20 minutes, and contributory work time was only 5 hours and 36 minutes. Key factors that affect productivity include working hours and labor behavior, such as being late, ineffective time spent smoking, conversing with coworkers, and leaving work zones. In addition, productivity decreased on Fridays due to shorter working hours related to religious observance, resulting in an average project productivity of only 72.58%.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the independent curriculum in the Al Islam subject at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Blora. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study type at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Blora. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews with Al Islam teachers, and analysis of learning documents. The results of the study show that the Al Islam learning design in the independent curriculum uses teaching modules that are arranged based on learning achievements (CP) and learning objective flows (ATP). Learning is centered on students with discussion methods, case studies, and projects. The material is linked to the context of everyday life and socio-religious values. The application of Pancasila student projects such as congregational prayer movements, Ramadan sharing and a week without bullying are applied as part of character strengthening. The implementation of the independent curriculum in Al Islam lessons prioritizes a differentiated learning approach, a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, and uses flexible teaching modules. The learning model applied is contextual, collaborative, and reflective. The positive impacts found were increased student involvement, strengthening of religious values, and the growth of attitudes of tolerance and mutual cooperation.
