<![CDATA[The aims of this research are: 1) To find out the curriculum management of Pondok Pesantren At-Thohariyah Sodong Pandeglang. 2) To find out the Implementation of Islamic Boarding School Curriculum Management Implementation in order to improve the quality of wustho level equality education carried out by the At-Thohariyah Islamic Boarding School Sodong Pandeglang. 3) To find out the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of Curriculum Management in Pondok Pesantren At-Thohariyah Sodong Pandeglang. This study uses a qualitative approach with natural characteristics (Natural Setting) as a direct, descriptive data source, in this study, the type of research used is a case study, namely an intensive description and analysis of certain phenomena or social units such as individuals, groups, institutions or communities. The results of the study can be concluded that. 1) The curriculum of the At-Thohariyah Islamic Boarding School is based on the applicable laws and regulations. Among the rules and regulations that form the basis for the preparation and development of the curriculum are Law number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 55 of 2007 concerning Religious Education and Religious Education, Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2014 concerning Religious Education Islam. 2) Darul Muttaqin Islamic boarding school still maintains its traditions and implements a modern management system. It can be stated that various activity programs in Islamic boarding schools have been formed with planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. ; 3) In the implementation of Islamic boarding school curriculum management at Pondok Pesantren At-Thohariyah Sodong Pandeglang there are supporting factors and also inhibiting factors]]>

<![CDATA[An educational institution is said to have good quality education if it can meet all national education standards, one of which is the standard of facilities and infrastructure. The head of the madrasa is expected to be able to manage educational facilities and infrastructure well so that the educational facilities and infrastructure in the madrasa can be used optimally for the benefit of learning. There is also the role of the head of the office of the ministry of religion as the direct supervisor of the head of the madrasa who oversees the performance of the head of the madrasa. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) Is there any influence of the madrasa principal's leadership style on improving the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure? 2) Is there any effect of supervision of the head of the ministry of religion on improving the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure? 3) Is there any influence of the leadership style of the madrasa head and the supervision of the head of the ministry of religion on improving the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure? <![CDATA[Among the many factors that determine the quality of education are work motivation and teacher performance. Because the teacher is the implementer of education that is very necessary. However, it is not uncommon to find teachers who lack passion in carrying out their duties, both in terms of planning lessons, implementing learning, and evaluating learning, which of course will have an impact on the success of the goals to be achieved. Work motivation and good teacher performance will certainly encourage the achievement of quality education. This study aims to determine; (1) The direct effect of work motivation on improving the quality of education, (2) The direct effect of teacher performance on improving the quality of education, (3) The direct effect of work motivation on teacher performance, (4) Indirect effect of work motivation through teacher performance on improving the quality of education. The research method used is quantitative research with correlational survey research techniques. The analytical technique used in this research is Path Analysis. While the object of this research is the entire board of teachers at private Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Ciruas District, Serang Regency. The sample of this study were 67 teachers. The results of this study prove that: (1) there is a significant direct effect of work motivation on improving the quality of education as indicated by the path coefficient number (p31) of 0.949 (2) there is a significant direct effect of teacher performance on improving the quality of education as indicated by the number path coefficient (p32) of 0.550 (3) there is a significant direct effect of work motivation on teacher performance as indicated by the path coefficient value (p21) of 0.812 (4) there is a significant indirect effect of work motivation and teacher performance on improving the quality of education. That is, the contribution of work motivation affects the quality of education by 19.95% while the rest is 80.05%. This means that the higher the work motivation and the increase in teacher performance, the higher the quality of education will be.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the competence of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers in improving learning interactions at SMP Integral Rahmatullah Tolitoli. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, through observation and in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The data obtained were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1. PAI teachers have Personality Competencies in the form of: Steady and stable teacher personality, mature teacher personality, wise teacher personality, authoritative teacher personality, personality and teacher who have noble character and can be an example. 2. Efforts by PAI teachers to increase learning interactions, namely, first, teacher interaction with students. Second, interaction between students and teachers through dialogue about problems that have not been understood from the teacher's explanation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve the skills of writing anecdotal texts for class X students of the Department of Business and Marketing at SMK Negeri 1 Manado in the 2020/2021 academic year by applying the genius learning strategy. Through genius learning learning strategies. The research model used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The procedure for implementing the action and implementing the action at the research site is divided into two cycles. The results of the study show the following. First, the use of the genius learning strategy can improve the quality of the anecdote writing learning process. There is an increase in the process in aspects of the learning situation, student focus, and activity, making positive changes so that learning to write anecdotes is more interesting and fun. Second, learning to write anecdotal texts with a genius learning strategy can improve the results of anecdotal writing skills.]]>

<![CDATA[Digital marketing is a medium that is used as a platform to build a brand image of a product and also supports the sales function of target consumers. To increase sales, it is necessary to apply one strategy, namely ENDORSMENT. There is a relationship between digital marketing, endorsement promotion and product quality purchasing decisions on SUTR Heritage brand clothing. This research was conducted at SUTR Heritage UMKM which aims to determine whether there is an influence of digital marketing, endorsement promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative research, the number of samples used by consumers or followers on Instagram with a total of 50 respondents. The technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. From the results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equation Y=8.686 + (-0.027) X1 + 0.356 X2 + 0.250 X3 + 3.012. The results of the t-test are significant values of digital marketing variables 0.875, endorsement promotions 0.012, and product quality 0.097 which means that digital marketing and product quality have no effect, while endorsement promotion variables affect purchasing decisions. The results of the f test get a value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) which means that the languages of the 3 variables (X) have a simultaneous effect on the variable (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.324, which means that it simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variables. There is a simultaneous influence between the digital marketing variables, endorsement promotions, and product quality on the purchasing decision variables of 32.4%.]]>

<![CDATA[The growth and development of the urban population that is not accompanied by an increase in people's income, so that it has an impact on the fulfillment of housing facilities that are less suitable for habitation. This condition occurs in Tolitoli Regency such as in Pajalah - Salamae Village where most of the people work in the informal sector, so there has been a decrease in the quality of the residential environment. This can be seen from the density of buildings / housing which is quite high and the placement is irregular, the condition of the housing is less suitable / does not meet the requirements for a healthy house. The purpose of this study was to obtain a formula for the design concept of the arrangement of residential buildings in the Kampung Pajalah - Salamae area based on environmental conditions by adhering to architectural principles and healthy housing requirements. The method used in planning is the Deductive Method where the discussion begins with Studies that are general in nature are then included in specific studies related to the existing conditions of settlements in Pajalah-Salamae village and their environmental facilities. The residential area of Kampung Pajalah – Salamae is generally dominated by residents who work in the informal sector or who make a living as traders who are classified as low-income communities, 88 units of permanent buildings, 132 semi-permanent and 345 emergency units, residential neighborhoods in village settlement areas. Pajalah-Salamae is dominated by the condition of the building on stilts with the distance between the buildings very close / close together, so that the ventilation and lighting are inadequate, and the density of the building is quite high.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The effect of Ewom Quality partially on customer satisfaction at the Rizal Aluminum and Kaca Store (2) The effect of Ewom Quantity partially on customer satisfaction at the Rizal Aluminum and Glass store (3) The effect of partial Customer Relationship on customer satisfaction at Rizal Aluminum and Glass Stores (4) The influence of Ewom Quality, Ewom Quantity, and Customer Relationship simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Rizal Aluminum and Glass stores. The population in this study were all customers of Rizal Aluminum and Glass Stores. The number of samples based on the Non Probability sampling technique and also using the Slovin formula was 85 respondents with the data distribution technique using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression method, to partially test the hypothesis using the t test, while simultaneously using the F test to test the hypothesis. The results of this study are (1) Ewom Quality has a partial (individual) effect on customer satisfaction (2) Ewom Quantity no partial (individual) effect on customer satisfaction (3) Customer Relationship has no partial (individual) effect on customer satisfaction (4) Ewom Quality, Ewom Quantity, and Customer Relationship influence simultaneously (together) on customer decisions at Rizal's shop Aluminum and Glass.]]>
