Abstract

Perancangan Sistem Informasi yang efektif pada Perguruan Tinggi perlu mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek pengembangan sistem informasi. TOGAF merupakan framework Enterprise Architecture yang umum digunakan untuk membangun arsitektur yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan proses bisnis. TOGAF ADM 9.2 dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebagai metode pengembangan arsitektur sistem informasi akademik di Politeknik Bisnis Kaltara. Sistem informasi yang dirancang menghasilkan gambaran tentang model desain sistem informasi yang memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Model ini terdiri dari empat fase: Arsitektur Visi, Arsitektur Bisnis, Arsitektur Sistem Informasi, dan Arsitektur Teknologi. Masing-masing fase digunakan oleh pengguna untuk mendukung proses bisnis yang ada. Dengan menggunakan Framework TOGAF ADM 9.2 sebagai model pengembangan arsitektur, maka gambaran tentang model desain sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dapat diidentifikasi. Adanya perancangan dalam model desain sistem, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan akademik dan memungkinkan aktivitas akademik berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Banyak mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam pembelajaran di kampus atau kegiatan yang lainnya yang menyebabkan stres berlebih. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat menjadi wadah untuk berkonsultasi masalah kesehatan bagi mahasiswa dan civitas akademik lainnya. Metode perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pada tahap desain dibuat diagram ERD dan DFD serta digunakan pengujian Black Box untuk pengujian perancangan aplikasi ini. Hasil perancangan aplikasi layanan Telemedicine Kampus (Mentalcare) terdapat beberapa fitur penting yaitu layanan konsultasi, jadwal konsultasi maupun jenis konsultasi yang dapat dipilih sesuai kebutuhan. Hal ini menjadi solusi yang efisien dalam menjembatani mahasiswa dan pengguna kampus, serta memberikan akses mudah dan praktis bagi mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan layanan konsultasi psikologis dengan psikolog yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka.

Abstract

Evaluasi pengajaran dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Digital Teacher Assessment (DITA) belum melibatkan klasifikasi pengelompokkan. Data komentar yang terkumpul dikelompokkan menjadi tiga kategori yaitu komentar positif, negatif, dan netral. Berdasarkan kategori komentar membutuhkan analisis sentimen dalam mengelompokkan komentar tersebut. Analisis sentimen menggunakan lexicon based. Selanjutnya data komentar tersebut diberi bobot menggunakan TF-IDF sebelum diklasifikasikan dan dievaluasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma regresi logistik, support vector machine (SVM), dan gradient boosting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbandingan akurasi dari algoritma regresi logistik, support vector machine (SVM), dan gradient boosting dengan algoritma gradient boosting memiliki tingkat akurasi yang paling tinggi yaitu 97,5%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma gradient boosting memiliki tingkat akurasi lebih baik dalam mengklasifikasi data analisis sentimen komentar siswa.

Abstract

Tingkat pengangguran menjadi indikator penting dalam mengukur stabilitas ekonomi suatu daerah. Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis model dan peramalan tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Wilayah Jawa Barat menggunakan metode ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average). Penelitian ini menggunakan data deret waktu (time-series) 6 bulanan tingkat pengangguran terbuka dari tahun 2007 hingga 2023 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Opendatajabar dan Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Analisis dimulai dengan identifikasi model ARIMA, estimasi parameter, cek diagnostik, evaluasi model dan peramalan. Peramalan dilakukan untuk 3 tahun ke depan (2024 - 2026). Model ARIMA(1,0,0) dipilih berdasarkan evaluasi parameter seperti Root Mean Squared Error(RMSE), Mean Absolute Error(MAE) dan Mean Abs Percent Error(MAPE). Hasil peramalan menunjukkan peningkatan tingkat pengangguran pada Februari 2024 7,92% menjadi 8,40% pada Agustus 2026. Hasil menunjukkan pola tren naik yang berkelanjutan. Peningkatan tingkat pengangguran di Wilayah Jawa Barat dipengaruhi oleh faktor kebijakan ekonomi, struktur industri, dinamika teknologi, dan pendidikan. Peran pemerintah dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja, reformasi pendidikan, dan kebijakan investasi menjadi krusial dalam menanggulangi masalah ini. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman dan peramalan tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Wilayah Jawa Barat. Model ARIMA(1,0,0) dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang efektif untuk meramalkan perubahan tingkat pengangguran di masa mendatang. Oleh karena itu, perumusan kebijakan yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja diperlukan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini.

Abstract

The adoption of digital medical record systems in Indonesia remains uneven, with approximately 60% of healthcare facilities still relying on manual processes. This study conducts a systematic literature review following PRISMA guidelines to analyze 11 peer-reviewed articles (2019-2024) on medical information system (MIS) implementation. Our analysis identifies three critical barriers: (1) infrastructure limitations (particularly in rural areas), (2) lack of trained human resources, and (3) unstable technology integration. Successful cases demonstrate that cloud-based solutions (e.g., Smart Medica Clinic) can reduce operational costs by 35%, while policy interventions like Ministry of Health Regulation No. 24/2022 strengthen legal frameworks for electronic health records. This study contributes to existing literature by focusing on Indonesia's unique socio-technical challenges and providing evidence-based recommendations for scalable digital health transformation.

Abstract

Snails are one of the animals that are widely found in Indonesia, but they are often considered pests and are not used optimally. In fact, there are several types of snails that have high economic value and can be exported, especially to countries such as France that use snails as restaurant cuisine. On a small scale, the process of classifying local and imported snails can be done manually however, if there are a lot of them, an automated system is needed to help the classification process become faster and more accurate. This study proposes a classification method based on Support Vector Machine (SVM) to distinguish local and imported snails. SVM is used as a classification model because of its ability to handle high-dimensional data and complex patterns. The results of the study showed an accuracy of 54%, so it can be an effective solution in the process of sorting snails on a large scale.

Abstract

Deaf individuals are people with hearing impairments, classified as either completely deaf or hard of hearing, which hinders verbal communication. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), over 430 million people worldwide, including 34 million children, experience hearing loss. In Indonesia, the most commonly used communication method among the deaf community is the Indonesian Sign System (SIBI). With advancements in technology, artificial intelligence methods such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) have been widely used for image processing and pattern recognition to support communication for the hearing impaired. However, previous studies have shown limitations in data quantity, class coverage, and a lack of evaluation involving lightweight architectures such as MobileNet, particularly for SIBI recognition. This research aims to develop a sign language classification model using CNN with the MobileNet architecture. The dataset used consists of 5,720 SIBI hand gesture images, including manually collected samples for the letters "J" and "Z." Preprocessing involved image resizing and data augmentation to prevent overfitting. The model was trained for 30 epochs. Evaluation results indicate that MobileNet achieved an accuracy of 74.15%, significantly outperforming the baseline CNN model, which only reached 19%. These results demonstrate that MobileNet is more efficient in recognizing visual patterns in sign language and offers a practical solution for implementation on resource-constrained devices. Nevertheless, further improvements are needed to enhance classification performance across all alphabet letters.

Abstract

This study evaluates the performance and security of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) through technical testing and user experience surveys. Testing with Apache JMeter reveals that GCP has the highest throughput (61.7 bps) and best speed, while AWS has the lowest response time (38.16 ms) and Latency (507 ms). Performance data is presented in tables and graphs. In terms of security, AWS and Azure offer comprehensive features including role-based access control and multi-factor authentication, while GCP emphasizes network protection. Reliability analysis using Cronbach’s Alpha indicates excellent internal consistency (α > 0.9), with ANOVA tests showing significant differences in Throughput, Speed, and Firewall among providers, while other parameters show no significant differences. The findings provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each Cloud service provider.

Abstract

Rapid advancements in technology have driven the emergence of various digital applications, including digital libraries. One such application is iPusnas, which serves as a digital literacy platform among users. Based on user reviews of the Play Store, many users have reported issues such as the app’s slow responsiveness and non-functional filters, such as the inability to sort alphabetically. These problems indicate a potential deficiency in the usability of an application. Therefore, a usability evaluation is needed to determine the extent to which iPusnas adhere to the principles of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). The method employed is Jakob Nielsen’s Heuristic Evaluation, which assesses ten usability principles, including consistency, error prevention, and minimalist design. The evaluation was conducted by five internal evaluators, using a severity rating scale ranging from 0 to 4. The results show that iPusnas continue to experience usability issues in several areas, particularly in the principles of Help and Documentation (4.00), Flexibility and Efficiency of Use (3.33), and Visibility of System Status (3.13). The principle of Error Prevention received the lowest severity score (1.20), suggesting that it functions relatively well. This study underscores the effectiveness of multi-evaluator heuristic evaluation in identifying application issues, and serves as a foundation for future improvements aimed at enhancing user satisfaction.

Abstract

Manual assessment of practicum report margins often faces challenges due to variations in document layout and the large number of reports that must be reviewed, resulting in an inefficient and subjective evaluation process. Therefore, this study aims to develop a prototype that serves as a guideline for automated practicum report assessment. The proposed research introduces a hybrid model integrating Fuzzy Logic and Naive Bayes. Evaluation results show that the model without fuzzy achieved an accuracy of 73.33% but exhibited bias toward the majority class, with low recall for the "Rejected" class. In contrast, the Fuzzy Naive Bayes model improved accuracy to 80% and produced more balanced classification performance, with significant increases in recall and F1 Score for the minority class. The integration of fuzzy logic effectively enhances the detection of margin non-compliance.
