Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of work motivation, work experience, and work environment, on the performance of employees of PT. International Fortuna Eksperindo Semarang Indah. Work motivation is a change in energy in a person (personal) someone which is characterized by the emergence of feelings and reactions to achieve goals, the overall driving force in employees that causes work activities. The population of this study were employees of PT. International Fortuna Eksperindo Semarang Indah, totaling 65 people. The sample consisted of 65 respondents who were taken by the saturated method. Data analysis using multiple regression and hypothesis testing and using SPSS. The results of this study based on multiple linear regression analysis that there is an influence between the three independent variables, namely work motivation, work environment, and work experience on employee performance at PT. International Fortuna Eksperindo Semarang Indah. This is also evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained that partially that work motivation, work environment, and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. International Fortuna Eksperindo Semarang Indah.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of tourist attraction and lifestyle on visitor satisfaction through price perception at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol Jakarta. Data was obtained in April 2022 with as many as 100 respondents with 20 respondents for validity and reliability tests and 80 respondents for path analysis tests, sampling using the Roscoe technique, all of whom were visitors to Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. The path analysis technique shows the direct and indirect path as the dependent variable to the independent variable. This study resulted in several conclusions as follows: tourist attraction has a significant effect on price perception, lifestyle has a significant impact on price perception, tourist attraction has no considerable effect on visitor satisfaction, lifestyle has a substantial impact on visitor satisfaction, price perception has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, tourist attraction has no impact on visitor satisfaction through price perception, lifestyle does not affect visitor satisfaction through price perception

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of Current Ratio, Return On Asset (ROA) and Sales Growth on PT Sido Muncul Tbk's Stock Price from 2012-2021. The research method used is the associative method which measures the effect of the ratio on stock prices using secondary data derived from The company's financial statements. The data analysis techniques used are Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test and Hypothesis Testing with t test and F test. The results show that Current Ratio and Sales Growth have no effect on stock prices while Return on Assets ( ROA) has an effect on stock prices.

Abstract

One form of the implementation of regional autonomy is the existence of autonomy in the aspect of regional financial management which is called fiscal autonomy. Fiscal autonomy is the delegation of responsibilities and the distribution of power and authority for decision-making in the fiscal sector, which includes both revenue and expenditure aspects. Fiscal decentralization is linked to the duties and functions of local goverment in providing public goods and services. This study aims to analyze the degree of fiscal decentralization in Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2016-2020.The degree of fiscal decentralization is a measure of the ability of local goverment in order to increase Local Own Revenue which is used to finance development in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This is study uses secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is quantitative analysis, namely the analysis of the degree of fiscal decentralization, namely the ratio between Regional Original Income and Total Revenue Regional. The results showed that the degree of fiscal decentralization of Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2016-2020 fluctuated with an average 0f 25,25% so it could be said that it was still in the moderate category.

Abstract

This study analyzes the health level of banks using the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method. The secondary data used in this study was taken from the Financial Statements of PT Bank Mega Syariah on the official website of PT Bank Mega Syariah for the period 2017-2021. The Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method based on BI Circular No. 13/24/DPNP uses Risk Profile, Earning and Capital assessments. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The results show that the Risk Profile component calculated using the NPF ratio in 2017 was 2.75 percent, in 2018 it was 1.96 percent, in 2019 it was 1.49 percent, in 2020 it was 1.38 percent and in 2021. by 0.97 percent. In addition, the FDR ratio in 2017 was 91.05 percent, in 2018 it was 90.88 percent, in 2019 it was 94.53 percent, in 2020 it was 63.94 percent, and in 2021 it was 62.84 percent. In the Earning component calculated using the ROA ratio in 2017 it was 1.56 percent, in 2018 it was 0.93 percent, in 2019 it was 0.89 percent, in 2020 it was 1.74 percent and in 2021 it was 4.08 percent. In addition, the NIM ratio in 2017 was 6.03 percent, in 2018 it was 5.52 percent, in 2019 it was 5.36 percent, in 2020 it was 4.97 percent and in 2021 it was 4.35 percent. For the capital component calculated using the CAR ratio in 2017 it was 22.19 percent, in 2018 it was 20.54 percent, in 2019 it was 19.96 percent, in 2020 it was 24.15 percent and in 2021 it was 25.59 percent. From the results of the study, it is known that the ratio of ROA shows poor results.

Abstract

A developed economy provides a large selection of goods and services that can be consumed. To meet their needs for goods and services, consumers do not always have to pay in cash because many companies offer financing services. Financing services are specialized in accordance with the development of product diversity and customer needs. Finance service companies must be able to improve the quality of their services to embrace new customers and retain existing customers. This study was made with the aim of knowing and analyzing how the Quality of Service provided by the Spectra Business Unit at FIFGROUP Tanjung Pos Buntok Branch can influence the Decision of Making Consumer Credit RO (Repeat Order). This type of research is a descriptive quantitative type with the data collection process using questionnaires, observations, interviews, library research, and documentation. The selected sample of 124 people determined by the Random Sampling method and then processed by the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results showed that the calculation of multiple linear regression is Y = 4.718 + 1.270X1 + 0.702X2 +0.645X3 + 1.097X4 + 0.656X5. The results of the hypothesis test show that simultaneously service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer credit decisions at RO FIFGROUP Tanjung Pos Buntok Branch with a calculated F value of 58.402 > F table 2.29. While partially. obtained t count Tangibles (X1) 4.187, Reliability (X2) 2.585, Responsiveness (X3) 2.592, Assurance (X4) 3.739 and Empathy (X5) 2.146, which means that these values ​​are values ​​that greatly affect Credit Decisions by consumers repeat order FIFGROUP Tanjung Pos Buntok Branch because tcount > ttable

Abstract

PT Garuda Indonesia is a state-owned company that has recently experienced complex problems. Prolonged problems put PT Garuda's condition on the verge of bankruptcy. This research was conducted using 2 financial statements, namely the Financial Position Statement (Balance Sheet) and the Financial Statement of Profit and Loss for the Period 2019 and 2020. Based on the financial position report (balance sheet), it shows that starting from Q4 2019, there has been a negative recording of equity, this means that the amount of loans exceeds the amount of owned capital, with a significant increase in long-term loans. The income statement shows that in 2019 starting from the 2nd quarter there has been a decrease in profit after tax, even in Q1 of 2020, it has been recorded that the company has a loss. Restrictions on mobility and activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic have caused the company's revenue to decline. In 2019-2020, there began to be signs of financial problems detected from the balance sheet financial statements and income statements. Furthermore, alternative solutions related to debt restructuring and also company restructuring and also comparative analysis with similar industries that have experienced relatively similar problems were proposed.

Abstract

The budget can be referred to as an autonomous system because it has goals or targets that have been systematically designed as numbers and expressed in monetary units covering activities over a certain period of time. This study aims to analyze the realization of the expenditure budget to measure the economic level, effectiveness and efficiency of the financial performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Ponorogo Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of a Budget Realization Report for the 2017-2021 Fiscal Year. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method using the concept of Value for money in the form of measuring Economic Ratios, Effectiveness Ratios and Efficiency Ratios. Retrieval of research data used is documentation and direct observation with the head of the finance department of BAPPEDA LITBANG Ponorogo Regency. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the financial performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Ponorogo Regency is generally said to be good. This means that BAPPEDA LITBANG Ponorogo Regency has been careful in managing the budget provided by the government and in accordance with existing needs and budgets. In addition, the management of the expenditure budget carried out by BAPPEDA LITBANG Ponorogo Regency is in accordance with applicable standards.

Abstract

This research is a business Incubator rule as a demand from the global economy, which occurs because of a rapid and very significant change where government rules and policies to help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) survive during the crisis must be really effective. SMEs run effectively, namely through the identification of transmission lines that have an impact on SMEs and crisis mitigation measures, with a business strengthening, economic activities in East Java will be good from a business perspective through incubators. This research method uses a qualitative data approach with a system of people from various circles and finds out information about SME incubators in East Java where the system is used with an interview model for incubators and surveys to respondents as well as various characteristics of SMEs in East Java. The results and discussion of business principles that must be carried out by SME incubators are: a) Business vision and goals, be responsible. b) Values ​​in the rules guide top-level executives according to organizational values. c) strength (strength) weakness (weakness) opportunities (opportunities) threats (threats) as a whole. This analysis belongs to the reinforcement rule, because it is possible to rely on its strength as an advantage. d) Tactics of efficiency work operational business principles. time and effort. e) resource allocation, structured, responsible f) measurement of business principles to track performance outputs, targets for launching rules and the role of the incubator. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the students’ Faculty of Economics Universitas Widya Dharma satisfaction index by analyzing the gaps in each element of service. The research method is quantitative with the test of gap between expectation and perception of service quality. The respondents were 170 students in the three study programs with purposive sampling technique. The quantitative test was conducted in the form of validity test, item reliability, and Servqual gap test. The research finding shows that all dimensions have a gap value with the largest gap value in the physical evidence dimension. Lecturers and education staff  in Economics Faculty Unwidha must be able to improve the service quality with the priority improvements starting from the largest gap value so the students’ satisfaction is created
