Abstract

Problematics are obstacles or problems that must be solved; in other words, the problem is the gap between reality and something expected to work well to achieve maximum results. In everyday life, a person is never separated from various problems, one of which is the problems experienced while attending lectures. Problems arise from one's own negligence, resulting in self-defeating consequences. This is the basis for the creation of paintings. The form of the work presented is a two-dimensional work with an abstract style approach, emphasizing expressive and spontaneous lines using acrylic paint on canvas. The creation methods are preparation, observation, design, embodiment, and presentation. The creation of this painting has succeeded in producing five works entitled "Turbulence of problematic," "Red problematic," "Problematic attack," "Blue problematic," and "Wave control."

Abstract

Traumatized is a condition that occurs as a result of a bad event that befalls a person. Sexual harassment is any form of behavior that connotes or leads to sexual matters carried out unilaterally, causing adverse reactions such as shame, anger, hatred, and offense that occur to individual victims of harassment. This is an unpleasant incident that, if left unchecked, will become a destructive mental illness. This inspires the creation of works of art. The form of the work presented is a two-dimensional work with a decorative style approach and a combination of form abstraction, using acrylic paint as a medium and a combination of pastels on canvas. The method used is preparation: observing the surrounding environment affected by sexual trauma and looking for references related to the theme raised. Next is the design stage, which is to do a visual design or strategy. The placard and aquarel technique is used, combined with the dry technique using pastels. The next stage is the embodiment stage, namely the cultivation and exploration of techniques in work, starting from transferring alternative sketches and coloring to the finished work. The next stage is the presentation stage of the work being exhibited or presented to the public. The creation of this painting succeeded in producing five works entitled "Tak Berbatas," "Tempang," and "I am OK." Trauma adalah suatu kondisi yang terjadi akibat peristiwa buruk yang menimpa seseorang. Pelecehan seksual adalah segala bentuk perilaku yang berkonotasi atau mengarah pada hal-hal seksual yang dilakukan secara sepihak, sehingga menimbulkan reaksi negatif seperti rasa malu, marah, benci, tersinggung yang terjadi pada individu korban pelecehan. Kejadian ini merupakan kejadian tidak menyenangkan yang jika dibiarkan akan menjadi penyakit mental yang buruk. Ini menjadi ide dalam penciptaan karya seni. Bentuk karya yang dihadirkan merupakan karya dua dimensi dengan pendekatan gaya dekoratif, dengan kombinasi abstraksi bentuk, menggunakan media cat akrilik dan kombinasi pastel di atas kanvas. Metode yang digunakan adalah persiapan yaitu mengamati lingkungan sekitar yang terkena trauma seksual dan mencari referensi terkait tema yang diangkat. Selanjutnya adalah tahap desain, yaitu melakukan desain visual atau strategi. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik plakat dan aquarel serta dipadukan dengan teknik kering menggunakan pastel. Tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap perwujudan yaitu penggarapan dan pendalaman teknik dalam berkarya; mulai dari mentransfer sketsa alternatif, mewarnai hingga karya jadi. Tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap presentasi, yaitu tahap karya dipamerkan atau dipresentasikan ke publik. Penciptaan lukisan ini berhasil menghasilkan lima karya berjudul "Tak Berbatas", "Tempang", dan "I'm OK".

Abstract

Dandelion is a flower that comes from Europe and Asia. This flower can regularly release its seeds and is often considered a fruit. The flower head bears many florets, each producing a single seed. Each seed has a parachute that allows it to fly through the air. Five years ago, when still in school, became interested in dandelion flowers. It was the day of the rice harvest, and see the shape of a white ball being swayed by the wind on the edge of the rice fields. Some of the seeds are released and fly in the wind. This event looks so attractive. The approach used is the representational form approach. The techniques used are aquarel, placard, and impasto techniques. The method used is observation, design, and embodiment. First, direct observations were made in the Dandelion flower environment. Then do the design by sketching directly on the canvas. The next stage is the embodiment stage. Cultivation and exploration of techniques on the canvas are carried out until the work is finished. Finally, the presentation is done in the form of an exhibition. The creation of this work succeeded in producing five works entitled “Gelap Ramai,” “Cemas Untung Tenang,” “Cerah dalam Gelap,” “Bolak-Balik,” “Tenang diaduk Senang.”

Abstract

ABSTRACTEmbroidery is an activity of adding motifs to fabric for the purpose of aesthetics. The embroidery craft products produced in Dayah Daboh village include bags, wallets, and accessories such as bracelets and keychains. The motifs applied to the embroidery craft products are traditional Acehnese motifs as well as creative motifs. This research addresses the issue of aesthetics in embroidery crafts using aesthetic theory by Deni Junaedi, which describes aesthetic objects, aesthetic subjects, and aesthetic values. The objective of this research is to understand the aesthetics present in embroidery products. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. The techniques used to analyze the research data are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis in this research indicate that the aesthetics in the embroidery crafts in Dayah Daboh village consist of aesthetic objects, aesthetic subjects, and aesthetic values. The aesthetic objects depict the forms of the embroidery craft products. The aesthetic subjects involve the artisans and consumers of embroidery. Furthermore, aesthetic values can be seen from the perspective of expressive values through order, which includes canons in the form of standards, harmony in the form of coherence, mimesis in the form of imitation of objects, and masterly in the form of the creator's skill..Keywords: Embroidery, Traditional Motifs, Product, AestheticsABSTRAK Bordir adalah suatu kegiatan menambah motif pada kain untuk tujuan keindahan. Produk kerajinan bordir yang dihasilkan di gampong Dayah Daboh berupa tas, dompet, dan aksesoris seperti gelang dan gantungan kunci. Motif yang diterapkan pada produk kerajinan bordir yaitu motif tradisional Aceh dan juga motif kreasi. Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan tentang estetika pada kerajinan bordir dengan menggunakan teori  estetika dari Deni Junaedi  yang mendeskripsikan objek estetis, subjek estetis dan nilai estetis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui estetika yang terdapat pada produk bordir tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian yaitu mereduksi, menyajikan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan estetika pada kerajinan bordir yang ada di gampong Dayah Daboh terdiri dari objek estetis, subjek estetis dan nilai estetis. Pada objek estetis memaparkan tentang bentuk-bentuk produk kerajinan bordir. Pada subjek estetis terdapat para perajin dan konsumen bordir. Kemudian pada nilai estetis dapat dilihat dari sudut pandang nilai ekspresi melalui order yaitu kanon berupa pakem, harmoni berupa keselarasan, mimesis berupa peniruan terhadap benda, dan masterly berupa keterampilan kreator.Kata Kunci: Bordir, Motif Tradisional, Produk, Estetika

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research aimed to investigate the effect model of outbound on shape art in the subject of culture art in the first semester of grade VIII Junir High School (SMP) Swasta Pahlawan Nasional Medan T.P. 2023/2024. This research is a quasi experimental population of all class VIII SMP Swasta Pahlawan Nasional Medan , which consists of nine classes. Samples were taken one class determined by simple random sampling technique, VIII 1 as the experimental class and class VIII 1 as the control class. The results were obtained value – average pretest experimental class and the control class 67 at83. After the study was completed, given the posttest and average values obtained 83. It can be concluded thatt there is a significant influence othe model n the model of problem based outbound skills of students in the sbuject shape art in grade VIII SMP Swasta Pahlawan Nasional Medan T.P. 2023/2024.Keywords: outbound, shape art ability, culture art.ABSTRAK Model outbound dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan visualisasi dan pengetahuan tentang bentuk secara interaktif dan menyenangkan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi tentang sejauh mana model outbound dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menggambar bentuk siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh model outbound terhadap kemampuan menggambar bentuk siswa pada mata pelajaran seni budaya di kelas VIII semester I Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Pahlawan Swasta Medan T.P. 2023/2024. Tujuan lainnya yaitu menganalisis pengaruh model outbound terhadap kemampuan menggambar bentuk siswa pada mata pelajaran seni budaya di kelas VIII semester I Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Pahlawan Swasta Medan T.P. 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Swasta Pahlawan Medan yang terdiri dari 9 kelas. Sampel penelitian diambil 1 kelas yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Kelas VIII 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre test kelas eksperimen 67 dan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 83. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan model outbound terhadap kemampuan menggambar bentuk pada mata pelajaran seni budaya di kelas VIII SMP Swasta Pahlawan Nasional Medan T.P. 2023/2024. Kata Kunci: outbound, kemampuan menggambar bentuk, seni budaya.
