Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of monetary instruments, such as SBIS, Inflation, and Money Supply (JUB) on the growth of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Indeks (ISSI) in 2016-2022. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 to test the research hypothesis. The data used in this study are monthly data from SBIS yield data, inflation data, the Money Supply (JUB), as well as the ISSI monthly closing point index from January 2016 to December 2021.The results of this study indicate that partially there is an influence between SBIS and T test obtained a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, , there is no partial effect between inflation based on the T test obtained a significance value of 0.082 > 0.05, and there is an influence between the Money Supply (JUB) based on the T test obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0 .05 to the growth of the Indonesian Islamic stock index (ISSI) in 2016-2021. Simultaneously SBIS, Inflation and JUB, have an effect and are significant on the growth of ISSI in 2016-2021, with a value (Ftest 38.318 > Ftable 2.51) and a significance (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

The development of digital technology has made changes in making transactions, one of these developments with the emergence of various kinds of e-wallets, namely OVO. OVO as one of the e-wallets that are widely used by Generation Z. In this study, it aims to determine the perception of the use of OVO e-wallets in Generation Z during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample in the study used was 100 respondents with a susceptibility age of 18-25 years. The distribution of questionnaires using a google form given to respondents who use OVO in making transactions during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data analysis method using descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the results of research on consumer perception variables using OVO during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study showed that the perception of ease in making transactions had the highest value with a result of 93 and the lowest result in inni's research on trustworthy security security of 63. The perception measurement in this study was seen from three perceptions, namely benefits, convenience and safety and risk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Department of PUPR Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 159 employees while the sample amounted to 60 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data were collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that partially the Leadership Style variable had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while the Organizational Culture variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Employees of the Jombang PUPR Service. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.467 or 46.7%, which means that the contribution of the variables of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture to employee performance is 53.3%. While the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or other variables not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KPP Pratama Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees, while the sample amounted to 70 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that part of the motivation variable had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of KPP Pratama Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.538, or 53.8%, which means that the contribution of motivation and work discipline variables to employee performance is 53.8%, while the remaining 46.2% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or other variables not examined

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Nias Regency in reducing the risk of fire disasters in the Nias Regency area. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data with 7 informants. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research carried out show that several indicators are used as benchmarks for achieving performance or efforts from BPBDs, including organizational strategies that have an impact on encouraging change to the community directly which are influenced by the values ​​of organizational or agency activities, program strategies to form programs by involving several stakeholders and pay attention to three aspects, namely prevention, mitigation, and preparedness, resource strategy to conduct training and technical guidance in improving the ability of the apparatus, and to provide facilities that can be used by the community. The supporting factors for this activity consist of two factors, namely the first factor is raising united human resources to help the government to reduce the risk of fire disasters through the community/volunteer team and collaboration between agencies, secondly through the application of information systems that use technology tools to provide data and information about disasters in a comprehensive manner. fire special. The inhibiting factor of this activity consists of two factors, namely the first factor is climatic conditions with high heat which make the risk of fire higher. The second factor is human behavior and carelessness in illegally clearing land which can lead to forest fires.

Abstract

Human resources play an essential role in a company, because the human factor (employees) is the main driver in every activity in the company, because employees who carry out company activities start from planning, and implementing, to controlling every activity and activity of the company. wages on employee performance at PT. Sejahtera Bersama Palembang. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Sejahtera Bersama Palembang. Sampling with saturated sampling technique, with a sample of 18 respondents. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. This study's data analysis method used descriptive statistics using scores, percentages, and tables. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that wages have an effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the average percentage on the wage variable as much as 85% positive response and on the employee performance variable as much as 97% positive response given by the respondent. This shows that the better the level of remuneration by the company, the better the employee performance. The results of this study indicate that wages have an effect on employee performance

Abstract

The t-test related to the motivation to work productivity of employees of PT. Kanaan Sukoharjo obtained the results of t count = 14,589> t table = 1,960 then there is an effect. The t-test related to the workload of the employee's work productivity at PT. Kanaan Sukoharjo. The results obtained t count = 22,025> t table = 1,960 then there is an influence between Workload on Work Productivity of Employees of PT. Kanaan Sukoharjo. The t-test related to the work environment on employee productivity at PT. Kanaan Sukoharjo. The result of t count = 5,624> t table = 1,960 then there is an influence between the Work Environment on Work Productivity of Employees of PT. Kanaan Sukoharjo. Together, Motivation, Workload, Work Environment on Employee Work Productivity of PT. Kanaan Sukoharjo obtained the results of F arithmetic = 406.516> F table = 2.6, then there is a joint influence. R2 is 0.816 or 81.6%, meaning that together there is an influence between the independent variables, namely Motivation, Workload, Work Environment on Work Productivity of Employees of PT. Kanaan Sukoharjo amounted to 81.6%, while the 18.4% was influenced by other factors, which were not examined such as leadership, work placement, organizational culture and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and competence on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at the Department of Population Administration and Civil Registration Office of North Musi Rawas Regency. The population and research sample amounted to 39 employees. Methods of data analysis using quantitative analysis. The results showed that leadership has an effect on employee performance with a value of tcount = 5.583 > ttable = 1.685, significant 0.000 <0.05. Competence has an effect on employee performance with a value of tcount = 4.675 > ttable = 1.685, significant 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has an effect on employee performance with a value of tcount = 5.122 > ttable = 1.685, significant 0.000 <0.05. Leadership and Competence have an effect on motivation with Fcount = 10.210 > Ftable = 3.26, significant 0.000 <0.05. Leadership and Competence affect employee performance with a value of Fcount = 29.773 > Ftable = 3.26, significant 0.000 <0.05. Leadership has an effect on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable with a value of tcount = 2.286 > ttable = 1.685. Competence affects employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable with a value of tcount = 1,947 > ttable = 1,685. The conclusion is that leadership and competence affect employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at the Department of Population Administration and Civil Registration Office of North Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was the effect of supervision and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lubuklinggau City. The formulation of the problem of this research is whether supervision and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lubuklinggau City. The population and samples used were 53 employees. This study uses quantitative research methods. The results obtained 1) Supervision has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance with tcount = 4.905 > ttable = 1.674 significant 0.000 <0.05. 2) Organizational Commitment has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance with tcount = 5.060 > ttable = 1.674 significant 0.000 <0.05. 3) Supervision and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive effect simultaneously on Employee Performance with Fcount = 18.127 > Ftable = 3.18 significant 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that supervision and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Communication on Employee Performance through Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable at the Department of Population Administration and Civil Registration of North Musi Rawas Regency. This research is a quantitative research with the method of collecting data using questionnaires and analyzed using the help of SPSS Statistics 20 with the population and sample in the study amounting to 40 employees. Data analysis activities include data processing and data presentation, performing calculations to describe data and testing hypotheses using statistical tests. The results of the study 1) Communication has an effect on Employee Performance at the Population Administration and Civil Registration Office of North Musi Rawas Regency with a value of tcount = 8.505 > ttable = 1.684 and a significant value obtained is 0.000 <0.05. 2) Communication has an effect on Employee Performance through Work Discipline as an intervening variable at the Department of Population Administration and Civil Registration of North Musi Rawas Regency with a value of tcount = 2,327 > ttable = 1,684. The conclusion that the hypothesis put forward is accepted
