Abstract

The development of human resources for oil palm plantations has a strategic role considering the demand for palm oil derivative products continues to increase both domestically and abroad. Qualified human resources are needed to be able to meet the high demand, including competence, professionalism, skills, independence, knowledge and competitiveness. The aim of the research is to analyze internal and external factors and develop appropriate human resource development strategies. The analytical tools used are the IFAS Matrix (Internal Factors Analysis Summary), the EFAS Matrix (External Factors Analysis Summary), the IE Matrix (Internal External Matrix), the SWOT Matrix and the QSPM Matrix (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). IE Matrix Analysis of the competency of PT KSL's employees is in quadrant V, namely in an average or moderate position, with a Hold and Maintain strategy. The chosen strategy for PT KSL's employee competency development is training and development with the aim of improving and developing employee competencies to improve company performance and profits. Analysis of the QSPM matrix yields a dominant value of TAS 7.712, namely utilizing training centers, utilizing government support, and always following oil palm business trends so that employees have good competence to increase company production and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee engagement on employee performance at UPTD pengelolaan prasarana perhubungan (Dinas Perhubungan Kota Cilegon). The method used is a quantitative method. The sample selection technique used a saturation sampling method where all members of the population were sampled, amounting to 56 respondents. The statistical methods used are normality test, multicolliniearity test, hetesscedasticity test, correlation coefficient test, R2 test ( coefficient of determination), multi linier regression analysis. The results of the t-test in this study indicate that organizational culture has not significant on employee performance, the results of the t-test in this study indicate job satisfaction has a significant effect of employee performance, the results of the t-test in this study indicate that employee engagement has a significant on employee performance. The results of the F-test show that the level of all variables is high. It can be concluded that the organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee engagement simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UPTD pengelolaan prasarana perhubungan.

Abstract

Despite the previous severe contraction, the economy has gradually recovered, as evidenced by the resumption of significant transactions. One visible thing is the development of digitization in terms of converting conventional transactions into digital transactions such as the use of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard). In Batam City, it was reported by BI Kepri that the number of QRIS merchants increased by 10.28% from the first quarter of 2022, and users increased by 92.65% from the first quarter to 117,686 (y-o-y). However, many people have not switched to digital payments like Gen Y. The KIC survey spread across 34 provinces found that more Gen Y use conventional bank accounts than digital wallets and the use of digital wallets is dominated by Gen Z of 68%. This research aimed to analyze the factors that influence the Behavior intention of the Gen Y community in using QRIS in various retail stores in Batam city. The sample in this research was 101 respondents who were chosen according to predetermined criteria. The research model used a combination of TAM and TPB, with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that Perceived Ease to Use had a significant effect on Perceived Usefulness, then Perceived Usefulness & Perceived Ease to Use affected Attitude, as well as the PEU, PE, Attitude, & Perceived Behavior control variables had a significant effect on behavior intention while the Subjective Norms variable did not significantly effect on behavior intention.

Abstract

In the application of educational management information systems in the learning process and work assessment strategies, it can also be principled by the effective and efficient use of information technology, information technology is also one of the learning media that is widely used in various fields of education because it increases effectiveness and efficiency in the learning process. This study aims to find out how management information systems are used in Indonesian learning and education. The method used in this study is the method of observation, and documentation for data collection. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification consist of data analysis stages. The results of this study indicate that by utilizing educational data processing applications called Principal Data (Dapodik) and information technology to support the learning process in providing educational services by facilitating practical learning by using or utilizing technological infrastructure called computers, shows the conclusion that the application of information systems management is very important especially in the field of learning and educational institutions.

Abstract

The quality of service prioritizes the interests of the community as service recipients, but the services provided are sometimes less than optimal, causing many complaints from the public. The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of service and community satisfaction. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. Data obtained by questionnaire technique. The research subjects were 30 people who had received services at the Aik Ketekok Village Office. Based on the data obtained, it is known that the percentage of service quality variable is 67.35% in the percentage range of 61% -80% with good criteria. The variable percentage of community satisfaction is 71.22% in the percentage range of 61% -80% with good criteria. Judging from the percentage figures for these two variables, it shows that the role of service quality in increasing community satisfaction is not maximized even though these two variables are qualitatively included as good criteria. Therefore, the quality of service can be improved by re-informing the explanations conveyed to the people being served, making promises on time for service, maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the service room. In addition, employees must apply minimum service standards, ensuring that service requirements match the type of service. The ability of employees to provide services also needs to be improved by means of self-development in accordance with developments in science and technology.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the financial risk of the POM Coffee Room during the 2023 recession. The POM Coffee Room is an MSME that sells coffee drinks as its main product. Its presence is able to encourage economic growth in Indonesia. In the world of business or business, of course there are risks caused by an uncertainty that will result in losses for a company. Even though there are many risks that will arise in a business, these risks can be watched out for and handled with risk management. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods with the approach used by observing and interviewing partners. The author conducted an analysis on a small business, namely POM Coffee Room regarding the risks that will be faced if a recession occurs in 2023. The results obtained are that if a recession in 2023 does occur, then there are several risks that might occur to the cafe. The author also determines the level of probability and severity of risk in order to minimize the risks that will occur.

Abstract

Reliable Human Resources (HR) is the primary key in the Organization. This study aims to determine the influence of educational background on team member performance at the Nagori Naga Dolok Village Office, Simalungun Regency. The research uses qualitative and descriptive approaches to obtain the data by distributing questionnaires. The sample used by all Village Office employees was 33 people. Data was collected and then tested for validity, reliability test, and normality test. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The hypothesis test results are proven where the significance value is below 0.05, meaning that educational background has a significant positive effect on team member performance at the Nagori Naga Dolok Village office, Simalungun Regency. The magnitude of the influence of variable X on variable Y, with a linear regression test of 0.642, means that the extent of the impact of variable X on variable Y is 64.2%. The remaining 35.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of personality and work ethics on employee performance. The research approach in this study is quantytative research. A total of 35 respondents were obtained. Statistical test, asumsi classic test, determination coefficients test, partial hypotesis test (t test) and simultaneous hyphothesis test (F test). The results showed that the personality and work ethics on employee performance, with determination of 73,3% and the remaining 23,3% was influenced by other factors and resulting multiple regression equation was Y = 12,092 + 0,791 X1 + 0,113 X2. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that there is an influence and significant personality on employee performance as evidenced in the value of tcount > ttable (9,438 > 1,692) and there is an influence and sifnificant work ethic on employee performance as evidenced in the value tcount > ttable (7,366 > 1,692). While personality and work ethic simultaneously influence and significantly affect employee performance, this can be seen from the Fcount > Ftable (43,88 > 3,29) with a significant level of 5%.

Abstract

The Impact of Mobile Samsat Service Innovation on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer complione (a case of the Sumenep Samsat office). Theisis : Accounting study program, Fakulty of conomics and Businees, Wiraraja University. Supervisor : Isnani Yuli Andini S.,.M.Ak. This study aims to determine the impact of mobile Samsat service innovation on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Tax is a fee that can be imposed without reciprocal services or direct compensation. This research is a qualitative research. The data sourced from interviews through a list of texts obtained through informants who were sampled in the study. Data analysis used data reduction analysis, data presentation and counclusion drawing. The results of the data reduction analysis showed that the exintence of mobile Samsat services had a positive impact, both for the Samsat office and the community on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Analysis of data presentation shows that there is a mobile samsat on motorized vehicle tax compliance, which has increased every year. The analysis concludes that the existence of mobile Samsat innovation services has a positive impact on the community and the Samsat office. The impact is to make it easier for people to pay taxes, especially taxpayers who live far from the Samsat office. So that with the existence of a circular samsat, taxpayer compliance is increasing.The obstacles faced when the mobile samsat service took place were problems in the internet network section and when rhe samsat office held evenrs. This is what makes mobile samsat service unable to operate properly and on time.

Abstract

The success of the national development of a nation is determined by the availability of quality Human Resources (HR), namely human resources which include physically tough, mentally strong and excellent health, as well as mastery of science and technology. Human resources, including in this case, the workforce must be maintained and their health level improved so that they can live a more productive life. (RI Ministry of Health, 2013: 2). MOH RI (2015: 15) Accidents occur due to lack of awareness of the workforce and inadequate quality and skills of the workforce. Many workers at work underestimate work risks, so they don't use personal protective equipment even though it has been provided by the company. According to the ILO (1999: 15) Work accident is an event that is unexpected and unwanted from the start which disrupts the process of predetermined activities and can result in loss of both lives and property. From the definition of an accident above, it can be concluded that a work accident is an unexpected event and can result in losses either directly or indirectly and interfere with the productivity and work processes of the workforce. After conducting research and statistical tests, the authors finally concluded that there was no relationship between education level and Unsafe Actions at Work in the palm oil production section at PTPN VI (Persero) Rimbo Dua Business Unit, Tebo District in 2019.
