Abstract

Fuel Stations are facilities for selling fuel to the public which has a potential hazard and a high risk of accidents. During 2017-2018 there were 120 gas station accidents in Indonesia. Additionally, 29 fuel accidents occurred in 2022, most of them involving consumer vehicles. Previous studies have explored fuel station safety by examining its safety climate, health risks to workers, risk and fire assessments. Study on consumer behavior in fuel stations has not yet been discovered. Therefore, this study attempts to fill the gap by developing a Fuel Station Consumer Safety Behavior (FSCSB) Questionnaire. The aim of this study is to introduce a novel instrument to assess fuel station consumer safety behavior and assess its validity and reliability. The first phase of this study uses a qualitative approach on developing the questionnaire through literature review, content validity with field experts and face validity with actual fuel station consumers. In the second phase, a quantitative approach for validity and reliability analysis was carried out by calculating Pearson's Product Moment and Cronbach's Alpha on each variable. All questionnaire items passed the Pearson's validity test, but 3 items did not meet minimum Cronbach's Alpha criterion and have been removed. The final result is a novel FSCSB Questionnaire with 21 items. The questionnaire can be used as a reference for future research with a larger number of respondents.

Abstract

Mapping details related to village (hamlet) boundaries needs to be implemented. Problems that often occur within the villages include: problems of village administrative boundaries, then problems in the form of village facility assets that are not properly registered ( inventarisation). One of the objectives of village mapping is to accelerate the process of digitising village data by presenting it on one map. The method used was participatory mapping, which directly involved the indigenous people of Singajaya Village. Participatory mapping serves to enrich the data collected in relation to the boundaries between hamlets in Singajaya Village. The village mapping in the form of hamlet administration was processed using GIS processing, with the results being that of the total area of Singajaya Village of 555.64 Hectares, Hamlet 1 has the largest area, followed by Hamlet 4, while Hamlet 2 has the narrowest area among the hamlets in Singajaya Village. The boundaries used as benchmarks between hamlets in Singajaya Village consist of natural and artificial benchmarks, such as trees, rivers, irrigation, and roads.

Abstract

This study evaluates the performance and security of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) through technical testing and user experience surveys. Testing with Apache JMeter reveals that GCP has the highest throughput (61.7 bps) and best speed, while AWS has the lowest response time (38.16 ms) and Latency (507 ms). Performance data is presented in tables and graphs. In terms of security, AWS and Azure offer comprehensive features including role-based access control and multi-factor authentication, while GCP emphasizes network protection. Reliability analysis using Cronbach’s Alpha indicates excellent internal consistency (α > 0.9), with ANOVA tests showing significant differences in Throughput, Speed, and Firewall among providers, while other parameters show no significant differences. The findings provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each Cloud service provider.

Abstract

Salah satu perjanjian yang digunakan dalam dunia bisnis yaitu adalah perjanjian distribusi Dasar hukum mengenai perjanjian distribusi adalah Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 24 tahun 2021 Tentang Perikatan untuk Pendistribusian barang oleh Distributor untuk Agen. Definisi perjanjian distribusi adalah perjanjian antara distributor dengan supplier yang dimana distributor membeli sebuah produk barang atau jasa milik supplier sendiri dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh supplier untuk dijual kembali kepada pembeli. Dan perjanjian distribusi ini juga digunakan oleh Rumah Makan Bakso Prasmanan Pakansari dengan PT Mayora Indah TBK. Tujuan dari perjanjian distribusi tersebut adalah untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum kepada baik perlindungan hukum terhadap distibutor maupun perlindungan hukum kepada supplier. Metode yan penulis pakai dalam jurnal ini adalah Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian sosio legal yaitu gabungan antara Metode normatif dan metode empiris yaitu bersumber pada bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum primer dan data yang diambil secara langsung yaitu melalui wawancara kepada narasumber apabila terjadi sebuah wanprestasi atau sengketa upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh para pihak yaitu secara litigasi maupun non litigasi.

Abstract

Konflik diantara Ahmad Dhani dan Once Mekel mengenai izin dan pembayaran royalti menjadi perhatian khalayak ramai, terkhusus dalam dunia musik Indonesia. Konflik ini bermula saat Once menyanyikan lagu Dewa 19 di festival musik dan Ahmad Dhani selaku pencipta seluruh lagu Dewa 19 tidak terima apabila ada yang menyanyikan lagunya tanpa izin serta tidak adanya pembayaran royalti yang masuk kepadanya, sebab seluruh lagu Dewa 19 telah di daftarkan hak cipta. Keberadaan konflik tersebut membuat banyak musisi, penyanyi, dan grup band di Indonesia menjadi sadar akan pentingnya hak cipta dalam suatu karya musik. Banyak dari mereka yang langsung mendaftarkan hak cipta pada suatu karya maupun produk yang dibuatnya untuk menghindari adanya pembajakan dan pemalsuan yang dilakukan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian normatif yang bersumber pada bahan pustaka seperti Peraturan Perundang-undangan, buku, dan jurnal ilmiah.

Abstract

In the presidential system of government, there are prerogative rights that are only owned by the head of state as the leader of the country. Clemency is regulated under Law Number 5 of 2010 on Clemency on the amendement of Law Number 22 of 2022 on Clemency. One of the uses of prerogative rights is to provide relief to several convicts by granting clemency. The granting of clemency by the President is based on humanity and without any interference from other parties or other state institutions. Although the granting of clemency is in the hands of the President due to the ownership of the prerogative, the consideration of granting clemency must be considered by the Supremen Court, the Prosecutor, and the Minister of Law and Human Rights so that there is cooperation between the relevant legal institutions. Clemency is utilized by several convicts, especially death row convicts, to cut the sentence imposed on them so that the executive of the sentence becomes shorter from the first time the decision is read out by the judge at the first level court.

Abstract

Industry is one of the most important sectors in developing the Indonesian economy. This sector has become the largest supply tool in increasing the country's GDP for approximately the last 10 (ten) years, especially with the establishment of industrial estates or areas in an area. The industrial estate is a central place for all manufacturing or industrial activities complete with adequate infrastructure, then managed by companies in the industrial estate. The establishment of an area in an area can have an impact on the environment around the industrial area, such as people who feel disturbed by the negative impacts resulting from the industrial area in the form of pollution and environmental pollution in the residential areas of the surrounding community, but in addition to the negative impact of the existing industrial area always coexists also with a positive impact, one example of the positive impact of the development of the local community's economic sector. This research aims to elaborate the impact of the existence of industrial estates on the community environment around the Gunungputri sub-district industrial area. This research uses Normative research by identifying legislation related to the research theme.Industri merupakan satu dari sekian sektor penting dalam membangun perekonomian Indonesia. Sektor ini menjadi alat suplai terbesar dalam peningkatan PDB negara selama kurang lebih 10 (sepuluh) tahun terakhir, apalagi dengan berdirinya kawasan atau wilayah industri di suatu daerah. Kawasan industri merupakan tempat sentral segala aktivitas manufaktur atau industri yang lengkap dengan sarana-prasarana yang memadai, kemudian diurus oleh perusahaan dalam kawasan industri tersebut. Berdirinya kawasan disuatu wilayah dapat memberikan dampak terhadap lingkungan sekitar kawasan industri, seperti masyarakat yang merasa terganggu dengan dampak negatif yang dihasilkan dari kawasan industri berupa polusi dan pencemaran lingkungan di wilayah pemukiman masyarakat sekitar, namun disamping dampak negatif dari kawasan industri yang ada selalu berdampingan juga dengan dampak positif salah satu contoh dampak postif berkembang­nya sektor perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengelaborasi dampak keberadaan kawasan industri di lingkungan masyarakat sekitar kawasan industri kecamatan Gunungputri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Normatif dengan identifikasi terhadap peratu­ran perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian.
